Thanks A Lot http://bummyla.comPrec1ous: WAYS TO SIMPLIFY HOW YOU READ By: PRECIOUS IRIAEVHO
The popular saying goes thus, learning is a continuous process and its completion is at death. It is worthy to note that we learn with each passing second on earth – knowingly or passively; formally and informally.
The formal aspect is where our discuss will veer towards today because it is the innate urge to learn more that has stretched the curiosity of man to all field and the only solace and joy so far is in the ability to fully grasp and comprehend al the varying concepts.
Man been a higher specie further saw the reason for an organized gathering or a location where learning can be done orderly and with maximum effect, thus the concept of school and higher institutions.
Every person today is in a learning process -at work, school {university, secondary e.t.c} and the circle continues, but the need to ingrain the ideas for practice of the theoretical concept learned and In most case to pass an exam that ushers one to a new level of success and achievement, hence the word READING.
Reading can easily be illustrated as trying to understand an idea, theory for long term use, I suppose you have a definition for it too?
GET YOUR LOCATION Some people thrive well in classrooms, others the library, some the garden, cafeteria, sidewalk, I even saw a guy reading on the toilet seat, whatever works for you.
You have to discover your location, which is the place where your assimilating powers are heightened, it’s not really about the distractions, and it’s the effort you can put towards full concentration.
Find your location and stick to it.
TIMING MATTERS While we keep getting news of individuals doing long hours of reading, you might be forced to wonder if there is an upcoming reading marathon coming up. The truth is that is what works for them, but also we have those who cannot even go beyond thirty 30 minutes.
You have to know yourself – if you are a marathon reader or a snack reader, that way you can flow better with time and put efficiency to your reading abilities.
FIELD AND SUBJECT IN VIEW
With a vast array of subjects and fields that have intersection with theoretical writing, mathematical calculations and analysis to even abstract thinking, it is noteworthy that the student has a prior grasp and understanding of the subject matter or it will just be another case of pouring water into a basket.
And another tip here is to rotate, if you are get bored of a mathematical based subject, switch to totally mathematical unrelated subject or what have you.it works all the time.
MOTIVATING FACTOR
It has been shown repeatedly that man tend to achieve more in any endeavor or activity when there is a motivating factor or incentive. In this case reading is the activity, reward yourself for any reading achievement either by taking a chilled drink or a snack break, it works all the time.
Set reading landmarks and goals and abide all through like a sheep.
BUT wait, wait, what is more motivation than the fear of failing an exam or going blank in the interview and examination hall, you don’t want to experience this so read!
Yes, to simplify how you read and get a full understanding you just have to keep reading, everywhere you go, take a book along
Read before you sleep, even when you wake, just keep reading and in a short time it will get so simple for you.
Or have you never heard that “READERS ARE LEADERS”
Get to comment other ways you have been able to simplify how you read and let others learn, so we can turn the world to one big knowledge pool because every is READING!
THANKS.

Hahahahahah! Hilarious! I Can Relation With These, mostly 8, 9, and 10! http://www.bummyla.comstano2: 1. The fat kid was always the goalkeeper
2. The owner of the ball decides who plays.
3. Penalties awarded only if injured player curses a lot.
4. The match only ends when everyone was tired.
5. No matter how many goals you score, the winner will be determined by the last team to score.
6. No referee and lines men. You could run with the ball even behind the goal post.
7. If you don't participate in repairing the ball you were given a match ban
8. If you're picked last, you're a loser.
9. The guy who's never picked was to fetch the ball from the tree when it got stuck, under the car or tunnel to play in the next game.
10. When the owner of the ball gets annoyed, game over.
11. You were allowed to change a goalkeeper in case of a penalty.
12. the most skillful player get automatic selection.
13.Any shot over the head of the goalkeeper is high goal
14.Also if there was too much argument, we will throw the ball in the air, the team that gets it continues with the game.

