Akin Oke should kindly tell Nigerians the kind of work/business he does if he can. The state chairman of a party like APC must be a professional/full time politician. How much is he worth?
doctokwus: That is a very relevant and apt question,in a society of course that is sane and same rules, laws and regulations apply to all. But of course, this is no sane place. Much as we would pretend to be civilized country and people,we live in a jungle. So Makinde and others of his ilk, from both parties, can come out and declare superfluous wealth without stating the sources and details of the wealth. It could all be anticipatory wealth from what he will garner as governor, for all we know.
Did you carefully look at the declaration that he made? He declared fixed, moveable assets and cash within and outside Nigeria. That he publicly declared his assets gives us something to use in assessing him again after 4 years.
See Donald Trump was a billionaire in the US dollars before he became the president. He declared his assets and everyone saw his major source of wealth as estates and properties. Makinde's most noticeable source if income is his engineering company and careful management of funds from his executed contracts.
Here we should ask other political office holders to do the same.
When our president declared his assets in 2015, his networth was about 30million naira. Can we say the same of him today? But in his current asset declaration form he said that nothing changed. Who is deceiving who? Makinde has shown the whole world that he is a billionaire. How many of our political office holders will do the same.
I think we should not chase the shadow leaving the substance. The truth is that corruption has overrun the country. The ones fighting corruption are own their own.corrupt.
Ikechu12: Tell me exactly wtf I wrote that's inaccurate make we see?
Afonja go find someone interested in una bullshit today. Ndi enyi
He may be identifying with all the socio cultural organizations that his likes, but as we must know the aim is politics. They say "charity begins at home". He is known all over the north and the southwest but he never identified with his people until recently. You may just carry out a popularity poll in even his home town Igbuzor to find out not to talk of his local government Oshimili south.
The question we ask is what structures is where are his structures in Delta state and the Igbo land as a whole? Cheers.
DateMynd44: oga keep quiet there stop yarning rubbish. Pat Utomi is Anioma from Delta and he isn't in anywhere identified as igbo. Aniomas are identified as Anioma and Igbos are identified as igbo. both of them don't have anything in common. stop wallowing in ignorance it makes u look stupid
Ha oga don't say this publicly abeg. The Urhobos, Itsekiris and Isokos of Delta state say clearly that the Igbos in the state have no relationship with them. It means "you no be animal of up and you no be animal of down". Even the Kwale and Agbo speaking people call the other Igbo speaking people ndi Igbo and keep away from them. Hypocritically they bear Igbo names!
How can you say "both of them don't have anything in common"? Please get a bit of history sir. Anioma is Igbo. The language spoken is Igbo. The culture is Igbo and nothing less. The people are Igbo. If you look through history you"ll find that some Anioma towns migrated from across the bridge! For example, some hold it in history that Ogwashi uku and Igbuzor migrated from Nri in Anambra state. You can just check your origins too if you are from any of the Anioma towns. Some were overrun by the Benin kings and made their tributes, eg Agbo and other towns leading up to and including Onitsha. That's why you have their monachs similar to Benin. Some originated from Igala, e.g the Oko people at the niger river area before the bridge, as they claim. All in all they are Igbos.
The truth is that the Igbos as a whole need to put their acts together. This way Anioma state can be created - if it will ever - enabling the Igbos have 6 states.
Kingspin: National leader of All Progressives Congress (APC) and former governor of Lagos State, Senator Bola Tinubu, has called on Nigerians not allow killings across the country to divide them.
He said this when he paid a condolence visit to the home of the leader of pan-Yoruba sociopolitical group, Afenifere, Chief Reuben Fasoranti, over the killing of her daughter, Mrs Funke Olakunrin.
Tinubu, while speaking, urged the people not to allow the incident to divide Nigeria, but let it serve as a means to provide solution to security challenges confronting the country.
He said the security challenges like killing, raping and kidnapping should not be blamed on one particular ethnic group, saying “these challenges had been with us for a long time.”
The former governor of Lagos State said: “I am a nationalist and the security concerns and challenges right now must be faced squarely throughout Nigeria.”
While calling on Nigerians not to blame any ethnic group over the happenings in the country, Tinubu said: “I am extremely concerned about security. I don’t want a stigma; I can go through history of kidnapping in Nigeria; we know how and where it all started, there are a lot of copycats.
