BoneBlogger: Reports have it that the alleged bribery videos of governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, are now being sold in markets in Kano state.
A young man who purchased the full season from episode 1-6, took to Facebook to show them off as he revealed how the videos are being sold well in the market.
This is coming after a Kano high court granted an interim injunction sought by Kano governor, restraining Daily Nigerian Newspaper and Jafaar Jafaar, its publisher, from publishing videos about him.
The news platform had published videos showing Ganduje allegedly collecting kickbacks from contractors.
Ganduje had subsequently filed a N3 billion suit against the newspaper.
The governor asked the court to declare the publication as wrongful and a defamation of character.
The contractor behind the videos had said he was ready to testify before the Kano state assembly panel investigating the matter.
The Kano assembly committee recently halted its investigations following a court order.

From the throat discomfort, i get weariness, disorientation, watery eyes, heavy chest/breathing, difficulty swallowing lumps of food, chronic headache, irregular excretion. I just noticed pile. In short, i've stopped listening to and fighting signals. Where i stay, the major concern is how to get food in this harsh economy. Only the rich think of health tips or having a family doctor. But it hurts because i have lost the vibrancy of my youth. I used to be good in public speaking. I used to be good in event planning. I used to be assiduous in any occupation i embarked in. All that is no longer possible due to my physiological debility. I'm now subservient and obeisant to any one giving me succour. I can't fend for myself at 26. I'm feeble. Christianity Etc › Re: A Christian Woman Should Not Include Her Father's Name To Her Husband's Name by Countersam(m): 10:12am On Nov 25, 2018 |
alBHAGDADI: In today's world, many women find it trendy and classy including their father's name to their husband's name when they get married. Most of them don't even know why it's done, they just do it because they saw others doing it. Many of such women profess to be Christians without knowing that doing such is an open rebellion against their father, their husband and God who instituted marriage from the beginning.
This evil rebellious trend was made popular by Hollywood where you see a Jada Pinkett married to Will Smith now choosing to call herself Jada Pinkett-Smith. The trend quickly got copied by African actresses like Omotola Jalade who got married to Mr. Ekeinde now choosing to call herself Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde. These popular people whom many have chosen as role models have led many into emulating the same idea. That's why many Nigerian ladies on Facebook now have hyphenated names.
This new trend which seems like what has come to stay is a total disregard for God and tradition. Please read the below Bible passages.
Ephesians 5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
Ephesians 6:1-3 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise; That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.
The first excuse women who have hyphenated names give is that they are honoring their father who raised them by giving them the best which made them who they are today. That's why they have to retain his name when married just to ensure his name lives on. This is stupidity at it's highest order. Such a woman is only satisfying her ego and not her father.
Did the poor man ever asked to be honored let alone in that way? Did he tell you that when he got married to his own wife, he allowed her to do such to him? Why do you now think he will be happy to know you are causing pain to a young man who is your husband all in the name of an honor he never asked for?
The above passage says you should honor your father and mother, but before that it says OBEY your parents. Failing to do the first part is the reason why you are honoring your father in the wrong manner. If you truly love your father, then why did you disobey what he did on the day you got married?
On the day you got married, he did something symbolic which is very traditional. He walked you down to the altar and handed you over to the man whom you got married to on your wedding day. What he simply did was handover authority over you to your husband and new daddy. It is him you are to obey henceforth. Not saying you are to now start disregarding your parents, but they now have a little authority over your life.
You obeyed your father while under his roof. He gave you the best due to your obedience. Now that he has given you to a man as wife, it is that man you are to obey just as you did your father. Bringing in your father or his name into the man's house is the same as having two captains in a ship. Your father won't even want that because such was never done to him. Hyphenating your name is the same as saying that when your father walked you down the alter, he never handed you over to your husband, instead he also got married to him just as you did.
Some women will say they hyphenate just to preserve their father"s name. Won't that same name die when you die? Can you see how stupid that reasoning is?
Another quarter will say their father's name open doors for them, so they have to keep it because the name of the man whom they married can not even ring a bell but not to talk of opening doors.
Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the L ORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Such women are trusting in man instead of God. They believe God who said they should submit to their husband cannot direct their path, so they rely on their rich and famous earthly father who can drop dead at any minute. What is wrong with such women is pride and greed. They don't want to seem to know that they are no longer under their father's roof. They want to eat their cake and have it.
If you don't love a man well enough to submit to him and bear his name alone, then marriage is not for you. Stay in your father's house and keep enjoying the benefits of his name. Getting married and disregarding all of these will mean you have disobeyed many persons.
First you have disobeyed God who told you to submit to your husband just as you submit to Him.
Ephesians 5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
Secondly, you have disobeyed your father who symbolically handed you over to your husband as the new authority over you. You have done the wrong thing.
Ephesians 6:1-3 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
Thirdly, you have failed to submit to your husband. No wonder many married women are not having happiness in their homes. They do everything right without knowing that this one single thing that looks harmless is what is causing God to prevent happiness from reigning in their household.
As for sissy men who allow their wives to keep their father's name, your kind is the reason why society is messed up today. If you look at your marriage carefully, you will see that you lack authority there all because you allowed one foolishness to come into it. You are disobeying God by changing traditions.
Proverbs 22:28 King James Version (KJV) Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set. Please it doesn't matter if you are Christian Muslim or traditional, let me catch my future wife...

