Hello people,

An European agency in conjunction with a Nigerian agency is giving selected nigerians the opportunity to have a permanent residency permit to any European country.

Processing takes 2-3weeks for all european countries(except UK).
The links below show you what permanent residency means and the rights of a PERMANENT RESIDENT OF ANY COUNTRY.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Permanent_residency

The link below shows what the permenant residency allows a person to have access to in the UK(which also applies to many other european countries)
http://www.workpermit.com/uk/permanent.htm

If you would like to know the cost kindly call 08068097693 for enquiries or email lexfrosty @yahoo.com

thanks

Lex
@Viperman,

There is no Permanent resident permit anywhere within Europe without residency requirement(You must reside within a certain period of time before you get a permanent residence permit)

Define demon possession ?
Christianity EtcRe: Can A Christian Be Demon-Possessed? by brownbonno(m): 1:15pm On Oct 26, 2008

I didn't argue that was your opinion; but your opinions cannot be used to argue that Christians can be demon-possessed, and that was why I asked if you had any references for your claim. Secondly, even the situation of many churches does not establish what your opinion says - if it does, again please show me a direct reference. If people act the way they do, we know already that not everyone that claims to be following Christ is actually a Christian: but that does not mean we should assume what your opinion asserts.
Ok lets use your opinion as a point of reference to pass judgement  lipsrsealed
I just stated how a deacon in the church swindled me of mine hard earned money, what further reference do you want .Until i mention the Name of  Rev Ayo making alter call for 20 people that can offer £2,000 or Pastor Chris saying- - - , What do take as a reference huh

Why not ask yourself, with the amount of churches in every nooks and crannies of Nigeria, she is still the way it is.God is not wicked, why is the country still where she is?
Please answer that if you can ?

Christianity EtcRe: Can A Christian Be Demon-Possessed? by brownbonno(m): 11:44am On Oct 26, 2008
100% possible. What about all the witches in our churches ?
I cannot personally define who is a Christian until after the Judgement day.
A dedicated "Christian" a deacon in the church and a car dealer, whom i trusted so well becos of his faith sold my car since 2004 till date i have not got my money.Do i now say he is possessed ?
I don;t believe in any Nigerian man/woman or pastor to be a true Christian. They are fake and possessed.

I was delivered of a baby boy on the 11/6/2005 but due to complications suffered at child birth I was taken to the village for proper native treatment. The baby was taken for upkeep by my elder sister Barr. Priscilla Omosi Omokpo, at the Victory Motherless Babies’ Home at Idu-Karmo, Abuja FCT. An agreement was executed in respect of the baby’s upkeep to wit the sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred Naira only (N6,500.00) monthly was to be paid for his upkeep and same was paid consistently.
Your sister,a solicitor know what to do because she took the baby to the HOME with the contractual obligation of paying a certain amount for the baby upkeep.OR possibly your sister only gave baby out for adoption and cannot plead for restitution.
You need to speak to a lawyer.

Hello all the gurus.I am here to make some enquiries and i will be happy if i am helped out.I am making my post here instead opening a new topic on it as am sure of gurus incessant visit here than any other thread.I have a cousin who was born in Germany and left when she was 2 years old in 1982.She has her birth cert with her to prove this too.Until now,she never have any urge to make use of it,but when she lost her hubby and daughter in an accident recently, she craved a change of environment.I am wondering what way can she put this birth cert to use to expediate any travelling purpose to her country of birth and if there is any more document she needs. Thanks for your help in advance and looking forward to an immediate response.
The applicant can apply for visa as a regular applicant.Except the parent(s) is German.
Special rules exist for those born before 1 July 1993 if only the father is German and is not married to the mother. The father must acknowledge paternity before the child is 23, or acknowledge paternity and marry the mother and the child must declare himself or herself to be a German citizen

Birth in Germany
In general, birth in Germany does not confer German citizenship if neither parent is German. However, children born on or after 1 January 2000 to non-German parents acquire German citizenship at birth if at least one parent:

has a permanent residence permit (and has had this status for at least 3 years); and
has been residing in Germany for at least 8 years.
Such children will be required to apply successfully to retain German citizenship by the age of 23. Assuming the laws are not changed prior to 2023, they will normally be required to prove they do not hold any foreign citizenship

I have seen ECO remarks such as "the applicant is quite knowledgeable" "the applicant is quite eloquent", "the applicant does seem quite intelligent",etc after interviews.
Glad to hear the some ECOs do acknowledge other people;s intelligence.
I have recently fired a case to Franco Frattini(European Commissioner  for Justice, Freedom and Security) on some unintelligent flaws by ECO and his ECM who are just been engrossed by their interpretations of the immigration rules.