“For how long have we been battling insecurity in the country? There are cases of kidnapping. Is Evans, who was arrested and made disclosure also a herdsman? I don’t want to be political, but I will ask ‘where are the cows?’
He noted that the security challenges being faced by the country required more police personnel to be recruited, trained and deployed in various locations to fight insecurity across the country.
Speaking on the killing of Olakunrin, he said “this one that affected a member of our family, Mrs Olakunrin, is seriously sad and unacceptable, but nobody can return her alive; she has answered the call of her creator.
“Funke was very close to me and she died prematurely. Only four or five days ago, we chatted and I know what she discussed with me about Baba’s health condition. We just pray that this will not happen again.”
He, however, said: “We must not use this incident to divide us, but must use it as a cure to the security problems. Additional police, additional patrol and additional security reinforcement on the Ore Road and various flashpoints across the country are necessary and I have discussed this among the various authorities. The governor is eminently aware and being proactive about this.
“The security challenges are numerous across this country and to fight them, more police are being recruited and it takes time to train and deploy them in various areas.”
Also, a former governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, who called at the residence of Pa Fasoranti, described the death pathetic and unfortunate.
He attributed the increase in the cases of kidnapping and killing across the country to the non-prosecution of the offenders, saying kidnapping had evolved into a lingering pervasive security threat and multifaceted criminal enterprise.
Daniel, who called on government at all levels to revisit and address the issue of security in the country, said “ I am particularly worried that our dear and once beautiful country is facing this challenges and the omen is not good at all.”
Speaking on the increase in kidnapping and other criminal activities, he said “it is all about body language, because not many of these criminals or kidnappers are prosecuted or punished and this is not sending the right signal.
“When criminal offences are committed, we expect the government to act swiftly and to be seen to punish the criminals concerned.”
Earlier on Sunday, Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, on behalf of the Federal Government, had paid a condolence visit to the home of Chief Fasoranti, with an assurance that the Federal Government will deploy all options to put an end to the security challenges in the country.
He described the death of the daughter of the Afenifere leader, Mrs Olakunrin, who was killed by suspected Fulani herdsmen on Friday, on Benin/Ore Road as a massive tragedy.
Osinbajo, who arrived at the Fasorantis residence at exactly 9.10 a.m., was accompanied by the state governor, Mr Rotimi Akeredolu. He said the Federal Government would explore all options, including deploying soldiers on the highways, towards addressing the growing cases of security challenges in Nigeria.”
According to him, the Federal Government IS working towards a workable overhauling of the nation’s security architecture, disclosing that President Muhammadu Buhari had met with all the security chiefs toward restrategising to fight the war against security breaches.
He confirmed that the Inspector-General of Police had also laid out a new policy on community policing to enhance intelligence gathering, and assured Nigerians that the government was committed to providing all logistics to prosecute the fight against criminality.
He appealed to Nigerians to be calm, while assuring that the present administration remains committed to security of lives and property.
“As you know, I am here to commiserate with the families of Olakunrin and Pa Fasoranti.
“This is a massive tragedy as you can imagine. We have seen it replicated here and there, I mean kidnapping and killings.
“As you all know, the president has very recently met, not only the service chiefs, but also the IGP and he has laid out a new policy on the community policing.
“One of the most important things is intelligence gathering; that is why we have the community policing system where policemen would be trained in their own local government areas and would remain there. This is as close as we get to the community policing structure that we expect to have.
“The other thing of course is that we are also engaging the army so that there will be a bit of more military presence, especially on our roads. The Inspector-General of Police has already committed to ensuring that there is full coverage of the police and even helicopters.”
“To fastening the search for these killers and also to ensure that there is adequate presence to deter this kind of terrible situation from recurring. We are looking at the whole security architecture and trying to ensure that we are able to scale up and ensure that we are able to protect the lives and properties of Nigerians.
“Security in a big county like Nigeria as you can imagine has challenges that are dynamic and we also have to be consistently dynamic to ensure that we are able to beat the challenges as they appear.
“I think we can be very hopeful that we would see peace and calm as some of the steps we are taking come to fruition. You know also that we met with the governors in the South-West and in the different zones, and everybody is coming to ensure that security is adequate and everyone feels safe and secure,” he said.
Flashyoil1: Elder statesman, Tanko Yakasai, on Monday criticized former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, describing his open letter to President Muhammadu Buhari as selfish and unpatriotic, the Nation reports.