This was disclosed in a statement issued on Thursday by the Special Assistant on Electronic Media to the Governor, Simeon Nwakaudu.
According to Wike, intelligence from credible sources revealed that the resolution to implement the plot was hatched at the Federal Government’s last security meeting.
The governor, therefore, called on the international community to take note of the proposed illegal action of the APC-led government.
He, however, urged the people of the state to remain calm, but vigilant, adding that the alleged evil machinations will not distract the state from delivering on her constitutional responsibilities to its people.

Politics › Re: Surviving Soldiers Accuse Military Authorities Of Procuring Obsolete Weapons by Countersam(m): 7:44am On Nov 25, 2018 |
sarrki: Some soldiers who survived the attack by Boko Haram on the military formation in Metele have sent an SOS to President Muhammadu Buhari, urging him to probe the quality of weapons procured by the military authorities and save them from further avoidable deaths.
In a video sent to journalists in Maiduguri, the soldiers accused the military authorities of providing them with obsolete weapons, which they said are grossly inadequate to effectively confront the insurgents in the ongoing counter insurgency campaign in the Northeast.
In the amateur video footage, the soldiers also levelled allegations against the military authorities accusing them of negligence which resulted into the death of scores of their colleagues in a series of attacks coordinated by the Albarnawi faction of the Boko Haram at Metele in Guzamala Local Government Area of Borno.
Foreign wire agencies reported that dozens of soldiers were killed when the insurgents attacked Metele military base on November 18.
In the video, two soldiers, who claimed to be among the survivors of the attack, narrated the precarious condition of the troops and obsolete equipment which made it difficult for them to repel the insurgents’ attack.
The video footage showed the level of destruction of military equipment and makeshift shelters, while soldiers were seen packing their luggages, apparently preparing to live the camp.
In the video, the soldiers appealed to President Buhari—they repeatedly appealed to him— to intervene to save the situation from deteriorating.
“See what the Nigerian Army has been doing to us, they brought us here. See how they killed our fellow soldiers, they burn them inside the tanks”, a narrator in the video said.
“They are using us to make money; why? Are we not human beings? They can kill soldiers inside a tank; if Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) can penetrate M-RAG vehicle, what of a fellow human being?
“This is the location called ‘Metele’, This is a place they (the insurgents) took over 40 barrel and these people want to use us, and within one week they killed over 200 soldiers and we are now 147, they want to waste us here. It is a lie, our blood is not here.
“This is a Third World vehicle, a tank manufactured in 1972; and Albarnawi broke all of it.They want to use us and we are not getting anything from them.We want to tell the government of our condition.
“Please; the Federal Government should intervene before the insurgents come and kill us. They mocked us and said we are Zombies; animals, we do not know our rights, any order given to us we will follow.
“We are millennium soldiers, most of us are graduates.
“Look at what they did to this T12 tank; it is obsolete. It was a 1983 Czechoslovakian tank procured during Shagari’s regime. Is this the money the Federal Government provided to procure weapons?
“All the equipment are not working. When it fired two shots it stopped. All the weapons are obsolete and bought during Shagari(1979-1983).
“We know about the money the Federal Government gave to them but the Nigerian Army had turned us into a business”.
“All the money federal government gave them to buy weapons… Nigerian Army is buying INNOSON…. All these are obsolete… Oyinbo came here and said they are obsolete. All these weapons were bought during the Shagari regime in 1983… They have turned us to business…. Federal Government you will hear about it….
“All these weapons are not genuine…if you fire two times you have stoppages. This is 1983 when Shagari was head of state… Federal Government give them money, they go and buy INNOSON, Nigerian made… Federal Government please help us. Help us.”
