But she's never had a boyfriend na !. E get as e beoo. You don't have to catch 2 women in bed, licking, for one to conclude they're lesbians. There are genuine reasons for that insinuation. Though hard to prove. Make Asa show us her boyfriend.

Dumbo !!. Where did you think he payed the $1m from. From Access bank ?. Of course, it was paid from some off shore account. Possibly opened with his foundation. NO RETIRED ARMY GENERAL WHO LIVED SOLELY ON HIS SALARY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD CAN AFFORD $1MILLION. Many generals in Europe are still struggling to pay their mortgages. He is right there on top of the list of those that ruined Nigeria. IBB is the top notch.

That's our money comming out. This man retired from the army in his 40s, a general. No retired general in Europe has $1million in his bank account talk less of extra to donate. I'm totally not impressed. Abacha "dashed"him an oil block. Just like that, a dash.

Why is directly from landlord, looking at escaping Agency and agreement fee, many landlord collect them, the rich also cry!
My advice is get a good real Estate Agent around your prefeered locations, let him do the searching for you while you at rest. If you don't mind let use our large data base of good Real Estate Agent in Lagos to work for you. You can't do without Agency fee. contact Lanre on 08031955044, 07029478806.
Why would a landlord collect agency fees. Nigerians are not fools, you know. You are living in a fool's paradise if you think that agents controle the rental and property market in Nigeria. You guys only get the people who are at their wits end. Those who urgently need to move. Anybody who is just trying to relocate has all the time in the world to get a good flat direct from the Landlord at a much reduced rate.

Family › Re: Nigerian Billionaire Battles British Wife Over $21million Divorce Payout by Chinom(m): 12:55pm On Feb 25, 2012
The wife need not worry about the kids being taken care of. As a very wealthy Nigerian man, he will take care of his kids. This woman wants HALF his wealth just for her self. Now, that's pure greed. Anyway, the customary law approach is a smart move. Now that the judge has allowed it to be used, the case will be jacked up in Nigeria. His brothers in Nigeria will go to the Nigerian courts to make sure that she only gets what they want her to get.
IT'S NOT ABOUT THE CHILDREN, IT'S ABOUT THAT GREEDY WIFE.

Your former classmate fit be Abakiliki boy claiming to be Enugu guy. There is a clear difference between coal city guys and say Onitsha, Aba or Nnewi brought up. Igbo people are aware of that. Your guy must be Abakilki boy.

Family › Re: Denying Husbands Brothers/cousins Their Said "conjugal Rights" by Chinom(m): 3:11pm On Feb 21, 2012
Conjugal rights are even offered at neck breaking speed if the Brother-in-law happens to be richer than the widow's dead husband. In the villages it's done in the open. Those who live in the cities are more discreet about it. But it's sanctioned by both families.
Afterall OBJ took conjugal rights even when his son is still alive. grin grin
Christianity Etc › Re: Pastor Chris Oyakhilome- self-service Is Not A Sin. by Chinom(m): 2:59pm On Feb 21, 2012
What is wrong with the word Ma*sTurbati-on that moderator has to change it to "self service". Every where i used the real word in my earlier comment was replaced with "self service". E be like say moderator dey deeper life. A beg, there is nothing wrong with the real wrong and nothing wrong with the act itself.
Can some deeper life soul here answer slayer-01's question :If a wife gives her husband a hand job, is it still a sin?.
Christianity Etc › Re: Pastor Chris Oyakhilome- self-service Is Not A Sin. by Chinom(m): 2:29pm On Feb 21, 2012
Can you sanctimonuos buffon tell me what is a sin about masturbation?. Who is hurt by the practise ?. Masturbation does not stop after you're married. Most married men and women still do masturbate. The bible and Koran is open to all sorts of interpretation. There is nothing wrong with what Pastor Chris said. SIN is killing your fellow human being in the name of God.
Masturbation is NOT a sin. It's a very personal matter. The individual decides if it's right for him/her or not.

P/S. NL is getting too slow for me. Admin, do something about that.
Family › Re: Denying Husbands Brothers/cousins Their Said "conjugal Rights" by Chinom(m): 2:07pm On Feb 21, 2012
This is where the concept of "OUR WIFE" comes in. It is a done deal if the widow was and is still attracted to the brother-in-law. The person that actually suffer the most is the Brother's wife if he is married. All of a sudden, she will have to deal with a second wife she did'nt bargain for. You will be surprised how many widows agree to this. Especially, when they're over 40.
If the widow liked her husband's brother before, it's smooth sailing for conjugal rights. It's legal too in many African cultures.

