Basically, you search for the schools you want to apply, check if you reach their admission requirements, if you do, follow their application guide and apply. On the side, you can check for other things depending on what you want, such as faculty, deadlines, requirements for international students, state, fees. It can all be found on the school website.

When granted admission, then you request for your i20, pay your SEVIS and visa interview fees, do your interview and japa.

I don't think you were denied because of late resumption, the V.O never even mentioned this. And if your transcript is as you wrote it, I think you did well. I am no expert at this but I'll say you should get an extension letter from your school and fire again, or just postpone till Spring if that is allowed.

You got it wrong. I didn't say its stupidity that they gave me loan, I said I wanted to laugh at their stupidity when the short code they send didn't work but I was shocked when it did. Of course I know I will pay back their loan.
And they took out their interest immediately the loan was approved so I didn't get the exact 350k. I only got 336k

I recently got the same kind of message from my bank (ACCESS BANK) and on dialing the number, I got a loan of 350k just like that. The loan came in within 5 minutes and I was shocked. The funny part is, I didn't even need the loan, I just wanted to try the fast code and laugh at their stupidity later.

IT IS NOT APPLICABLE TO RAPE. Do you understand the effects of rape to a child as young and innocent as that? Rape can lead to a whole lot of physical and mental instability and that is why rape is a criminal activity.
