Fulani domination is a lie by the igbos?
Wow🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 una no dey cease to amuse me

Your tribesmen have been chased into Benin Republic.
Lolzzzzzz....cry more.
Tell me who owns more land in the Sw, Ss between the Fulanis and the Ibos? Fulanis don’t come you the SW or SS and demand to be commissioners or even governors. You don’t hear such nonsense as association of Ibo wives of SW governors by Fulanis do you? You don’t hear Fulanis trying to determine who becomes governors in other states do you? They go back home to vote! How can you be planning to dominate an area when you don’t buy land and you don’t influence who becomes who politically talk less putting your people forward for elections in other peoples land? It is the people doing that that are the real conquering tribe

If you want to conquer a people, you buy land, you intermarry, you seek political control. This is what the Fulani did in the north to the Hausas. Now remind me again who are those doing that in the south especially the SW and SS? You indentify them you identify youth conquerors and enemies.

We may have been sleeping on duty but we are now alive to our responsibilities and your devious plans. That political power you crave you won’t get it. Feel free to buy land, you can’t take land away with you and the land is only 99yr rent, you dont own it. Any governor can revoke any land on security risk basis so if you fumble, we revoke it. That political domination of Yorubas in yoruba land that you have craved from the time of Zik and Daddy Onyeama you will never see it!!! You can see that before we gave you commissioner slots, now not even 1.

You sound like the one who lacks the intellectual capability for a discussion on a public forum like this, I made it clear that I give no hoot about any political parties in Nigeria, I have voted for different political parties over the years cos of my believe on the candidate presented and if your discussion is solely on some WINNING then you can choose to remain in that circle but as for me I wont.

Like i said earlier, I DONT CARE ABOUT ANY POLITICAL PARTY,I ONLY CARE ABOUT THAT ONE PERSON THAT WILL MAKE ME PROUD AS A NIGERIAN, political party affiliation, tribe and religion affiliate is never my thing.
You don’t care about political party but you keep talking about LP, you want what is good for Nigeria but your alternative is a man who was an abysmal failutpre in govt. you talk about integrity but you promote a man whose life is anything but integrity.
Who is fooling who or are you really that intellectually deficient?

Like I said it is a free world. I have no problem with people’s right to choice but you lose creibibility when you talk of integrity and then put forward Peter Obi.

1.A man who has been in 3 parties and each time deserted them in their moment of need. Lack of integrity and loyalty.

2. This is the same man who himself has a past history with drugs

This is the same man who 200m cash was found in the trunk of the car of his aide under his instructions.

This is the same man who invested public funds in his family business what says lack of integrity more than that?
This is he same man who was a part of the PDP government and economic adviser to Jonathan at a time when the economy was serially looted and mismanaged with nothing to show
This is a man who was governor for 8 years and the IGR went down during his tenure
This is a man did not declare his assets and claimed he didn’t know he had to declare the assets of his family
This is the same man that managed Anambra for 8 yrs with nothing to show for it
This is the man who managed Anambra for 8 years and his people were cursing him
This is a man who publicly swore on the lives of his childrennever to leave APGa only to leave
This is the man who empowered the SARS to the point they became the notorious unit they becamethat youths protested against.
This is the man who while his contemporaries were manufacturing became the largest importer in Nigeria of basic items. Destroying jobs and forex. When we talk of importing tomato paste and toothpicks, we are talking about Peter Obi.

This is a man who instructed the managing director of his bank to go see Diezani to collect Dasuki money.

I can go on and on

Integrity my ar se. I have no problem condemning APC or even PDP but you lose the argument and the high ground when you then present Peter Obinas an alternative. And that is he problem if he is no different and has not shown competence or capacity then people will go with who has at least shown capacity.

