You have spent 8 years in bitterness against Buhari, you will spend another 8 years in bitterness against Tinubu. In the end you will spend half of your peak productive adult life in bitterness.

May 29 democracy day for normal Nigerians will always be bitterness day for Obidients and IPOB.
Family › Re: Should I Take Custody After Divorce As A Man by casualobserver: 3:43pm On May 26, 2023
Afodot0022:
Top of the day to you naira landers,

I know some of you will criticize me here for always bringing my marital issues here.

Well i believe we got lots of married responsible people here that might have gone through what i am facing through and may have one or two advice for me on how to navigate through my issues.

Some of you are unaware of my stories, i will urge you to read through my stories under my profile name and have better understanding about how it unfolded.

Now i am still struggling emotionally base on the problem am having with my wife, the disloyal, cheating and dishonesty from her ever since she got the job and get an accommodation in the barrack.

She has been a complete different person entirely and still surprise how she turned to be who she is now. well i have decided to divorce her and sent her away because she had caused me enough pains emotionally which am yet to heal from, my peace of mind and mental health is at stake and dont want to run mad because of a woman. I dont think i deserve that. .

My advice to single men and women planning to settle down soon should be very careful with the person they want to marry and know the person very well cos people do change alot when circumstances struck.

That man or woman you are so in love with now might turn out to be a beast when you later end up getting married. Marriage is a very difficult journey.

Now i and my wife are separated living apart but my two daughters are still leaving with me and with the help of my aged mom and sister, they are taking care of them and doing well.

Now am kinda confuse whether i should let the kids go stay with their mother or they should stay with me. Though she is not dragging custody with me but I realize the kids staying with me for now gives me that emotional strength and doesn't make me feel lonely, but if i take them to their mom, i might start missing them and loneliness and depression may strike being that i will be living alone.

I just want to get advice from divorced or separated men or women and even married and single here how they handle the custody part of their kids when their marriage ended, is it easy as a man to raise two girls age 5 and 6yrs and what are the issues relating to these.

As i said, i have a mom and aunt that can look after them very well and all i have to do is provide for them all they will be needing physically and financially, but i just what to be sure if am taking the right decision and wont regret taking their full custody.

pls anyone with useful advice should drop here cos am in a dilemma right now and want to get solution to my issues.

Pls sorry for the typo errors, am writing this with emotions scattered.
you are a foolish man, is it what is good for you that matters or what is best for your children? ode!!! i even thought you were going to talk about how useless the mother is but it is your loneliness you are worried about? no wonder your marraige crashed, no wonder your wife cheated or left you, the fact that it is your loneliness that worries you says a lot that you are not a man!!!

take it from a fellow man, you are an irresponsible father!!!

My friend I gave you facts too. Buhari controls INEC and every legal firearm in the country. If you were the cabal who control Buhari, the people who truly run Nigeria, would you let presidency of a profitable enterprise like Nigeria be determined by the masses?? Don't make me laugh!
You did not give facts your entire premise is based on innuendo and unsubstantiated. allegations. APC got 14m votes in 2019, this time they got 8.7, these are facts. PDP got 10m in 2019 and their constituent parts collectively they got 14.7m in 2023…..these are facts. Why then did APC which lost over 6m votes, where PDP gained over 4.7m still managed to win the election? That is an intellectual debate not I don’t like your face kind of beer parkour arguments about INEc you are putting forward. Is it not the same INEC that presided over a humiliating Obi victory in Lagos, if they were rigging why did so many APC states fall? Why didn’t they rig 25% in FCT? Sometime you people are so daft, one wonders why one bothers to reply.

My friend when you make academic or intellectual debates you deal in facts not emotion. Your utterances are based on emotion, propaganda rumor, dogma etc. nothing academic or inteelectual about it. I gave you facts and figures, you are talking about cabal and you have the gall to talk about intellect?

I don't know who you keep referring to as "you". I didn't lose anything neither am I that invested in the outcome of the election. This is purely an intellectual discussion to me.
An election whose outcome was basically pre-determoned by a cabal. They needed to get just enough votes to win. If Atiku, Obi, Kwankwaso were in the same party Tinubu would still have won if that's what they wanted. No way they would have allowed Obi to become president. Atiku, maybe. As for Tinubu, we don't yet know their full plans for him. Let's watch as things unfold in comming months/years
Abeg you and “intellectual” do not belong in the same sentence, paragraph, essay, or room.