Reacting to Obasanjo’s letter to Buhari dated July 15, Yakasai said: “I don’t see patriotism in General Obasanjo’s letters.
“In fact, all the letters written by General Obasanjo to all Military Heads of State and Presidents of the Federal Republic of Nigeria are not guided by patriotic considerations.”
According to him, “My experience with Nigerian political situation is that the top echelons of the Military are always fighting one another, either when in the service or when on retirement.
“It is from this angle that I always view most of the writings of General Olusegun Obasanjo to any military officer who is a Head of State or President in Nigeria as unpatriotic.
“Even the ones he wrote to former Presidents Goodluck Jonathan and the late Umar Musa Yar’Adua were not patriotic. They were guided by selfish interest.”
Yakasai further stated: “General Obasanjo did it during Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida’s era. He did it during the late General Sani Abacha’s regime, which later resulted to accusations that he was trying to overthrow the government, which eventually led to his imprisonment.
“General Olusegun Obasanjo also wrote a number of letters during General Abdulsalami Abubakar’s regime and he is still writing letters in this current presidency of General Muhammadu Buhari.
“So, this attitude of writing unpatriotic letters has been part of General Olusegun Obasanjo.”
Who is more patrotic between Tanko Yakassai and Obasanjo. Infact some of these old men are shameless. Given the positiob of the president can Tanko Yakassai do 1/10 of Obasanjo's deeds to the north and its leadership? Jealosy jeloma.
A few days ago Yakassai asked to Igbos to "rub my back and I rub yours" so that an Igbo president can lead in 2023. The southwest like lambs who made friends with the north like lions in the last two election can now testify to the disadvantage of the lamb's relationship with the lion.
Which of our presidents can compare with Obasanjo? Look across party lines, honestly and tell us which of them had the political will, dexterity and leadership of Obasanjo? His economic team has not been matched by any other administration. His team comprised of great, known and unknown Nigerians irrespective of tribe or religion.
Nowadays we all know where power belongs and which ethnic tribe controls everything.
As far as we know that thing which Tanko Yakassai desires desperately for the southern part of this country at this his old age will not come to pass.
So after all their noise on the tape, it is actually useless.
How can you bring tapes of subordinates when their boss already said nothing like electronic transmission especially without the electoral law.
That's why this country finds itself in this position today. Lies, lies and more lies ahead. The blind and hypnotized who refuse to be healed. Those who are in dreamland can keep sleeping. The reality of what we are presently facing in this nation is coming your way soon!

Then why did you want to become the governor of Delta state by all means? You should have gone to contest the election in one of the northern state as a show of solidarity.
Please drop this your story of how "a prophet is not honoured by his own people".
Your town Igbuzor, in Delta north, what can you tell us you did established there or used your contacts to attract there. Even your northern contacts attracted great development projects to their own towns and villages. Your own na so so English. Surely if you went to that election against Okowa it would have been a worse defeat than Ogboru received.
LilychiLily001: A trader, Mrs Kuditat Ajayi, 52, told an Igando Customary Court that she slept with her brother-in-law because she thought he was her husband.
Ajayi’s husband, Akande, is seeking the dissolution of their 35-year-old marriage, accusing her of infidelity.
”I was in bed in the night when my husband’s younger brother came to the house my husband rented for me.
“I thought it was my husband who normally come to the house at that particular time between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. to play and sleep with me.
“It was after he finished making love to me that I realised that he was not my husband.
“When I queried him, he claimed that my husband had traveled that was why he came to have sex with me.
“I reported the case to my brother’s wife, who advised me not to tell my brother so that peace can reign in the family.”
The respondent said that her husband treats the children of the other wives better than hers.
The mother of four denied being fetish as claimed by husband.
Ajayi prayed the court not to grant her husband’s wish for the dissolution of their marriage that she still love him.
The petitioner, Akande, approached the court to terminate his 35-year-old marriage accusing wife of infidelity.
He said that his wife was wayward and adulterous that her man friend was claiming paternity of one of their children.
“When I married her, I rented an apartment for her because I have other wives and I don’t want them to live together.
“I started hearing from people in the area that my wife was having affair with a man, initially I ignored it until her lover came claiming ownership of one of my children.
“The man eventually came to the house but I refused to open the door for him.