Enjoyment! Boyz Ana Ata Money! http://www.bummyla.comkunledegreat: Nigerian singer Kcee and his fellow Five Star Music artiste, Harry Song were pictured enjoying Amala at a local canteen in Bodija Ibadan on Friday 26th.
Kcee and Harry Song both appeared with a plate in their hands while ordering for their meal, by telling the mama to put some Amala, at the serve-yourself canteen, and their company, Skiibii Mayana, seems not to be a fan of Amala and he simply ordered for Garri.
The Limpopo singer wrote:
“Hello Ibadan, its amala time with my fam @skiibii @iamharrysong @fivestarmusicng @iam_emoney1 photo credit to @mrchidozie”

God Closes One Door To Open Up A Better Door For His Loved Ones! Which You Are One Of Them! Pick Up Your Pieces And Ask God The Direction He Wants You To Go Now! It Is Well http://www.bummyla.comepistlegcfr: Dear Nairalanders,
It is with a heavy heart full of worries and grief I write this. Posting this wasn’t my idea till an active nairalander who happened to be my friend suggested I explain my plight to well meaning Nigerians on how to go about seeking redress or what next to do with my shattered life because right now, I am so sad, bewildered, conked out and sorrowful. Today, I have contemplated suicide but I am not the kinda person that gives up so easily so I am willing to fight this through even with the last drop of my blood.
Till Friday 26th of June, 2015, I work for the above named bank in Nigeria. I joined them last year, went to training school and consequently became a full staff. I was confirmed specifically in the first quarter of this year as a full staff. Prior to confirmation, I have never fallen below 95percent. As a matter of fact because of my experience and wits, I was made the branch manager of the branch where I was posted immediately after training school. Since then, I have been undertaking series of professional examination related to my job ranging from ICAN to CIBN and I have always been scoring above 95percent as regards HR appraisal since I joined the bank.
However, I got to work today, logged into the system like I do every other day only to see the greatest shocker of my life. I was surprisingly denied access and consequently instructed to call the IT control department. My initial guess was that I have possibly been transferred to another branch. The IT department said I should contact the HR that I have been suspended.
I started sweating profusely inspite of the cabinet AC directly opposite my desk but I never had a clue till I got an email from HR almost immediately saying my appointment has been terminated. For crying out loud I had 95percent in HR appraisal just last month, I have just been confirmed in May, what have I done wrong? Where do I start from here? What do I do? Series of thoughts started flowing into my mind in thousands I started feeling feverish immediately. I am so blank right now. I need advice, I feel demoralized, dejected, rejected, and I feel so cheated.
I have very cool relationship with my bosses and i cant think of stepping on anyone's toe at the moment. This sudden occurence has defied all reasonable logic and i dont know what else to thing about......I will hang on as i await your replies. Thank you alot.

If It Is A Marketing Job! SweetHeart You Need To Prove Your Salt Before You Would Be Taken! http://www.bummyla.comBeckybeky: So I went to an interview and after discussing with the potential employer, I realize it was a marketing job. In order to ascertain my ability to the job, he asked me to write down strategies I would use to market the product.
I had no problem with this so I went ahead and did so.
After reading it, he said he's not yet convinced. He gave me some flyers and said I should do what I can to get a particular number of clients within a given period. This is not free as I would be paid a certain sum of money. He also gave me some money for tfare. What am able to bring in will determine if I get to continue or not.
Now my question is: Is this right? Do I have to prove myself before I get a job, apart from the normal interview process?
Pls mature advice needed, as I'm thinking of returning the damn money and flyers to them. Is there something I should have done that I didn't do?

