A broken relationship is better than a broken marriage. She's not serious about you and that's the truth. If you guys hadn't done the introduction yet, one would think maybe she's doing it because she's not sure of your readiness to commit. But doing this after the introduction, she has no excuse. So do the needful. Sorry for the heartbreak. I know it hurts. Ndo |

OP the matter hasn't reached divorce level like I see some folks advising you to. Unless you're stil angry about his cheating in the past. If all your concern is his constant attempt to police you, then it is still resolvable.
However you must continue to stand up to him, albeit in a matter that doesn't make a bad situation worse I.e reminding him of his own cheating or calling him ashewo when you've been acting like you forgave him all this while.
It's obvious his guilty conscience is prodding him to try pin some dirt on you too so that you guys can be on equal standing. |

True raumdeuter: Well it happens in relationship, when one party thinks I brought this into the relationship so you should cherish me forever
It can be the virginity or it can be that I picked you up from nowhere(Teebillz) or I financed your education, I saved you from an abusive relationship so you owe me for life
Atimes its better to have 2 equally flawed people, 2 broke people, 2 equally educated/uneducated people marrying themselves. So no one is feeling he/she is doing the other a favor |

9ja4show: Go and sit down and learn , you think life Is rosy all the time ! Some People lose thier job everyday and their good wife supports without anyone else knowing, even the kids will not be aware its their mother's money they spending. Na only question I ask o. Instead of answering me you're telling me to go sit down. How will I learn if you don't teach me. So again. What's the work of the husband in the marriage. And why shouldn't the kids know their mom also provides for them. Is it a crime for her to be acknowledged for her hard work? |

So what's the work of the husband in the home? 9ja4show: Op; I don't support violence against women but don't listen to women telling you to divorce , if you check them out you will see they cant even keep a boyfriend not to talk of husband...I know you provide for the family but don't override your husband cos of that, you should let him take the wheel sometimes , there is nothing wrong with you providing for your family... a man ego have no cure ooh |

SAMBARRY: so violence is a substitute for communication. even if he can't afford washing machine sebi there are mobile laundry girls and boys who go from house to house, door to door to ask if they have clothes to wash and those ones are cheap.maximum they collect 500naira Sambarry I don't think I said or insinuated that. Personally I think he should wash his own clothes. |

Person never feed pikin na laundry machine he wan buy. In these days of no electricity and high petrol price, how will he keep things running? Did you see their pics? I'm pretty sure he can't afford it SAMBARRY: if washing of clothes is the cause of friction, shey the man cannot save money and buy washing machine of 45,000 naira
I'm sure the clothes he beat his wife for and accidentally killed the baby is worth it
Laundry man go dey kirikiri.moreso it's better as the child went back to her maker because if she was still alive she'll be one of the kids who witness abuse or get abused herself |
Family › Re: My Girl Friend Having Issues Having My Siblings Living With Us If We Get Married by cococandy(f): 3:30am On May 17, 2016 |
It is not wise to have relatives live with you permanently after marriage. No matter the love, they will have some days of disagreement and those days they may not handle it as they will treat their own blood siblings.
You're not even accommodating one person but three. Haba you think am. If three of her siblings come to stay with you guys permanently will you like it? Don't think the marriage is all about you.
If you can get them accommodation elsewhere, then better do it. Or if you can wait like she said until they move out (which you don't know when it will be), then wait. But if not, let her go if she wants to go.
Once you guys get married, she becomes your number one family. And when you guys start your own family with your kids, trust me it will be a crowd. Nobody wants that.
And you're right to want to take care of your siblings since you're their oldest one. Tough to be you but you have to decide.
P.S it will be hard for you to find a lady who is willing to start her new marriage with that kind of crowd.
Go with what you think is the priority for you now. |

Zero sense. P3nis speaking. So because she didn't drill the hole with her hand that means she supposed to always be in the mood for intercourse regardless of what may be going on in her life at the moment. Chillisauce: God. I remember then I always see cucumber on EfemenaXY plates. I went to charter 3 of it. Ate one for 1 week. Forgot about the other two. Cleaning up the fridge and saw the things there. I trashed the gaddam thing. The funny thing is you can't even add pepper sauce to it. And I alwasy forget to put in my salads.
I will keep trying . Or use peanut butter. I guess that's not very healthy. My DH went and got a trainer for me. Na so the woman always on my neck to give her my daily food catalogue at the end of the week. In the space for snack she will always see White cake Banana bread Cookies and creme I don't even know when I developed such sweet tongue. I can tell she's about to give up on me. You'd think I'd know better. Having taken nutrition classes and all that. Or maybe it's because my friends keep complimenting me that I look great for someone who just had a baby. I know what to do but no discipline for now. |

chisco82: I'm not much concerned about that but calling him that will it bring back the dead child? No Ma, sometimes u need to seperate your emotion from you thought. goodluck separating your emotions from the image of that malnourished dead child. Me I can't. Not when I have a baby approximately the same age. Me Calling him a lizard is the least of his problems. If I was her, I'd kill him before the police even get there. That's when he will know there are different levels of madness and his own is just a tip off the iceberg. Nonsense and ingredient. Don't try to reason with me. I'm upset over that baby. Bye. |

For those saying she used her baby as a shield maybe read it again. Post says she carried the baby hoping it will soften his heart and make him stop hitting her (wrong decision I know) but it's not like she took the baby to physically ward of blows as some people seem to understand it. Same end result obviously. Shows that she's not very smart but clearly her intentions towards the child weren't bad as per being used a physical shield. |

I believe you. That child looks so malnourished it makes my heart bleed. All bone and skin. I can't believe some people are actually blaming her for not being submissive enough. No kind of disgusting this we don't see on the forum. I do blame her for not doing the needful sooner. covbrand: oga I wish unto all your daughters this kind of Man. I used to live in the same hostel with this people, and believe me this man's wife is a very quite and scared person. she is very withdrawn. this man has always been beating her, locking up her children and starving them. I remember during my project defense time last year November I was about going jogging as early as 5:30 am when I came downstairs to see this woman who just gave birth lying down outside in open air. I asked her why she would expose herself such way only to be told that she was locked out all night by her HUSBAND! !!
As if that was not enough, one day while coming back from another jog, I met this lady and her 3 children outside with the door with the door locked. the baby of a few weeks didn't even have water to drink and this was harmatten season. I had to boil water to give the baby.
this man didn't start today, and I blame the woman for not being woman enough for her kids. to me she killed that baby. am so pained. |
