Politics › Re: Okorocha: I Don't Know If Rainfall In Imo Is Acidic, It Has Destroyed All Roads by bigtt76(f): 6:24pm On Sep 19, 2018
Certified mad man grin

meethumb:
Governor Rochas Okorocha, has lamented the high rate of damages rainfall in Imo State has caused his administration.

The governor who said the rainfall has destroyed almost all the road projects in the state, wondered 'if the rainfall are acidic'.

Okorocha stated this on Monday during the swearing ceremony of Mr. Mark Uchendu, as the new Secretary to the Government of Imo state, 9 permanent secretaries and others by the acting solicitor Ministry of Justice, Chinyere Ibeh who represented Attorney General of Imo State.

Speaking during the ceremony, Okorocha said; "let me tell you the remaining 7 months left for me I will do the same I did in 7 years in office".

"I am sorry for some of you who say that I have destroyed all the roads. It is because of the unprecedented rainfall. I wonder if the rains are acidic. I assure you that we will put them in order.

“I want to assure you that my people empowerment programme will kick off. It will start with the first names that will be submitted by the traditional rulers of our communities. My government is a government of the poor. I have come to save the lives of numerous poor Ndimo.

“We are going to begin to let our people know the projects we had done since the inception of this administration. What I am doing is to lay the foundation for any governor that will come into Imo state.

Romance › Re: Lady's Reply To "What Would You Do If Your Husband's Mum Slapped You?" by bigtt76(f): 5:10am On Sep 19, 2018
In marriage, resolution of conflicts should go like this

1. Wife and Husband's Mother (Husband and Wife's mother)

Wife (husband) should complain to husband (wife) if any issue with his mother. Husband mediates between the two. Wife should not take the law into her hands and likewise his mother.

2. Wife and Husband's Father (Husband and Wife's father)
As above

3. Wife and Husband's siblings (Husband and Wife's siblings)
As above

Wife or husband should never take sides against either the wife or against family (same with wife too)

Why not list out your expenditure with the amount you actually expend on them then we can assist you to plan accordingly undecided

keepingmum:
Please dont make this thread an abusive or argumentative one. Its supposed to be a thread to learn from.
Make your point without calling oneself out of their names please.
There r no dstv charges or gotv fees . Just regular subscription n top up mtn charges, then feeding.
No generator charges as there is an inverter.
Like i said, the 70k is for anything feeding and nepa bill ONLY
Family › Re: 70k A Month - Living In Abuja by bigtt76(f): 4:46pm On Sep 18, 2018
Make a list of your bills for example

1. Are you subscribed to DSTV?
2. How much do you spend on mobile data and calls per month?
3. How much do you spend on transportation to and fro work?
4. How much do you spend on church (tithes etc)
5. How much for feeding per month (do you buy foodstuff enbulk or need to eat basis)

Advice
1. Pay yourself a fixed amount monthly and save it for emergency
2. Cut down cost on frivolities
3. Sign up to investments apps that does auto debit monthly
4. Buy foodstuff enbulk if you can
5. Avoid parties or eating out

keepingmum:
can someone living in abuja shed some light here please. 3 adults + 1 child (not infant/toddler/teen) survive on 70k a month in Abuja? Within Kubwa or Karu axis
70K a month for feeding, gas refil and electricity (this is usually within 5 - 9k pm) ONLY

All other bills Transportation/rent/childs tuition etc is catered for separately.

If someone can breakdown expenditures on how that money can be spent with or without savings please - within Karu or Kubwa axis please If more money is needed expantiate, if savings could be made, also expantiate please.....the person needing this info will be on hand to answer

You're very lucky since your still single

Now here's how you going to spend your 42k salary

1. give your girlfriend 8k for her hair, give her 10k for food

2. if you have to give your parents money give them 4k
(if you don't have to give them add it to no4 below)

3. buy the latest wears jeans 8k and Bob Marley t shirt 5k

4. invest in bet9ja 2odds with 10k

5. save the remaining 3k

I wish you the best in life
Health › Re: Private Use Of Marijuana Legalised In South Africa by bigtt76(f): 3:37pm On Sep 18, 2018
Which is commercial use again? grin

Orevastar5:
South Africa’s Constitutional Court decriminalised the private use of marijuana on Tuesday.

The ruling came after a provincial high court in 2017 found out that the use of cannabis in private space should be allowed because laws against it were inconsistent with the country’s constitution.

The state appealed to the Constitutional Court, which upheld the high court’s findings.

“It will not be a criminal offence for an adult person to use or be in possession of cannabis in private space,’’ Judge Raymond Zondo said in handing down the judgement.

Yes ....you transfer only the exact amount you need on the card account, that way, you protect the main account with bulk funds in there to fraud exposure undecided

nwaobitex:
but if you want to transact, from which account will you transfer to your current, is it not the untouched savings?

The wise rich, you mean? Some rich people will never choose a cheap android over apple, even if the Android performs 10 times more than Apple can do. This is cos some people believe that the only reason they are rich is so that they can buy what the poor can't dare to.

But for the rich that want value for their bucks, there's no doubt they will be turning to cheaper Android

Ambode is a coward. It is better he fights and lose not stepping down without resistant. How can a former gov infiltrate your government with traitors? First, he should sack all appointed positions. Stop every contract handled by Tinubu and award to another company. Make a public statement about his actions and Tinubu's greed . With this Tinubu will know that he is a man.
Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by bigtt76(f): 9:55am On Sep 18, 2018
I agree, but for those who don't have the funds and who are in the majority, Xiaomi offers them similar design and quality devices. Make no mistake, sooner or later you will start seeing the rich embracing Android phones and by Android phones, I mean low priced but high end devices.

BeardedTraveler:
RN6 wouldn't checkmate IPhone XR in any way, they are in different leagues. IPhones are basically for people who have the funds to throw around without exactly bothering about the value for their money, that's my perception tho
Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by bigtt76(f): 9:17am On Sep 18, 2018
Xiaomi seem to be in a rush to checkmate Apple's new release hence its targeting the Indian market with the RN6 before it's full matured for the Chinese and Global market. I hope it won't hurt them though undecided