Abeg Tell Them oooh! They No Dey Hear Word! http://www.bummyla.comJascon4: I reckon you gentlemen and ladies have noticed a growing trend where ladies/girls thoughtlessly but excitedly take photos in hotel rooms, lavatory and lobby, supposedly in a bid to give an impression of class and glamour but unwittingly giving off a sense/impression of indecency and promiscuity.
Don't they ever imagine that people would recognise a hotel room, lobby and environment from its background? I was simply going through the photos of a female friend on her phone, lo and behold, I saw photos of she and another female friend in a hotel room with varying postures. Then I bluntly told her, "this photo was taken in a hotel". Then in a weak attempt to defend herself, she said "so somebody's house cannot have this same look"? At that point, she knew that I knew the truth. She felt awkward.
So, when taking that photo in that nice little hotel next time, let even your subconscious be aware that we can recognise a hotel when we see one, or save yourself the embarrassment if you are not up for it and knock it off. There are innumerable spots and scenery to take awesome photos. Except of course you prefer the "hotel facade" and want to prove to us that you are a hustling kind. |

Thank You Jesus! http://www.bummyla.commetronaija: Corps members were attacked yesterday afternoon June 26th along Ekpoma road in Edo state. One of the victims of the robbery said that the incident happened when members of the NCCF Edo state from Auchi were on their way to Benin for NCCF Edo state conference. But on getting to Ekpoma, they started hearing gun-shots and before they knew what was happening, thin-looking fierce men with sophisticated guns began firing gun-shots directly at the bus they were traveling in. Two Corps members were shot but fortunately, it wasn't fatal. More pics after the cut...
The armed men made the Corpers come out of the vehicle and lie in the mud in the middle of the express-way where they kept demanding for money and other valuable items and also kept hitting some of them with the back of their guns. The Corpers were robbed of their money, phones, laptop. The ones who were shot are currently in Central Hospital, Benin receiving medical treatment.

Congratulations! http://www.bummyla.comchizidgreat: Today could be the happiest day of Obinna Kalu of Fine Arts(100l) as he bounced home with a full free scholarship grant from the Youth Friendly resource centre programme that held between yesterday night and this morning at UNN which featured Frank Edwards as the guest.
It is obvious Kalu know how to make good use of opportunities because as everyone was planning to attend the program, the guy was preparing what to present. It was therefore surprising to everyone when mid way between the the event, in the frenzy of Frank's performance, the boy walked towards him and handed him a beautiful portrait of him.
In response to that, Frank granted him free scholarship grant immediately to carry him until he finish his university education . He also promised him 100, 000 yearly grant apart from the school fees. This is to actually appreciate the boy for being talented. Another girl, Kasiri also got sponsorship from Frank the same time for performing an excellent song with her guitar Meanwhile, UNN was agog with activities yesterday.
I think it is good to have a talent and to use it at the appropriate time.

Thanks For The Information! You Forgot the 3rd Point: Linking To Your Past Post And To Other Related Websites And Web Contentshttp://www.bummyla.comoteneaaron: Is this your normal routine?– Spending hours researching new keywords and trying to find the right phrases with good search volume and low competition…studying backlinks and strategies of competitors for these phrases to help create a plan. Finally blasting pages with backlinks and anchor text based on the keyword phrases??
How can ignoring SEO improve your search engine rankings??
For some time, i used to spend hours researching keywords and trying to study the keywords and phrases my competitors were using..but in that process i was missing a very important point......
To really make your blogposts rank well...two things are of utmost importance.....
-QUALITY CONTENT and -SHARING YOUR CONTENT IN THE RIGHT PLACE...
Over and over again, the need for bloggers to write not jus any content..but quality content...what makes a content to be termed as been quality?
first it should be unique...and the idea should be passed on to your audience in clear and understandable terms.....( don't keep your readers guessing what you mean)
Where is the best place to share your content?
Be sure to know where your audience always hangout...in forums, social networks etc....be a regular participator in forums and join groups on facebook......please make sure you are frequent in sections relating to your niche.....
Applying these points and working on your contents and social marketing instead of concentrating only on SEO, will improve your search engine rankings...... Read more http://www.roviarsguide.com/seo/ignore-seo-and-improve-your-search-engine-ranking
