I have two sites with WhogoHost. Good customer care. They respond to queries very fast. I don't think am experiencing down time issue with them. No wahala, in d last two months that I have been with them. But don't put ur own coding problem on them, they won't help you to solve it (that's common to hosting companies tho)

I can't find any meaningful reason why OP is running away. He hasn't stated a clear reason for that. Harsh economy is not a sound reason to run away fr a country where u make $1k per mnth from just one of ur online bizness, which means you are making close to 500k naira per month right now. I attended NDDC scholarship interview in 2012 in PH, did very well in a session that lasted for about 15mins, the highest throughout the day, maybe because my course was kind of strange to them.