Have you ever heard of Attention Seeking Syndrome(ASS) ?
Why have you got so much issues with Nigerians living abroad ?Its all getting irritating and nonsense.
Your posts are centred on making money, how your commissioner friend became rich over night, your bros from Holland came crying of poverty/no money, keeping to your culture, don;t copy white;s culture etc.I can`t snap your point.
NL deserve better ideas.Nigeria need to include personal development in the nation secondary education curriculum.
TravelRe: Uk Visa - Visa Appeal Process by brownbonno(m): 6:34am On Oct 18, 2008
@Akolawole

Directive EC/38/2004 is a simple, easy to read piece of regulation that specify the free movement rights of EU citizens and their family member within the member states{If they decide to come back to the UK -EEA regulation 2006(9)}.
The good thing about it all is that ALL member state embassies are MANDATED to process your non EU national family member to  visa application with accelerated procedure and if possible over the counter service(i.e as quick as possible) and residence permit if within the EU should be processed within 6 months with less administrative procedure ALL free of charge(GRATIS).
But the SNAG is you cannot exercise that right in your own country.
TravelRe: Uk Visa - Visa Appeal Process by brownbonno(m): 8:34pm On Oct 17, 2008
@Akolawole,

My honest advise:people should please let the UK immigration know that even if their rights are been denied daily by the British authorities, the EU free movement rights is a saviour for them to re-unite with their family members.
You friend can relocate to another EU member state, get his wife over and finally return to the UK after six months.
The beautiful part of it is that ALL visa/permits are all FREE of charge(Gratis).

Obviously u are not living in the UK and the topic is clear enough. Those that I am addressing my questions to understand why I asked and I have got what I need. Anyway Thanks for the Drama so far.
Landis might be resident in the UK but have no clue about the free movement rights of EU citizens.

@Poster

Your EU citizenship grant you and your family members(include non EU citizens) equal rights with citizens of the host country. These rights can be exercised as a worker, job seeker, student or as self sufficient(some bank balance).Since your exempted from immigration control and recourse to public funds, you can as well seek social assistance(Income support,Housing and council tax benefits,CTC/CB).You can as well apply for local housing(council house).
What more do you want to know cool?

You think so?  So how is govt is going to pay your retirement pension when no record of where you  are?

EU don't play with taxes, they follow their citizen even to Liechtenstein to get hold of the tax money. They need it to survive.

You do all what this fellow asking only if you on the 'RUN'
Landis,

Why do you chose to go into an area you  don't have an idea ?There is no need for further lecture here to derail the purpose of this thread.
The forum is very clear for you to post your question if you so desire.
Why do you think the poster is on the RUN ?And you are sure that is possible within the EU states ?
Pension and taxes ?IMO an educate minded should know better how the system works.

More and More, I have reasons to doubt you.

If you truly EU citizen, your Local Govt needs to know where you going for many reasons.

They need to know about your pension, taxes, insurance, financial obligations etc

It is not like Nigeria, where Govt has no clue where the citizens are.
EU citizenship is not a big deal,no need to doubt the guy.
Whatever you decide to do with your life is no body's business. But some countries required you to remove your name from Population register.
You are not required to tell anybody where you care to go to.Pension, insurance financial obligation are all your personal affair and not any government affair.TaxeshuhYou cannot work in NNPC and get your salary from NPA.
Dude,as an EU citizen get your luggage and off you gowith your life.

Dear Nairalanders,

In need of some info from anyone that reside in UK ,London to be precise. I am relocating to UK from an EU country. I will appreciate if you guys can put me through on what Is required of me to get a Job on time. My main concerns are listed below. You can advice me on what I might not have listed here.

1, What and what do I need to do first before applying a job.

2, Must have I have NI before i start a Job.

3, What kind of Unskilled Job paid well and average of what weekly?

4, What kind of unskilled Job can someone learn on the job or get training .

5, Is there any short training or course that could qualify me as skilled within a short period with a good Job prospect and pay.

6, What is an average clean Apartment cost for a Bachelor? or a room in a shared apartment.

Note, I am an European Citizen and my Aim is to start with any kind of Job and move up the ladder with time. I will appreciate all your kind suggestions.

Once again Thanks.
Possible answers-
1. As an EEA/EU citizen you do not need formality or registration before looking for a job.National Insurance number can be sorted after you have got a job.
2. NO
3. Minimum wage as from 1st October 2008 is £5.75
4. Again as a EEA/EU citizen exercising the treaty right right in the UK,you can apply for any vocational training (of your choice)after a minimum of six months stay and you will still be classified a "qualified person"and entitled to social security allowance.Provided the course is not above level 3.
5. Yes.Refer to no 4 above
6. Clean apartment ?You get what you can pay for.