The Nigeria Army on Friday, confirmed on its Twitter handle the attack on 157 Task Force Battalion at Metele, on November 18 by Boko Haram insurgents.
However, the military authorities response, which came five days after, was short on details and the extent of casualties.
The army said that it has laid down procedures for reporting incidents that involve its personnel who become casualties in action, as a form of respect to the families of the gallant troops.
It noted that the families were first to be notified before any form of public information so as to avoid exacerbating their grief were they to discover it from unofficial sources.
“It is suffice to observe that several social media, print and online publications have been brandishing false casualty figures as well as circulating various footages of old and inaccurate Boko Haram terrorists’ propaganda videos, and alluding it to be the attack on 157 Task Force Battalion.
“While; it is understandable how such misinformation can spread in this era of social media frenzy, the spurious circulation of some of these videos only contribute to further propagate the propaganda intent of the terrorists, misinform the populace and portray themselves as what they are not?
“So far, the situation in the location is under control as reinforcing units had been able to repel the terrorists and stabilize the situation.
In his reaction, President Muhammadu Buhari expressed deep shock over the killing of military personnel in Metele village by Boko Haram terrorists.
He gave an assurance that immediate measures are being taken to ensure that the loopholes which led to the fatalities are blocked once and for all.
Reacting to the tragic incident, the President said that his administration remains ever committed and focused on the security of military personnel and other citizens.
According to President Buhari, “No responsible Commander-in-Chief would rest on his oars or fold his hands to allow terrorists to endanger the lives of its military personnel and other citizens. Our loyal forces have proved their strength over the terrorists and we are ready to give them all the needed support in terms of equipment and manpower to succeed in ending the renewed threat. In the coming days, I am engaging the Military and Intelligence Chiefs in extensive discussions on the next steps we shall be taking.”
The President noted that fighting terrorism has taken a global dimension, which necessitates international collaboration among states facing similar security challenges.
President Buhari reassured Nigerians of his continued commitment to their security and of his efforts to sustain the momentum in the previous significant successes recorded against the terrorists.
He, however, advised Nigerians against making a political capital out of national tragedy, stressing that members of the armed forces are one family who are commonly committed to the security and safety of all Nigerians.
http://thenationonlineng.net/metele-attack-surviving-soldiers-accuse-military-authorities-of-procuring-obsolete-weapons/ Now the Army is trying to forcefully gag these soldiers so we wont hear the truth from the front lines. Individuals/Politicians that dont fear God cant fear a human being.

The controversial $1.3 billion deal revolves around “OPL 245,” which is believed to be the most valuable oil field in West Africa.
The scam is being investigated in Nigeria, Italy and Netherlands due to the participation of oil giants Shell and ENI.
Below are 12 things you should know about the controversial Malabu oil deal:
1. Former petroleum minister, Dan Etete, who was appointed by late dictator Sani Abacha, acquired “OPL 245” through his company, Malabu Oil and Gas Limited while in office in 1998.

4. The oil block, which is said to have about 9 billion barrels of crude oil, was sold to Shell and ENI for $1.3 billion in 2011.
5. However, Shell and ENI did not want to deal directly with Etete, who had been convicted in France for his part in a separate money laundering scandal, so they sent the money to an account belonging to the Federal Government of Nigeria in JP Morgan bank, London.
6. The Federal Government of Nigeria, under the Goodluck Jonathan regime, then transferred $801 million of the money into accounts controlled by Malabu and Etete in Nigeria.
7. The money was then allegedly shared to various public officials in Nigeria as bribes while the government got only the sum of $210m USD as signature bonus on OPL 245.