“When I questioned my wife, she confessed that the man slept with her but it did not result in pregnancy.”
The 71-year-old businessman said that his wife was fetish.
“I once caught her burying something in my compound, I accosted her and tried to remove what she buried there but I could not.
“I went out before I returned, she had cemented the place.”
He begged the court to end the marriage that he was no longer interested that the love he once had for her had faded.
The president of the court, Mr Adeniyi Koledoye, urged the two parties to maintain peace and adjourned the case until Aug.22 for judgment
Na waoh! Who opened the door when the man got there? The woman opened the door. Did her husband ever wear a mask on his face when he visited? No. Did her husband's younger brother wear a mask hiding his face? No. Who removed her clothes? She abi the man? Ok fake husband. The body weight na the same? No. So there was no discussion? greeting, etc? So the man just mounted and started riding? If she did not identify the man before he climbed, how did she identify him when he disclimbed? By the way na the same rod and staff the two men get? Sotay she could not differentiate between the two instruments of work.
I put it to that woman that she is a PATHOLOGICAL LIAR! She was always emjoying herself with her husband's younger brother. She needs flogging.
The husband too, haba! Na only am be man? How many wives. If 5 women gather one man e fit survive? Just give them 3 hours.
Ok what about the fearless and cursed younger brother? His rod and staff must be sanctioned and decommissioned. He's.a very useless and worthless person.
rentAcock: They were only there to steal intellectual properties and trade secrets from Amercian companies. Don't let anyone fool you. All the major technological innovations have been from the U.S for a reason. Facebook(Instagram, Whatsapp, Messenger) Google (YouTube, Map, Cloud) Microsoft, Twitter, Snapchat, Salesforce, Amazon, etc, the list goes on and on. Now the Chinese are making progress, they also have Tencent, Baidu and WeChat but the only reason why those tech companies are successful is because they are backed and highly favoured by the Chinese government. I was lucky to travel to Beijing once and I couldn't use Google, gmail, google map or any Google products and that's because Google had to pull out of China because of the numerous restrictions.
The Chinese do not play fair and have never played fair. It is very difficult to compete in China and even If they give you a chance, they add very high tariffs to make your products more expensive than the their own companies.
Another reason why china will continue to lag America in tech has to do with their cultural upbringing. American kids are raised to be outspoken and question authority including their parents and teachers. They are opinionated and allowed to express thoughts. Unlike Chinese children who are brood to respect elders and never speak against elders. This fundamental difference is the reason why Americans are creative and risk takers. China is very good at imitating and copying, that's why most of their advancement has been off stolen intellectual property, reverse engineering and patent infringement.
China will always lag behind America in technological prowess.
I absolutely disagree with you friend. If China did not provide the alternative the world would absolutely under the spell of the Americans in terms of cost.
What did Trump expect before? No competition? What's he trying to make out of his white supremacist rule or his America first policy?
Do not forget that Apple relocated their factory to China because of the high cost of labour in America.
Do you know that the whole world buy China? Parts, accessories, engines, etc are produced in China. People buy because they get the right prices.
If Huawei retrench their American staff, the Americans equally lose. The world has grown beyond the present attitude of Trump.
eddiebruk: When you keep applauding these people when they do what they are elected to do, You reduce their sense of responsibility as they tend to conclude they have done enough to deserve such praises. Request for accountability on that road and tell what Nigerian doesn’t know about the cost. In todays generation, Policy making beats infrastructure.
The Infrastructure we spend Government funds to build, will require maintenance. A good policy will see private investors putting in the work for whatsoever Infrastructure we deserve. You cannot continue to feed a child and provide everything for him. Because, when that child is grown and cannot depend on you anymore (then start stealing).
By the way is it not better? Nigerians live in all African countries, even dangerous ones like Sudan and Congo. They have their peace of mind. Look at Chad and Niger republic. Soldiers from those country enter into Nigeria to fight boko haram on our behalf. Chaii. We introduced Ghana must go bags in 1984, now all the countries in the world have Nigeria must go in their mouths.
Imagine you as a Nigerian; immigration arrests you and ask you where you are from. You can claim Cape Verde or Mauritius or Morocco or Egypt or Botswana. You will be deported to the country you claim. Is that not free visa and ticket for you to go and live peacefully somewhere? Abeg think about it oo. Incase immigration arrests you just jeje surrender.