I have said it many times, there is no intelligent argument you can make for Peter obi based on his track record except that it is time for the SE. that’s ok but the problem is bring somebody from the SE with capacity, this is he land of the agbakogbas, the Jerome udojis, the land of dozie, the land of Soludo etc etc, so many intelligent capable ibos and it is Peter Obi you want to sell to us? The man has neither a track record in performance or in integrity.

I am not responding to you any further like I said debating with a LP or obinsupporter is like engaging a spastic. No one can give an intelligent argument in favour of Obi except that it is the time of the Ibos. You will always sound unintelligent if you attempt otherwise because there is nothing in his past record to suggest he has what is takes, if anything his track record suggests he will be the worst govt in Nigeria’s history. You
Ear. More about. A man by what he does not what he says. If you truly want to understand Nigeria under Obi look at Anambra under Obi, pull up the economic statistics, look for what the same Anambra indigenes that gave him 99% votes were saying under his regime then you will know if they truly support him because he is ibo or because they believe he can transform the economy.

It's yorumycin. It's known to cause side effects of daftness and hallucinations where the affected person will see a clear danger (Fulani herdsmen attacking him) and choose to confront a peaceful entity (Igbos just doing their business).

It's a terrible something 😜
The Fulani domination narrative is another one of the lies and propaganda in the arsenal of the Ibos to distract from their true mission in Nigeria. Who are the tribe all over Nigeria settling and buying g lands and installing Kings outside their zones but refusing to sell lands to outsiders?

There is nothing g peaceful about the Ibos. From coup to civil war to birthplace of kidnappings, starting tribal wars on the internet to IPOB beheadings and sit at home. There is nowhere the Ibos go that’ they are not in conflict with their hosts. It is not I. Their DNA to settle matters peacefully because the pysche of the Ibo is that he must always triumph and have his way or he will scatter everything for everybody. So when you start to see them I. Your midst you know it is only a matter of time before there is trouble.

To: Goodconsience77 & Phorget,

I constantly say on Nairaland don’t quote me to introduce a subject I did not comment on. If you quote me stick to the substance of my message.

If I post that john is married to Jane, I am only interested in whether john is married to Jane. I am not interested in discussing if John and Jane are happily married or your opinion of if Jane should have married John. If my claim that John is married to Jane is false, please provide evidence otherwise move along and find someone else to dump your frustrations on.

I responded to a post about Wike becoming a VP under APC. I responded by saying APC will never do such a thing. If you want to use that to discuss your view on the state of the country fine…but find someone else to quote and engage. I am not interested in giving life to your personal life frustrations.

For the record: I certainly am not prepared to discuss the state of the nation with anyone who thinks Peter Obi has the capacity to save the country. Thinking Obi is an option to me shows you lack the intellectual capacity to be engaged in such a discussion or you have an ulterior agenda. No one is more unfit to govern Nigeria than Obi. What is even worse than Obi are his Obidients, I have never heard an intelligent argument from any of them, just anger, irrationality and hate. It is as if once you become an Obidient you lose all brain function.

As for PDP, if they had handled the country properly or handled their party properly APC would not be in power. If you can’t manage your party, or manage your election that was yours to lose, how do want to manage a country?

So to both camps whatever problems you have with APC, look inwards, many people are frustrated with Buhari’s 8 years but still voted for APC many not because they were happy but because the alternatives you presented were not viable or you mismanaged a process that was yours on a platter. I really don’t know when the penny will drop for you that you had 14m votes against APC’s 8.7m but APC is in power are you are not! You had the votes to kick APC out of power but you sabotaged yourselves. Even if I or anyone is unhappy with APc, you are the reason APC is in power so if I were you I would STFU and crawl into a corner to reflect on how and why you messed up such a golden opportunity to kick the party you hold responsible for your woes out of power because you could not agree amongst yourselves.