Antoeni: The Special Assistant to the President on Prosecution, Mr. Okoi Obono-Obla, has written to the Department of State Services and the Nigeria Police seeking the probe of an alleged peddler of false claim of the death of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Acknowledgment copies of the separate letters addressed to the Director General of the DSS, Mr. Yusuf Bichi, and the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Ibrahim Idris, were obtained by The PUNCH on Tuesday.
Copies of the letters dated November 14, 2018 were received at both the DSS and Police Force Headquarters in Abuja on November 6.
Obono-Obla, whose office is domiciled in the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation, specifically informed the heads of the security agencies in his petitions that one Bishop Eze Orieke made the false claim with purported documents from the London Bridge Hospital (Regional Medical Laboratory) to back it on the wall of a Facebook group called Ohafia Political Forum.
The letters read in part, “The said documents are attached herewith for your attention and consideration.
“It is a notorious fact and incontrovertible proof that his excellency, Muhammadu Buhari is not dead but very much alive and kicking.”
He added that the post on Facebook and the documents attached to it by the said Orieke “are fake and calculated to cause panic, disaffection and undermine national security.”
Copies of the documents, which were allegedly attached to the Facebook post and which Obono-Obla forwarded with his petitions to the security agencies, included a purported death certificate issued by the National Population Commission indicating that Buhari died of cardiac arrest in Abuja on September 19, 2017.
“It is ill-motivated, distasteful and made in extreme bad faith,” Obono-Obla said of the documents in his petitions.
According to him, the act violated the provisions of section 24(1)(a),(b) and (2)(a),(b),(c)(i),(ii) of the Cybercrime (Prohibition & Prevention etc) Act, 2015.
Offences under the said provision carry between three to 10 years imprisonment with or without fines ranging between N7m and N15m.
“In the light of the above, I respectfully urge you to investigate this matter,” Obono-Obla stated.
Our correspondent’s search of the Facebook accounts of both Bishop Eze Orieke and the Ohafia Political Forum did not yield a positive result.
Also, repeated attempts to contact the said Orieke through a phone number supplied in the petitions as his were also futile.
The repeated calls made to the telephone line indicated that the contact could not be reached.
The legal provisions which the suspect allegedly flouted according to Obono-Obla include, “(1) 24. (1) Any person who knowingly or intentionally sends a message or other matter by means of computer systems or network that-
“(a) is grossly offensive, pornographic or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character or causes any such message or matter to be so sent; or
“(b) he knows to be false, for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience danger, obstruction, insult, injury, criminal intimidation, enmity, hatred, ill will or needless anxiety to another or causes such a message to be sent: commits an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of not more than N7m or imprisonment for a term of not more than three years or to both such fine and imprisonment.”
“(2) Any person who knowingly or intentionally transmits or causes the transmission of any communication through a computer system or network –

Crime › Re: Customs Rejects Over $400K Bribe After Intercepting Concealed Tramadol. Photos by Countersam(m): 8:14am On Nov 23, 2018 |
BoneBlogger: The Nigerian Customs Service (NCS) said yesterday that it had intercepted 40 by 40 feet containers laden with Tramadol and other dangerous pharmaceutical products worth over N7.3billion.
A large number of the dangerous drugs, NCS said, were imported into the country by some scrupulous importers from India to endanger the health of the nation.
Attempt by the importers to bribe Customs officers with over $400,000 (about N150million), to effect the release of just one container out of the 40 seized, it was gathered, was rebuffed by the officers.
Addressing reporters at the Apapa command of the Service while displaying the dollars yesterday, its Comptroller-General, Col. Hameed Ali (retd), said NCS has also impounded two helicopters that can be used for nefarious activities.
One of the helicopters with registration number SN-BLI, the Customs helmsman said, was intended for export, and was concealed in container number PONU7789246, while the second helicopter, a Cessna 182A, was imported into the country from the United States of America for unknown assignment.
Ali said the first helicopter was falsely declared as 388 bags of cashew nuts, while the second was concealed in container number MRKU 4457663 before they were intercepted by some vigilant and patriotic officers of the command.
Its importation, Ali said, violates Section 36 of the Customs and Excise Management Act (CEMA), Cap C45, LFN 2004 over failure to provide End-User-Certificate from the offices of the National Security Adviser and approval from the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority.
Investigation, the CGC said, was ongoing to fish out the owners of the two helicopters.