Politics and power are about interests, wealth and position. This is very true especially as it concerns our country.
When he conceeded victory to President Buhari, ex president Jonathan stated that his desire to remain in power as a president was not worth the blood of any Nigerian.
He was labelled a coward, a thief, a useless and visionless leader and therefore must leave. Obasanjo, Pastor Bakare, Atiku Abubakar, Saraki, etc all worked for his removal. Most of those who decamped from PDP to join Buhari have lost out in the power game. So just like Jonathan they have become 'powerless' men and women
Very myopic Nigerians did not know that it all centered on power play. Truly there was massive looting and decay in many areas. Today we see Dasuki a northerner still in detention because of embezzlement, shortchanging the military and power play.
Can we truly say that this country has moved forward since 2015? From all the indexes of Transparency international and other such organizations, Nigeria has somehow been retrogessing.
Jonathan was accused of not doing anything about boko harm, but it was proven that his efforts were always sabotaged by powerful forces even in the north. Today even the basic needs of victims of insurgency in the IDP camps are looted withour fear by the so called custodians. The cain used to flog the old wife has been in active service flogging the new wife. Corruption has gone clearly beyond PDP/Jonathan and is seeming highly uncontrollable now.
Before now we thought that all robbery attacks on the highway were carried out by 'ordinary' armed robbers. Now we can no longer differentiate between an 'ordinary' armed robber and and herdsman armed robber. If truly herdsmen have been attacking people in the southwest is it not possibly an indication that the police/army made the northern areas difficult for them to operate? Before making the Southwest roads their attack zone, the Benin bypass was a nightmare. Clearly herdsmen would run out of the bushes around in the day and in the night to attack travellers on that road. We have not been helped by some very inflammatory comments by powerful politicians like gov El Rufai.
The South west politicians in their greed for political power ensured that Jonathan was sacked. They rejoiced over their 'victory' and part of their prizes today is terror on their highways and farmlands. Their mouths must remain in the condition of shiii or shut up as it is called. But come to think about it, who can claim that the attackers are herdsmen 100%. Can armed robbers not disguise as herdsmen to attack?
Remember the proverb 'he who brings firewood full of ants invites the lizard as his guest'.
I am not an advocate for Jonathan, but rather I am an advocate for good governance, progress and a peaceful nation.
With the way it is going in this nation today will it not be right to think that some people are saying 'had I known'?
By now too Jonathan would be lauging his head off and saying 'na una sabi'. He can also be saying 'what goes around comes around'.
bastardmod: You must take responsibility for bringing buhari to power.
You teamed up with northern terrorists to harass Jonathan.
You told us buhari was the best thing since fried rice, you led a walk to save Nigeria from a man who was doing his best.
Now with a tribal irredentist in power you went to sleep.
My verdict : you are a hopeless hypocrite and double faced bastard.
Useless crocodile tears.

No better response than this. You forgot to add my usual saying "the goat that makes the lion its friend must not forget that the lion is not even a friend to lion cubs as the goat will surely be eaten by the lion".
NairaMedia: The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has said it is determined to sanitise the examination sub-sector in Nigeria, noting that many corrupt leaders started with examination malpractices.
JAMB stated this in its weekly bulletin obtained.
The board said, “Corruption is not a peculiar African or Nigerian problem. Regrettably, most of the measures deployed to fight corruption, more often than not, fail to yield desired results. If the malaise of corruption is not holistically addressed at the stage of examination malpractice, which is most times sponsored by parents, it will grow to become a monster.
“Many corrupt leaders today might have started off on this path through experimenting with examination malpractices. It is a fallacy to think that such individuals would outgrow such acts. This set of individuals mature to something more destructive and demeaning in the long run. The polluting effects of corruption warrant the adoption of a holistic approach in fighting corruption right from the school level.
“JAMB is leading the onslaught against perpetrators of examination infractions. It is the responsibility of citizens and other government agencies to sign up for this critical national assignment. Unfortunately, national challenges are sometimes perceived by Nigerians as the exclusive headache of the agency.”
JAMB itself is a misnomer. A very unwise institution of the military governments to provide opportunity for those in the north who refused to go schools. The military governments - applying the quota system - used JAMB to favour the north, yet the educational gap has not reduced. The refusal of the northern indigenes to get educated grows everyday.
The policies of the past military governments backed by the greedy politicians has put this nation in this terrible situation.