LP and PDP moaning about the state of the nation is like an unemployed man who needs a job and you tell him you have made a call to a friend who is the MD and who will give him a job and he is expecting him at 8 am. However you have told your friend to expect him at 10 am to give him enough time to get there. Instead he get’s there at 12 noon, looks scruffy, didn’t bring his CV. Naturally your friend is not impressed and doesn’t give him the job and later he has the effontry to complain to you that he is broke and has no job. He had a job on a platter of gold! Do you have the time to discuss with such a person? Do you even want to see such a person, somebody that has made you look bad in front of your friend? You had your chance, Whatever you see you see!

Like I said I am not interested in discussing with you, above is my opinion..take it or leave it. As far as I am concerned your actions have not shown you are worthy or being engaged in a discussion.

If I come from a family where my grandfather was one of the 1st Nigerians to get a phd, even before independence, if you had any brain cells I dont need to explain my level of education. The least educated of my grandfathers generation I.e the women was either a foreign trained registered nurse or a school teacher. Even my great grandfather was a Catechist which was as educated as you get in those days.

The same attitude you have amongst yourselves that caused all of you to flee your zone is what you have brought to Lagos. If you had the capacity to truly develop your zone you would not be in Lagos. Nobody leaves his zone looking for what is not missing. You are only United when you are fighting outsiders.

You were in power by proxy with PDP for 16 years, kidnapping started in your zone during that era. SARS was created because of the kidnapping in the SE. it was under the same Ibo party of PDP that for the 1st time i. My life Ibos stayed in Lagos for Xmas and didn’t go home. Suddenly Buhari and APc comes into power in 2015 and you are shouting as it your land was peaceful and development was occurring there.

You have the money to develop your land, there is no doubt about that but it is your attitudes that cause your land to be desolate and underdeveloped. Like I always say give Ibos the Biafra they crave. They will be fighting for visas to Nigeria because they will fight themselves to the point the place will become Sudan.

Everything you stated above are the reasons Nigeria can never move forward. Can you please tell those master strategists to at least strategize on how to move the country forward?
I am so tired of this their politics of stagnation whereby all they care is winning without delivering the essence of winning.
I do not like LP or what they represent. I detest them but I will not stand here and tell you they are not a force In politics at least in sections of the south and the Christian middle belt. When you fail to recognize the strength of your enemy because you loathe or hate them it clouds your judgement and leads to failure in battle.

If you clear your eyes of prejudice you will see what I am saying without me having to explain to you. If you fail to clear your eyes nothing I say will make a difference. All I will say is they won an election with 8.7m votes against an opposition that together got over 14m votes but could not unite themselves because they lacked internal party discipline. If there was the kind of disunity in APC that existed in PDP and it’s splinter groups, they would have lost that election.

You can recognize the internal party discipline in APC and still hate them or you can let your prejudice lead you to serial losses because you failed to recognize and plan against the strength of your opponent. Propaganda does not win elections, strategy and unity does.

As we speak today APC is already planning and making moves towards 2027. Have you seen any strategic moves from the former PDP actors besides making noise on TV and social media? They will come in 2026, 6 months before elections and when they lose (as is the inevitable fate of the man who fails to plan) they will start insulting INEC and the Judiciary.

Akpabio that is senate president today under APC, when APc was formed his state was a PDP state will zero APC votes, you think his defection to APC in 2016/17 was not with an eye on today? It would surprise many that APc controls more states in the SE than any party including those parties traditionally associated with the SE, APGA, PDP and LP. It did’t happen overnight. ApC that had no presence on the SS in 2015 now controls 1 state and has made inroads into at least 2 others. The seeds were planted long ago.

So if you like continue to deny them their dues.

