Its stories like this that makes me Faith in Christianity shaky, Almost every popular preacher is two-faced, The love of Christ is completely different from what G.Is around the world show-off |
As the founding of the r group save a life , diabetes. one would have expected he wouldn't be a victim to the said disease, its rather unfortunate! |
lool, anybody who will follow this platform will have his or her hands burnt. You can be paying 2million naira annually for a house whose value could just be 25naira and the 2million naira will be subject to increase as the years progress! Abeg no near am, anything Loan in naija is Death trap!!! see Dr sid dey pay 1m monthly for 25yrs for house whose value is 110m, is that wise at all? you pay 12m annually for a house that even when rented out can't yield 12m as Rent annually. .Na naija u dey open your eyes ooo

From the comments you can tell the reason most people are getting married is to
- have regular sex legally and to
- have kids If only there was a way Linda could have both, she wouldn't need get married |

You guys forget that Banks add loans as one of her asset. Who knows what percentage of the asset is covered by loans. Meanwhile I am more interested in Banks Liquidity ratio, so when trouble starts, I know who has the ability to manage it quickly. Some of those asset would be sold at a reduced sum if liquidated in times of need |
brianblogmoney:I dunno maybe it is, maybe its not. send a pm tho |

bluesaint:I can give you two audios that you will listen to and change your perspective on how you view sales. - How to build value and - How to ask the right questions E book can be tiring to read, but with audio. U can listen to it at your own convenient time. drop your email if you need it |
Story , all na format to promote the intrinsic value of the event. I have learnt in sales, that to promote value you need to promote those behind the services or. product. Reporting that 100 physicians gave their input about the match, is only to promote the value! Who goes around to gather info from 100 doctors? loll #Na format No more No less |

If you have ever been to covenant university, You will wish for your child to study there. The appearnce and ambience alone will give you a peace of mind as a parent, its the perfect environment for learning and I can argue that anywhere. I got to know that some engineering department there have some professional courses ingrained in their syllabus, which is a huge plus. Unlike the federal schools where you need to pay extra during summer break to get those professional trainings. and certfs. These guys are churning out graduates with more exposure than the Public varsities. Quit hating on them because of the fees, there are lots of private schools in Nigeria who are commanding high fees but with nothing to show for it. Ps: I am a product of a federal school

such a pity, when I read about how a persons uncle troubles the family after the demise of a parent, I feel lucky to be borne into my family. Although I lost my dad few years now, I have never experienced pressures from any of my Uncles. Actually it has to do with the way the family does things, coz we do everything together in my family.. Op this is time to standup and be a MAN! If its property they are after , don't let them near it. Stand up for it!!! They may see u as a boy. but its time to show forth what Dad has taught you..... With wisdom and God, you will overcome! in all you do, pray for wisdom! #This was Davids last words to his son, Solomon.

lakefist:Bro are you working now as a network engineer with your ccna, despite not being science inclined? |
TONY56:Okay thanks for the clarification. |
If you have never been to Madonna university, it will be easy to cast aspersion on them. I remember my visits to the school to see my sis, sometimes I help she and her friends withdraw sums from their account. Its out of desperation that they give out this ATM cards because the school will frustrate any chances of you getting an EXIT card. Infact if you take a bike to the market where this ATMachines are located, you will find lots of people on the queue with numerous ATM cards withdrawing for several students. Its the norm in Madonna , the school is so dull not to have approached atleast one bank to have even 1 Functional Mobile ATM in the school. Even while serving at Ogun state, there was a mobile ATM in camp how much more a University with much more student. That school Management is too dull and archaic in thinking

But the other day while at Bank Uba with my mom, she was told that if she needed a credit card she would have to FUND IT. That sounded strange to me, because from the Hollywood movies I watch bout students using credit card, they use it whilst paying back later. so I wonder why Naija strategy GATS dey different. which one is to fund the account again before being issued a credit card, Uba customers make una come oh!