Before JAMB students would round up their class five and get their HSC. If you passed your HSC you got admitted into the university. It was not easy passing the HSC then and the governments wanted it to be easy. Government scrapped those and yet allowed 'direct entry' for those who through other methods got the minimum requirements for admission into universities. The result is what we have today with half baked graduates everywhere. Bad doctors, engineers, lawyers, architects, accountants, scientists, etc.
JAMB should first purge itself of corruption before openly telling us of our leaders. When JAMB question papers leak before examinations is it the leaders who do it? Can we ever know how much bribe was collected by JAMB officials to compromise the process?
Today we are told that we have very bad judges. Very good lawyers with very good cases lose them because bad judges are there to give compromised judgements. That's what we read in the papers everyday.
President Buhari did not need JAMB/degree to become the petroleum minister/state governor/head of state/head of PTF/president. All that counted for his was his intergrity.

Esseite: Nigeria of 2001 is totally different from Nigeria of 2019...
If we could be world happiest people in 2011, imagine 2001... now compare that to 2019 having the fourth most dreaded terrorist group in the world...
Times have changed, the question is "WHAT CHANGED NIGERIA?"
Aside from that, remember that sometime between 2002 and 2003 while Kalu Orji was governor of Abia state , Igbos were attacked in the north. Reprisals started from Abia state and a lot of Hausa/Fulani escaped in the day and night. Many ran away from Abia state hidden in trailers and settled today at Niger bridge area in Delta state. Under his watch the dreaded Bakassi group was formed where both the guilty and innocent lost their lives. How then did he establish RUGA in Abia state then when there was no peace?
Thank God he said that most of the traders there are not the Hausa/Fulani but Igbos. He has forgotten - because of politics - that times have changed. Now guns are flying all over the place and well handled by the so called herdsmen. If he was the governor would he be giving us this kind of story? We are saying that the men who we knew to carry sticks around no longer do so. Now they carry AK 47s around. Before now armed robbers were known to attack during the night on highways. It can only take people with more sophisticated weapons and cover from above to operate like that confidently in the day time.
It is very disturbing that a man of the calibre of Kalu would go around deceiving people. How would he suddenly tell us that a cattle market he established years ago bore the title RUGA? Was there any name/title/nomenclature like that when he was the governor? Is RUGA no longer a name established and made popular by this present goverment?
We are where we are today because of the greed and wickedness of politicians.
Pavore9: After being "peppered" by his foreign wife, Eboue has gone back to Ivory Coast to marry his ex-girlfriend who he left behind after he moved to Europe!
After money finish. Is this not called consolation?
Ebullience: Bola Tinubu, a national of leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), says those blaming herdsmen for the death of Funke Olakurin, daughter of Reuben Fasoranti, do not have evidence.
Speaking when he paid a condolence visit to the family of Fasoranti in Akure, Ondo state capital, the APC leader said kidnapping is not peculiar to any ethnic group or a particular set of people.
Asked to react to the allegation that herdsmen were behind the attack, he said: “I am extremely concerned about security but I don’t want stigma. I can go through history of kidnapping and we know how it started, where it all started, there are lot of copycats, how many years ago have we faced insecurity in this country and cases of kidnapping? Is Evans a herdsman?”
Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, suspected kidnapper better known as Evans, was arrested by the police in 2017. He is still under trial.
Exactly the kind of statement expected. Shamelessly no comment about clear evidences of herdsmen wickedness on south west high ways. Continue deceiving yourself and your gullible followers.
AntiWailer: Then the petitioner should send proofs and make it public.
So EFCC wont be able to deny anything.
That is common sense and simple enough but as usual the chronic idiots called opposition just write for wiring sake.
Imagine them shouting Herdsmen killed the woman but the driver said Masked Men.
So Herdsmen now use mask to follow cows around so cows won't recognize them.
If Evans and his gang are yet to be arrested they will be called Herdsmen too.
"Too many fools, very few bullets"
Hello friend, do you remember that this is Nigeria? Do you remember the allegations that the EFCC has constantly been used as an instrument of witch hunting the opposition? Do you know how many cases have been swept under carpet? Even cases with clear evidences where the files have been hidden? Do you remember that even.operatives of the EFCC have faced/still facing charges of corruptly enriching themselves?
Look because they are in power, they control the institutions and they can muzzle the EFCC.