Wike has been used and dumped, not bad though, but tricked into foolishly asking his loyal boys to port without thinking of the consequences is the height of treachery. Serve him right!
APC is not a party of stupid people, don’t allow hate to cloud your judgement. You don’t make history as the 1st party to overthrow a sitting party or the 1st party to defeat the opposition despite getting less than half the total votes of the opposition by being unstrategic. Even Segun Sowunmi gave his props to APC as an party on national TV, the PDP man from Kogi who defected (Awoniyi) remarked after he got to APC , that he was in awe at the level of planning and strategy of the APC. If APC behaved like Lp or PDP they would have lost, the only reason they won is because like it or not they are the only party in Nigeria where members puts party 1st. You as a party man may not like the decision but members will fall behind decisions. That’s why they keep slaying the opposition. Such a party will never present Wike as VP when others have toiled for years, that’s how things are done in PDP but that’s not how things are done in APC, that why APC is waxing stronger and PDP is in tatters. APC is not the kind of party that will take a new comer and give him a slot over those who had been toiling for the party. That’s the difference between APC and PDP.

I am a fan of Wike but he ain’t getting no VP in APC…he never was! As it is many APC members are getting tired of his antics.

WIke as and is never an option as Vice President under APC. It is either Umahi or Akpabio…most likely Umahi and no,one says the northerner will be Shettima.

That means global certifications earned here in naija can be used to get jobs there
You could also look into remote IT jobs if you are having problems getting a visa. Where you can earn in forex and be in Nigeria….best of both worlds if you ask me. Could also help you relocate eventually by building your cv if you insist on japaing ( I am not an advocate of japaing but I understand for some it’s the only option)

You will have to do your own investigation on that but I know a few IT people in Nigeria do that. In fact I have friends who are Uk citizens and are technically based in the Uk but are actually remote working from Nigeria.

If you are planning to go to the Uk or anywhere, you have to have professional skills that are in demand. Get your certifications before you go. Don’t go as an illegal migrant. You will eventually earn well. It may be a while before you get your 1st job and even the 1st one may not pay so much but once you do, you are good.

Weak man!
Career › Re: Japa: From Bank Manager To Skyscraper Cleaner by casualobserver:
Nazgul:
The question you should be asking is how much does a bank manager earn in Nigeria?

If you must know, no bank in Nigeria pays their branch managers up to N1m. On an average, they earn between 500-600k. (That's about $600 not pounds o)

A skyscraper window cleaner in the UK earns about £23,000. With that amount, you can live comfortably in the UK.

Aside the risks involved in the job, I won't say he made a bad choice.
The question you should ask yourself is what is left of the £23,000 after income tax, council tax, rent, transport, heating, phone etc. I promise you it is zero. In fact I promise you someone on £23k will soon start living off his credit card and eventually get into credit card debt. All that to be a cleaner with no career advancement. Or you will have to live such a frugal life that you would ask yourself everyday who sent you.

The reason why the 23k jobs are available to you the immigrant is 1) you are not a citizen. 2) a citizen would rather claim benefits (social welfare) have his house rent and council tax paid for him by the govt, sit at home all day than go to work just to earn 23k a year.

I should also add that bank manager is not a big job in the uk, you don’t need a degree to be a bank manager in the uk. It is only in Nigeria we elevate bank managers. A typical bank manager in the Uk has only “o” levels, left school and started work in the bank as a bank teller and worked his way up. In fact it was the same thing in Nigeria, many of the 1st generation bank managers, ceos did not go to universities but started their careers as bank clerks in the 1950s and 1960s. So if you think your career as a branch manager in Nigeria translates to much in the uk, it doesn’t. Except you have a particular banking skill/qualification like CFA, Acca etc. a bank manager is just an admin manager.

Let’s say you are in London, which is where the most skyscrapers are. You will spend at least £400 a month on food, minimum £150 a month on a travel card, more likely more because you cannot afford the rent closer to zone 1. Between phone, internet, tv subscription, water, heating, maybe another £300. We have not even mentioned rent and council tax. You will be lucky to get a one bedroom flat in London for less than £1000.

These are basic monthly expenses you cannot do without. You salary after tax cannot cover this. So you will have to cut costs, rent a room in a shared house, deny the basics you had in Nigeria and even then you will have no savings. I promise you, if you are not a citizen you will curse the day you took advise from people on Nairaland who have never seen an airport in their lives or the day you converted £ to Naira and thought £23k is a lot of money in the uk. Soon enough you will realize you need 2 jobs just to survive and maybe you should have taken better advantage of the bank manager job you had in Nigeria.

