BAT May be recognized as the leader of the party, but I do not think that he belongs to the inner caucus. That inner caucus has chosen GEJ to run on the platform of APC.

I think in all, PDP would present Wike, while APC would present GEJ. Melaye's loss is Kogi showed the ability of Wike in the north. If PDP presents Atiku, then APC would very likely present Lawan. That should be the permutation.