Our politicians are caught all the time doing wrong, aside from Dariye and the former reverend governor, who else has been jailed? Are they not the same persons we have as senators and ministers today?
A very anti people policy enacted by some past governments. The aim was to make education cheap and it became counter productive. Education was bastadized and corruption took its seat. The worst losers were the christians. Prior to that time Christians attended Islamic schools and vice versa. Politicians ruined every thing as they politicized it.
The present LASU campus originally belonged to the Methodists. Infact Methodist boys high school was meant to relocate there in the late 70s from the then school premises on broad street Lagos. Alhaji Jakande's administration stopped it and the so called afternoon sessions in the secondary schools were introduced. He ended up constructing what came to be known as "poultry houses" in the name of school buildings. Lagos state government took over the site and situated LASU there in 1984.
Hopefully Governor Fayemi can have this done quickly and also it can help in improving the quality in our country. Education should not have any religious undertone in a multi religious society like ours otherwise we will remain where we are today.
Hedonini: Stupid liar. Your so-called boyfriend tried to rape you and we should believe you simply because you said so? Because women are angels who don't lie.
Cut off one of her breasts. The bigger one.
So how the "dick" of Mr. Johnson get out of his trousers? Did she force the "dick" out of its original position?
I think this should serve as a lesson to rapists and potential ones. Women too should learn to fight back in the face of an attack. The rapist should be kicked in his balls and if possible the "dick" should be cut off and retired forcefully from "active service".
This abuse on women has to come to an end. Recently one country signed a law that requires rapists to be chemically castrated. Some highly irresponsible men even rape children as young as six months old. Some useless men rape their own daughters and even impregnate them. Some men rape their own mothers. Because of its stigma many women are not willing to speak up. The rapist then goes scot free and looking forward to his next act.
No sane man will support a rapist or attempted rape. Any man who does that needs to have a rethink or he may be a rapist/potential rapist. Do not let it happen to someone very close to you before you rise up against it.
The offence for the lady is grievous bodily harm. She made the right move in her situation. She did not deny the young man's relationship with her. I no buy I no sell no dey cause wahala. He who fights and runs away lives to fight another day. Maybe in the case of the boy his instrument of rape has been decommissioned for ever!
Hedonini: Stupid liar. Your so-called boyfriend tried to rape you and we should believe you simply because you said so? Because women are angels who don't lie.
Cut off one of her breasts. The bigger one.
So how the dick of Mr. Johnson get out of his trousers? Did she force the dick out of its original position?
I think this should serve as a lesson to rapists and potential ones. Women too should learn to fight back in the face of an attack. The rapist should be kicked in his balls and if possible the "dick" should be cut off and retired forcefully from "active service".

OlawaleSmarter0: The Nigerian Army formally commissioned into service a range of new indigenously designed and manufactured vehicles during its annual celebration day at the Ikeja Military Cantonment in Lagos state on 6 July.
Several types produced by the Nigerian Army Vehicle Manufacturing Company (NAVMC) were unveiled, including a new version of the Infantry Patrol Vehicle (IPV) featuring a larger frame, bigger wheels, and more space for personnel while still carrying a heavy machine gun in an overhead weapon station.
A Tactical Patrol Vehicle was also presented, which appears to be a high-mobility platform. It features room for up to eight personnel and can be armed with a heavy machine gun in an overhead weapon station.
An armoured personnel carrier designated as the Light Tactical Vehicle, which was first presented in an incomplete form during a firepower demonstration in April, was also exhibited. The vehicle appeared to be far less crude than its previous iteration, featuring a two-piece windscreen and an enclosed protected weapon station.
The latest version of the Proforce Ara mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP) vehicle, known as the Ara 2 was also unveiled during the event.
While an initial batch of five Ara 2s was delivered to the Nigerian Army in March, no images were released at the time as the Army did not want to advertise the vehicle and its capabilities, a Nigerian industry source told Jane’s .
The Ara 2 is very different from earlier designs and features a fully monocoque hull, all-round STANAG Level 3 armouring with STANAG Level 4a on the floor for increased protection against mines and improvised explosive devices.
As part of the Nigerian Army Day Celebration, a second batch of five Ara 2 MRAPs was handed over to the Nigerian Army, bringing the total number of this variant in service to 13 as three had been handed over a few weeks earlier, the same industry source added.
