Thanks a lot, really appreciate

Viruses:

I have been using it no issues.

The aim is to check if you will drive carelessly, will you drive carelessly? No.

Things they check are overspending, harsh acceleration, harsh breaking, use of phone while driving, sharp turning.

In the one I use, the app came with a score of 100, if I commit any of the offences listed above during a trip, they deduct 1 mark. They will call my attention when my score drops below 30. Each offence resets after 2 weeks. It means that before they will call my attention, I would have committed a combination of these offenses 70 times across about 70 trips within 2 weeks. Infact anybody that does that needs to go back to driving school.

I have been driving the way I would drive without it. I will say go for it.

please i have a situation where Bsc Chemical engineering was applied for but the admission came with an integrated Masters. the CAS required ATAS
my question is can the school change this admission to just BSC and issue a CAS without that ATAS requirement.

I understand ATAS is required for masters level study... and its already too late to be applying for ATAS

Anyone with any experience about this please help!

yes, these points could be articulated (eg children of international students going to school free, large family size , old age students, etc) and sent to Suella for integration into the new policy(ies). but as long as it is still legal and HO issues visa, 60 years old Nigerians will keep entering with their 7-10 children until January 2024.

I would take sponsorship and start counting down.

Bringing mum to me is better as that frees 2 of you to huzzle with peace of mind....if you can afford it

pheranmie:
Hi guys
I came in on a spousal dependent visa and you know know you Have to look for sponsorship. We have a 4month baby hence I am the only only working for now. Wanna ask for your kind advice.
1.Should i consider bringing my mom to help (baby sit) looking at the cost for her to come so my wife can work as well or I should allow n my wife do the babysitting?

2. I have a job offer at a children school (stubborn children) though no sponsorship 400 pounds weekly excluding tax ( 8am-3pm) and I have a job offer as a Support Worker but there is sponsorship 375 pounds excluding tax. Which one do you think I should go for looking at one with a future though?

Please I need your honest advice

I always thought the Uni had ample accommodation for all categories of students including families unless there is a particular reason why you don't want their accommodation.

personally, I did the research and thought it was better to rent from them (in view of furnishing, stress of repairs, proximity to uni etc).

Like I said, unless you have other reasons to rent outside if not they have accommodation plenty.

Let’s be progressive thinkers please. All of these pity party comments of “Thank God say God no be man". Etc only sets us back as a people. The laws are the laws and she is not gatekeeping. She’s only stating facts to be honest. Maybe a little empathy would have been nice but still, we should not feel entitled to things that are clearly printed on our passports. So let’s leave this mindset in 2022, okay?

Exactly....the way some pepo de drag this UK eh, meanwhile somebody holds the key to PARADISE

I thank God say man no be God sha.

The lady will not get it if she is not entitled to it...why not NOT be bitter that she had the desire for it?

Chikadibia21:
Your opinions are very valid. However, what is missing here is empathy. The lady is blind, and might genuinely feel her disability might count for something.
I honestly do not think she was feeling entitled, and it would be equally wrong for you to assume so...

Gemma11:

I don’t understand the reasoning why someone who is a non-Uk citizen would enter the country and assume that their disability immediately gave them the right to apply for public housing. Like there isn’t already a social housing shortage with priority given to their own citizens who are disabled or vulnerable?

It is the entitlement for me sha.

I would suggest to go a bit lower first ( stoop to conquer) for example, if you were a bank manager in Nigeria you can apply for customer service role, Head of HR can start with HR Advisor etc...not quite strategic but it works. when you enter you can then aim straight for Director.

Good evening House. I got to the UK 3 weeks ago, Sheffield precisely and haven't had any luck with job searches. Got only one interview which wasn't successful. The others do not respond or feedback.
Please what can I do? Am I missing a link? I apply from Total, indeed, Reed and LinkedIn.

Update!

Hello guys, thanks for your responses and concerns. I replied my employer and stated some of the incidents of ill treatment, bullying and threats I received while working for them. I also told them to go ahead and report me to home office. After a couple of days, they mailed me to return my uniform and other company items in my possession. They also called to ask if I was still in the town or I had left the country. Lol. I laughed in my mind. My successful visa application mail was sent to me already. I took the items to them today. The MD came out in person to receive the items and went back in immediately. As I turned to leave, I said in my mind "good riddance".

I will be resuming work at my new place of work (a care home, no longer domiciliary care) in a couple of days.

Thanks to everyone once again for your suggestions and advice.

Hello elders.

Please I need clarifications on this issue.

A friend is planning to apply for student visa for herself and her kid. However, the husband is already in the UK and out of status (visiting).

Question: Would the hubby's status (overstay) affect the family's student visa application?

How can they go about it? Your answers, advices, and suggestions would highly be appreciated.

Many thanks.