£23k is a lot of money for someone living in Nigeria, for someone living in the Uk it is poverty level, which is why citizens would rather claim benefits and not work, than work for £23k. This is why they need foreigners to do those jobs. £23k is actually minimum wage in the Uk. Those who set minimum wage know why they set minimum wage at the level they do. There is no country in the world where anyone is comfortable or has any savings on minimum wage. If you think you are suffering as a bank manager in Nigeria on 500k a month when the minimum wage here is 30k, wait till you earn minimum wage in the UK and understand real suffering. Yes you will have light, you will have water (so long as you can pay for them) but your soul will not know peace.

Below is what a citizen gets for not working in the UK. Let us not forget someone on welfare is the lowest rung on the ladder. Yet he will be better off than you on £23k a year without going to work and you sit there converting. Naira to pounds thinking 23k is big money? He doesn’t pay tax, you will pay tax on your 23k.

As you can see below a window cleaner is a window cleaner. A high rise window cleaner may earn more than a regular cleaner but he will still earn less than the average American job.

These talks about landlords and roof eh. is begining to sound overComplicated, or maybe na una dey make am sound complicated.

I don't know as a fresh Tenant, but you ought have little to no issues as an existing tenant of atleast 1-year in such apartment. Except you and the landlord no dey in good terms.

How many landlords sef dey here sef ?

See eh, Myself as an example, started using Solar panels while in 1-room apartment. The compound was on 1½ plots of land, with 2 units of 2 storey buildings each having 4 blocks of flats upstairs while the ground floor of the second building was 2 units of room & parlour selfContain, the ground floor of the first building was mostly faceMe-I-FaceYou rooms which was where I was living.

The building used SLATE as roofing material.

Now for the flats, they each have their own NEPA meter but for we in 1-rooms, we all shared a single meter.

Less than 1-year after I moved in, I bought 2pcs 150Watts solar panels that needed to be installed. I notified the landlady before buying the solar panels and she agreed BUT on the day I came with the carpenter (it's was my very first time having anything to do with SOLAR), one of the SONs refused I install anything - his reason which the others immediately picked on is - I would STOP PAYING NEPA BILLs to which I told them I have already told their Mom, the landLady that I wouuld continue paying NEPA bills but they still refused.
Of course that wasn't unExpected since I have blocked their way many times.
You see me eh, I no dey make wahala, BUT if you give me multiple good reasons to, na you go tire.

When I rented the place, the outstanding NEPA bill for our section (1-room apartments) was over 300,000 naira despite the fact most were paying their NEPA bills.
I asked earlier if their were outstanding before renting and they said NO, after renting, I found out they lied to me, I refused paying anything outside current month.
They threathened returning my money, I told them no wahala so long it's 300% percent of what I paid them + 6-months to find elsewhere so as to cover cost of relocations among other things.

Of course the agent who introduced me to them told them this person don take former landlord go court and still won to extent of staying 2-years further.
Actually it was those smaller courts in local governments. I think they call it MediationCenter or what not.
Also judging from ma nature, people are cautious by default because I look too ordinary yet weird, they let that slid.

Next I removed the handling of NEPA bills from their hands - I told them to allow we Tenants handle our bills, and not pay it to them. That one caused small wahala also before they asked I handle it BUT I refused. Me no dey like involve myself in community things no matter how juicy it might be.
At end of the day, A fellow tenant in our section took it. and for the first time, how much they were paying dropped. meaning say They were paying not just their own NEPA bills, but those of the landLady and her family (the husband is late so She's landlady, and most of her elderly children and grand children are all occupying last floor of second building), and still have small change left for them.