Preshiee:hmm...I didn't know that |
Lewaluv:uhmmm is that true? Most tall guys like I am tend to like girls that are not so tall, me inclusive. I don't like to look my girls straight eye, I like to tilt my head downwards a bit,lol |
United owners seem to be very generous with money, see the huge wages allocated to these players. well maybe its because they are generating over 3times the wage bill, so money dey! |
Narldon:You are very beautifull |
Costanostra:Ozil goes home with full salary? where did you read that? The only two players who earn after tax huge sums is messi and Rinaldo, every other player is before tax , ozil inclusive!!! |
Airtimex:Rashford was earning 5,000 under vangaal. it was an improved contract that increased it. Sandro of Barcelona was earning about 2,500/WK Don't be fooled by these huge amounts of EPL players. Most players in LA liga or seria a or ligue1 or bundesliga are earning as low as €1000 in a week |
Phyde:Oops I dunno bout stanbic ibtc but first bank of Nigeria has that option "Re-invest upfront interest". If they don't why not seek for extra cash to add to your capital, knowing you can pay back with the upfront interest. eg I want to Invest 1million at 18% 364days, I know that 180,000will be paid upfront while 820,000 will be taken away. Now if I can add/borrow 200,000 from a friend/family and Invest 1.2million at same 18% my upfront ineterst (gross) will be 216,000. With this upfront interest I can payback my friend his money THE NEXT DAY, while I will be expecting 1.2m at the end of the tenor. so I borrow and payback in less than 48hrs,lol NB: I forgot to say you can do this diffefently, there was a comment here sometime ago I think by ernie4life. Not so sure who again but he said in stanbic ibtc, they don't deduct the whole capital and then payback interest like they do in first bank, instead they just take the actual amount if successful. we had that discussion some months ago. so I may have 1million naira in my account but write in the form that I want to Invest 1.2million at 18% because I know that if successful, 984,000 will be deducted from my account. I was surprised to hear this, but he says he does it often at stanbic. First bank usually takes the WHOLE amount at first which makes it impossible to do |
kycilae:Yes sir, that's how its done. Without accounting for charges, If your bid is successful, 126k will be left in your account while they take 574k, when it matures you will be paid back your capital of 700k. so at maturity date you get back your 700k + the initial 126k paid initially. So in the real sense, you invested 574k and got 126k because that's what they debited. However if you have no need for the interest, there is what is called TRUE YIELD I.e Re-investing the interest. Here on your form, you tick "re-invest the interest". Now the whole 700k will be deducted and guess what? Your money will not be moving at 18% but at 22%. #The pros here can throw more light on this tho
|
tundebabzy:oh thanks a lot for that! |
Phyde:No its not, using the example of the person whom you just quoted. 1million naira 13% for 91days and 1million naira 17% for 182days Investment 1: 1million naira at 13% for 91days ............ 1000000 x 13/100 = 130,000 for the year 130,000/364days = 357.14 naira per day which means you will earn 357naira in a day!!!! so 91days = 357.14 x 91 = 32,500 (Gross profit) Investment 2: 1million at 182days for 17% .......... 1000000 x 17/100 = 170,000 for the year 170,000/364 = 467.03 naira per day which means you will earn 467naira in a day so 182days = 467 x 182 = 84,999 (Gross profit) NOW you can see that Investment 2 is yielding more profit per day even though it spans for 182days ...,............................. Now for the purpose of compounding, if after your 91days investment matures, You take the 32,500 + 1million capital and invest it for another 91days at same rate of 13% it becomes 1,032,500 x 13/100 = 134,225 in a year 134,225/364 days = 368naira per day 368naira x 91days = 33556 33,556 is your interest for 91days + ur capital of 1,032,500 brings a GRAND TOTAL of 1,066,056 So my friend even with a compound interest 1million will yield 66k if compounded 91days twice while for 182days , 1million will yield 84k. that's about 18k difference. So u see my friend 91days is not cool if your Profit hungry, its only adviceable to use 91days if you would be needing cash soon enough!!!! Lool

So what then do you say to catholic priests and popes |
joseph1013:I don't think you will get what you are looking for because any chart drawn over the years, will be Rates calculated on a yearly average. Why not start from the beginning of this thread, atleast it began December 2012, You can take your time to go after each page while putting down the rates of various month. Although from mg observation, November December January , rates are always dropping. May June July seems to be when the rates are spiked due to calls for budget implementation. This is my own observation which could be wrong, so you can do yours and observe for yourself! #Start from Page 1 |
C4Ltd:Yea its been verified. It was paid but no alert came through. Twice now payment from CBN has come and no credit alert, I will be looking forward to the next one to observe if same thing will happen. Maybe the banks are stylishly avoiding the alerts coming through, so I wouldn't know when the Tbills have reached maturity date, lol |
It means they want a TIMID man who wouldnt shout at them when they are misbehaving or One who will always Tolerate their bull shits!!! |
You have written well, however a little search on google shows that the word Trafficator is indeed correct! |
