You do not need to do an ECA for your spouse. Fill all her education and work details in personal history and choose 'No' when asked if she has any work experience or education. nastyesco: 1 Like |

The general doctor asks about genotype and other details... Remember, they take your blood sample. They could use that for all possible tests. It's not advisable to lie about it. esosa4real: 1 Like |

PR card / Canadian passport is a requirement. There is a special field for that to prove status in Canada. Boss13: |

Simply change the part that asks if you have a sibling in Canada to 'No" You might not have take out his details from your application, since you need to list out all siblings/Family. You won't have any issues at all since you didn't get any points for it anyway. winter: |

There won't be any issues with that. As long as you can get a reference letter to back up your previous employment claim. Jumdah20: |

Sad to hear this optionese... You alone know best the reason why. I can only pray God resolves the situation, which I believe is more important than the Canadian PR. Canada would always be there. I hope it all gets resolved soon. God bless. optionese: 2 Likes |

There is nothing wrong with being unemployed at the moment... Falsifying salary payments is misinterpretation. All CIC requires is 3 years working experience within the last 10 years. It doesn't have to be a current job. Just get reference letters in both cases for the most recent work experience. percee17: 2 Likes |

You did not understand her post... She meant her question (the one she asked you... Pls read it again) is what is off topic. Not anything you wrote. To answer that tho... If you deliver after landing in Canada, your child gets a Canadian passport immediately. If it happens before, You will need to notify CIC. happymumtobe: 7 Likes |

1. Get a new certificate to be on the safe side if it's 3 months after you got it. Did same cos I had to reject ITA the first time. 2. What you have should still be valid for use. 3. No need for new reference letter. You can go ahead with what you have. All the best! deeore: |

You can evaluate your MBA alone... It's all you need and would be quicker. No need for WAEC nor BSC. Yes... WES evaluates MBA. Don4J: |

Hi guys... Well done everyone. Quick question please, I would like to know if applying as a family, my wife and I would need to create separate accounts and also pay separately. Our son doesn't need a visa (American citizen). Also, do we get to go for the submission together. Thanks. |

In your bid not to sound arrogant, you actually do and have been from the time I spotted your posts on this thread... Your opinion is understood and noted... You do not need to force it down people. I can see you have a good definition of what a Rule is, but it is clearly 'stated' on the website of the organization issuing he visas that the POF should be in the PA's name (very clearly written). If doing otherwise worked for you or someone you know, congrats. But do not try to make people do other than what has been clearly stated. The problem we have, I believe, is that we do not want to read... We would rather heed other people's advice or opinion when the real info you need stares at you in the face. As per POF, whatever tickles anyone's fancy should be done... And pls share your experiences so that everyone can learn. All the best! Boss13: 11 Likes |

Don't you think that in this case, there would be a request for further POF? Which would cause further delays that could have been avoided? There is nothing absolutely wrong with the spouse transferring the bulk sum to the wife (Same in my case) and then writing an LOE... If you read what other's wrote carefully, you would realize they suggested an LOE and not a gift of deed as you have been stating... you do not need a gift of deed if the money is from your spouse... I can't remember the name of the poster that needed the advice, but it's very simple and has been a case a lot of times on this thread. Simply transfer the money to your wife and explain in a letter why you did so... (To meet up with IRCC's rule of PA having the POF in his/her name). All the best! Boss13: 1 Like 1 Share |

I have mentioned this before and I still think there's no point setting up a whatsapp group for post ITA... How much info do you think you would have if every older member here with experience had moved on to a whatsapp group? How do you intend to answer questions with regards to eAPR, POF in the group when none of you in there has ever had such experience? Don't you think you still need to fall back here? This forum was created for and is still very useful and informative for pre ITA and post ITA... Even life in Canada... Let's try stick together here and keep sharing. I haven't seen any reasonable question asked by anyone (old or new) that hasn't been answered here. People take out time to give help based on their experience gathered from this same thread... Let's appreciate that. All the best everyone! lacord5: 15 Likes |

I think your best option is to source for the funds and have one person send it to your account. That one person should get a gift of deed done for you and maybe add an LOE to support and state the reason. That shouldn't be a problem... 40manlappy: 1 Like |