Of course, they tried controlling the tenant that was now handling our NEPA bill sometimes asking him to increase the money by 1,800 naira or more. Unknown to them, I sometimes ask to see the actual NEPA bill so it didn't take long for me to notiice that and stopped it. That one sef caused a little drama with one of the Son that behaves like a tout wanting to disconnect my Solar wires saying that was my I refused to pay, whereas my reason was that He stops as they inflate the bill.
At end of the day, I still won. Did I tell you I was given quit notice twice and I laughed at their faces ?
These people ain't that poor Ooo. Just that some of them weren't educated enough BUT they have atleast 3 educated brothers that were wealthy enough.
Reason I laughed at them was because I knew my RIGHTs enough you can't just kick me out without being affected and they were somewhat weary of that.

Anyways, I was almost mostly first to pay ma NEPA bills. If dem paste names today, I either pay same day, or next day. As for Security and Sweeping monies, unlike others, I calculated them all and paid for 1-year's worth.

Other than my not allowing them go out of line, you never know I exist, in fact if You don't see me go in, you would never see me again till further notice. Hardly do I even quarrel with people.

So you see why when they saw I wanted to install solar, they saw it as opportunity to show me who's incharge.

Well I didn't even beg them at all, I just packed everything into my room, gave the carpenter fuel money for his Okada, and asked Him to go. he asked me to go beg them but I told him no need. If they said NO, they have valid reasons.

Well 2 or 3 weeks later, na same dem ask me to install it, to which even one of the son suggested I buy them drinks and I said no issue.

Called carpenter, rented ladder, climbed the 2 storey building and it was very high, (na quality house, no be those houses wey dey short or weak) and the installation was done. Before I packed out of the apartment after over 4-years, I myself climbed same roof over 8 times going there to do different things. Only on 1 occassion that I made a little mistake that broke the slate small, no one knew till I called a carpenter to fix it on the spot and they were surprised.

Even while relocating, I just climbed with assistant from a fellow tenant to bring them down (they have grown from 2pcs of 150watts to 4pcs of 300Watts solar panels) and no one questioned me on anything.

Now I have equally done installations for about 7 or more clients who were all in rented apartments and never faced issues. Just one time, one of them had a lanndlord who wasn't so comfortable so much He literally stood outside watching us till we were done.

Now reading all these things you guys saying here is making me thing things are being blown out of proportion.

To me, Roof damage exists but not as rampant like you people are making it appear.

Of course, a landlord or landlady or careTaker who have experienced ugly incident, wouldn't easily accept except you can prove you're different. Most places, You're the first person using solar there hardly experience any issue.
I dont know if you thought that post would serve to convince any landlord but you’ve only achieved the opposite. Others are free to, I wouldn’t and I won’t advice any landlord to…especially after reading what you just wrote. You have only served to reinforce our apprehensions.

grin this is going to break some southerners.. particularly those from the west! They urged the east be segregated but the owners of Nigeria don't give a sheet about them! See, as far as nigeria is concerned, you guys are at war with your fellow southerners. Until you wisen up then follow "unitedly" with ss/se, then you'll be beat the northerners to their mind games.. your all think your smart?.. Soludo understands this game of diplomacy after being the CBN gov, though it might cost him a bit from his people.
The only people with mind games are the people of the SE. They are the only people that will say I am Ibo before saying I am Nigerian.

She brazenly told me "I have a 5yr old son", before she did I was crushing hard, then she told me she has a son today, I was taken aback for a while but much to my shock, I find her more attractive now? Instead of getting repulsed by the new information I want her more now, is it weird? Lol, I'm even thinking she can bring her son and live with me like we're family.

Please advise me.
Run away, woman scarce for market?

You can never be a priority to a woman with a child….even when the child is yours.