Tell me who would have beaten Buhari and INEC and how. Or tell me if Obi or Atiku were in APC and had Buhari and INEC backing, in an election scripted by the cabal, how they would have lost
It is in my interest for you to continue to wallow in your delusions, the longer you remain delusional blaming others for your self inflicted errors the longer you remain out of power and quite frankly I want you far away from Aso rock. Atiku did not learn from 2019, he lost again, Obi did not learn from 2019 or 2023 and he will lose again. So yeah it’s all the fault of INEC, Buhari, etc etc, nothing to do with your tactical and strategic blunders. Like I said PDP got 15m votes in this election, APC lost 6m votes (from 14.6 in 2019 to 8.7m in 2023) and they still won. I don’t understand how a ruling party rigs an election and loses almost half of its votes and the opposition increases its votes by almost 50%…. but I’m sure you do.

Stop being naive. Nigerian politics doesn't go like that. Jonathan was an aberration. He DECIDED to go. No other incumbent Nigerian president of modern era could have lost election. Buhari could have kept winning elections till he died. Nigerian presidential elections that are just about scripted!

Not true. No combination of N8gerian politicians could have beaten Buhari and INEC combined - which was what Tinunu had
There is a reason why certain people are serial winners and others are serial losers. Some take responsibility, asses where they went wrong while others don’t and blame others. Tinubu got 8.7m votes PDP (Atiku, Obi, Kwakwanso). Got over 15m and yet you lost but sure feel free to blame INEC.

In 2015, in an era of unbridled rigging, Tinubu did not blame INEC, instead he went to Buhari as well as certain elements in PDP, ANP and said even though we don’t see eyes to eye, let’s join hands and send these people packing….the rest is history. You decided the best way to win an election was to decimate the opposition…well done!

You are wasting your time if you are arguing it.
Unfortunately the retards do not understand this. Whether it was sponsored by Tinubu or not I don’t know but Tinubu became president the second obi left PDP. They were busy masturbating not realizing that you don’t split the opposition and expect to defeat the incumbent.

When did khadaria become a constitutional lawyer? I keep saying section 42(1)b rubbishes the idea that FCT residents have any special vote. It clearly states you cannot enact or implement any law that gives residents of any community privilege or disadvantage over others.

Honestly I’m not being biased, right now Ado is no where near Osogbo o.
Depends on where you went to or passed in Osogbo as well.
But in sw,Osogbo is honestly one of the better capital cities.
Let me give you an example, you hardly see an Osogbo indigene going to stay in Ado-ekiti,except,the person is either a farmer or maybe through marriage.
There are countless indigenous Ekiti people in Osogbo, either traders, artisans or even civil servants.
Ado-ekiti has nothing to offer an average Osogbo indigene, who did rather go to Lagos,or at most ogun state.most especially the Ota axis.
Osogbo is not any where the best, but it’s a very decent place.
I am not doubting you, like I said my visit to Both towns was very brief. Osogbo was about 10 yrs ago, Ado was more recent. It wouldn’t surprise me if Osogbo was better as you say, I know CBN, Osogbo steel plant, NMT and there is a significant electricity plant there. To be fair now that I think about it, I remember there was traffic in Osogbo and hardly any in Ado.

I have been reasoning, having traveled to most state capitals in Nigeria and seening how underdevelop most capital cities are, it is pertinent to state the list of the most underveloped capital cities in Nigeria by geo-political zone:

(1) south east - Umuahia (Abia state).

(2) South south - Yenogoa (Bayelsa state).

(3) South west - Ado ekiti (Ekiti state).

(4) North central - Lokoja (Kogi state).

(5) North east - Damaturu (Yobe state).

(6) North west - Gusau (Zamfara state).

What is your opinion on this rating? Please no insult guys.
have you been to Osogbo? from what i saw, i think ado is better than osogbo

now you know that because a lawyer is a SAN does not mean anything. So let them keep deceiving you about 25% of FCT. Section 42(1)b clearly nullifies any notion that FCT voters can have any priviledge over others. Even if or where a law is written badly or ambiguously, section 42(1)b states no law can be implemented or interpreted in such a way that in confers priviledges or disadvantages to citizens based on where they reside.

Even olisa Agbakogba a respected SAn is talking nonsense on TV because sentimental bias has overcome his training.

Obi is a cowboy. The US recognizes officialdom. The person officially declared president elect is Tinubu, that is who the Us will recognize. To not recognize the officially declared president elect is what is taking sides. If Tinubu is sacked and Obi by some miracle is declared president, then they will recognize him but he should quit this nonsense he keeps doing.
