That's because you have been trying to install the sis (s60v1) version of coreplayer. Meanwhile, your friend's version of phone is symbian s60v30. Get yourself a version of that which'll usually end with the extension .sisx instead of .sis

Try working your way around it. If you use a Nokia phone, create another connection profile from "destination and connectivity" setting on the Nokia phone. Then change airtel ip 195.189.142.132 and port to 80
Connection should be established thereafter.

You didn't think Apple is done with the lawsuits after its victory against Samsung last week, were you? The Cupertino company has filed another patent infringement lawsuit against Samsung, adding an additional 22 devices to the list of alleged offenders.



The new list of smartphones and slates includes Samsung heavy hitters such as the Galaxy S III and the Galaxy Note 10.1. They were not included in the lawsuit Apple won last week - that one actually involved mostly products which are hardly available on the market these days. There are some devices, which were part of the original suit. This time however, they are listed for infringing different patents.

You aren't the only one. Mine is a case of being SMSed by glo to send 13 to 127 for monthly always micro and this I've been doing for about 1 year until last month they took their 1k but no data. Abeg where can I get to report globacom. I've called their customer care about 7 times in the previous month, all promising their technical section will look into it but nothing has been done till date. They'd initially give me the excuse that I shoulda sent 53 instead of 13 to 127 but will later discover from their record logs that that's what I'd been doing for about a year (as their SMS instructed) without hitches. I guess they just decide to use that last month as a perfect time to rip me off. The heck, been forced to hook up airTel mainly for better data offer and speed since then. However, they still need to be taught some lesson. I don't need their crap data again and need a refund of the money. I was actually doing them a favour hitherto by sticking to them (from 2002 till date) while my friends and families had diversified to other networks. Still pàpà yet person never win 100kobo from 'em let alone 100 million promo. Mscheeeew. Abeg, I need someone or some agency to report them to to keep 'em running and do what's right.

Has anyone gotten d update in 9ja?

I've actually gotten the notification on my Nokia N8 auto update app that there's an important firmware update and it showed me a 10mb file to download. I had to refuse the download as I'm wary to do any update yet until I'm sure the Norton hack I had done to my phone will not bring up some contradictions in the update. I'll still hang around some more to see guys with Norton hack who successfully update to belle refresh firmware.

The charging port recently got faulty and I took it to the phone clinic...after fixing the charging port I discovered that the screen now hangs without reason, also, I discovered that most of my apps doesn't open anymore, even my contacts, mails and messages have all refused to open, Same with the internet connectivity which doesn't connect, it keeps prompting the "connection failed" msg on the screen.
As I am typing this complaints, i feel crying as the phone is as good as useless each time I stare at it.

Can anyone help me with a solution please? I don't wanna loose this phone (not yet).

As per the applications that refused to launch, have you tried restoring the phone to factory settings and if you have without success, have you tried re-installing the whole firmware nokia E7 using phoenix (sort of flashing)?