1. When there is a problem she will remind you that you are not the father. Even you the man, the day you have problems you will start behaving or even telling her you are doing her a favour by taking her on with a child. When she doesn’t have time for you because of the child (children are time consuming) you will become resentful because the child is not yours. As time goes on you may start to feel you shortchanged yourself and resentment may start to build.
2. Do you want to have a child with her such that your child’s mother has children from different men?
3: a woman who is divorced or has had a child outside wedlock is not likely a woman who values a stable relationship and so is unlikely to go the extra mile to rough the hard times that will come in any relationship.
4. All women are sweet in the beginning, all women bring problems. So select a woman without baggage. A woman will not see a broke man and a secure man and choose a broke man because he is more attractive. Women select partners with their brains, learn something from women and stop choosing partners based on emotion.

Run away from a woman with a child, run an additional distance from a woman with a child who is prepared to move herself and her child into the house of a man she is not married to.

I concur with you. For those who think Landlords who refuse solar panels on there roof are unreasonable should go to the market & find out how much it cost to roof the same house & imaging about 15% to 20% of the cost to fix the damaged sections of roof, then they will see & understand what the landlord see & understand.

Another option is to put down caution fee of about 500k or more Incase of any damage on the roof.
It’s not just about damage to the roof. I have a cousin who had solar installed poorly and the roof started to leak during the rains damaging other stuff. It’s just not worth it deposit or no deposit. In any event inflation will render the deposit useless with time. What say N500k can do today it won’t be able to start in 5 years.

A solution may be insurance if there are reputable insurance companies that offer such a cover. I assume an insurance company that will do that must have certified the installer. I still wouldn’t as my general policy in Nigeria is to avoid situations that can lead to drama.

Well, that's just your recommendation. Fortunately, some landlords do allow for this. All of the tenants can't just wait till they are landlords to use renewable energy.
There will always be landlords that will allow. I just stated my personal opinion and the risks.

While there are good tenants who do things the right way and are mindful of other peoples property, the majority of Nigerians are not. While there are some tenants who can afford the best professional installations, the majority will employ cowboys and quacks. The majority won’t even know the difference between a professional and a cowboy.

While having a tenant who is knowledgeable install solar on your roof is o e thing but how many Nigerian tenants know what the installer is really doing? I remember an installer here bragging about how he joins bare high voltage solar cables on the roof and tapes it. Like seriously? As a landlord I don’t want that kind of fire hazard on my roof. This is not to talk of potential for leaks.

I work bro, I hustle, the environment is not favorable to them, it's not about us, the cost of materials alone, if they spend so much, they will also. Charge very much, not everyone can afford what's sold on jumia, secondly not everyone books for food online when we have so many standby restaurants, cafeterias and even the local.bukas
You clearly don’t understand what I mean by “you don’t work”
Satellite TV Technology › Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by casualobserver:

Both buyer and seller can agree on certain things. As a tenant if I can't install solar panels on the location I'm moving into, it just voids the contract. No need for long meetings or something. I'll just move on. Nobody should bring up this issue AFTER packing in, it should be discussed BEFORE you even consider paying rent.
I would never advise any landlord to allow a tenant to install solar, talk less remove. Too much Incompetence and story telling in our environment.

Existing tenant no chance at all, if you don’t like move out. New tenant let them know before hand that solar on the roof is not allowed.

I won’t even allow a tenant who says he will leave it when he leaves. Nigerians are not honorable people. The same tenant that you bent over backwards will come with one story when it is time to pack out. Or he will remove it without you knowing and start with Nigerians’ favorite phrase…”sorry don’t be annoyed”.

It’s the quality of the installation/uninstallation plus the likely hood of honoring agreements… too many points of failure/damage/stress…...not worth the hassle.

What a daft comment by a daft and shallow woman. No serious minded man wants to marry woman who’s parades herself half naked on instagram. How do I raise a child well when his/her mothers semi naked pictures are all over the internet.

For the record, most men who can cook, cook because they don’t have a choice. I can cook but trust me I would rather have my wife cook. Even if her food is not as good as mine, I would get used to it it rather than cook. A man has better things to do with his time than cook.