I'm also interested in investing in Nigeria. I need a reliable Nigerian based partner. Contact me at chinomnazu@yahoo.com to discuss details.

At least you are honest about it being in the bush unlike some of your collegues that give the impression that the land is along the road or even near Berger.
Keep the price at N450k or N500k tops, i might then be interested.
Family › Re: Why Did You Get Married by Chinom(m): 2:22pm On Feb 18, 2012
The topic took a different turn. I thought the idea was for people to just tell us why they got married. Instead it became an issue of faithfullness, spousal abuse and a case of who is cheating on whom. Every marriage has it's own unique problems. However i would like all these akata naija women to know that in Nigeria and Africa, cheating by a wife is totally not tolerated. Cheating for men and women carry different weight.
A married woman with kids that has sex with a strange man in Africa is doomed. There is a very good, natural reason for that.
So never you go and cheat because you think your husband is cheating. Of course men should do their best to remain faithfull to their wives.

I need a place where i can build whatever design of house i choose. I do not want a mass produced Housing estate.
If you have any such land contact me at chinomnazu@yahoo.com. We will discuss price via mail.

Politics › Re: Nigeria’s Ex-leader, Buhari Ejected Over Unpaid N20m Rent by Chinom(m): 4:58pm On Feb 14, 2012
N20m rent !!, then the landlord agrees to slash N5m. Why do we allow property owners to get away with is absurdity. Both the Landlord and Buhari are thieves. Even the N5m he slashed off the rent can get Buhari a decent flat in Abuja. Why would any sane person pay N20m per annum for rent. Bunch of looters. Won't be surprised is that house is owned by a serving or retired public servant/politician.
He should fold his mat and go back to Bauchi. I thought they all sit on the floor?. Why the hell would he need a N20m house for rent.
Car Talk › Re: Why Are Nigerian Car Dealers So Greedy?! by Chinom(m): 4:55pm On Feb 09, 2012
Yes, there is an element of greed amongst car dealers in Nigeria. Clearing agents contribute too by charging arbitrary prices. Second hand car dealers in Europe sell their cars with a profit margin of between €200 and €500. In Nigeria they want nothing less than $1000 . That's too much. A car can comfortably be cleared with N110k after paying the govt stipulated duties and levies. The clearing agents are the ones that mark it up to near N200k.
In Nigeria there are no fixed prices for anything. All these vultures are just waiting for mugu to fall.
One agent actually told me tp pay N350,000 to clear a regular car.
I must however point out that this greed exists in almost all aspects of Nigerian business life. The prices of are not regulated. I don fall mugu to street traders countless of times.

Culture › Re: Why Do Ikwerre Igbos Reject Their Igbo Identity? by Chinom(m): 10:10pm On Feb 08, 2012
I also deny being African and black. I'm actually Chinese. Everyone is free to deny anything at anytime. WE KNOW WHAT WE SEE AND HEAR WHEN WE SEE YOU. Their IGBO names (First and surnames) says it all. this thread is a waste of time anyway. Origin, roots is not and can never be equated with location.
Here is a puzzle for you guys. If an African elephant is taken to an American zoo, is it still an African elephant or an American elephant. This is the question African Americans are trying to resolve. Same goes for Ikwere people.
Properties › Re: Plots Of Land @ Oakwood Park Estate Near RCCG Redemption Camp Nigeria (Pictures) by Chinom(m): 2:38pm On Feb 08, 2012
Mr. moderator, Lawyer. I strongly object to to my previous comment being removed. Have you been paid off by these guys ?. How do you define fraud ?. Of course, he is entitled to fix his price at N200m for a plot of land that is in SHAGAMU while advertising that it's near Lagos. Lands at Mowe, Simawa and environs were bought from the Ogun state govt for peanuts. Why would you put a price of N950,000 for a piece of land you bought for less than N100,000. Does that make sense to you, Mr. lawyer?. I'm not spoiling his business. I,m here on a public awareness programme. The public have the right to know. I thought Nairaland is on the side of the masses.
I was actually doing Oakwood properties a favour by opening their eyes to good and sound business practise. The reason i used those strong words(GREED) is the huge disparity in thier prices.
We should all be allowed to voice our opinions on this forum. The moment you degenerate to removing people's comment because it does not favour your friend will mark the end of NL. This is a social network site. He can go to Linkedin or some other strictly property site and advertise his properties at ridiculous prices.

"Dont spoil their market because it doesnt fit your budget now." this comment from you is rather an insult. I will save my response for another day. YOU MUST ALLOW PEOPLE TO VOICE THIER OPINIONS HERE. thank you.
