Find out the character of the overall boss from your friend who works there. Also talk to the big boss about your fears, am sure he will tell you something to put your mind at rest.

Also it is a good idea to go with someone. I volunteer if my schedule aligns. I hate injustices and oppression.

You have shown more courage than even most men. I applaud your actions.

It's perfectly OK to be scared but that should not stop you from doing the right thing. Even soldiers with all their training are scared.

Go back and see the boss of that company. God always has big plans for people like you. To be honest with you there are many companies who are looking for upright and courageous people like you.

Just go and hear him out and tell him what transpired . If you don't want to work there, it is your decision.

God is watching over you, and that pervert cannot do anything.

Though Mehta has yet to test drive her supply chain, she has a ready market for her paste. Ram Mahadevan, head of packaged foods for Olam, seller of Tasty Tom and De Rica, two of the most popular brands in Nigeria, says he is ready “to buy every kilogramme of tomato paste” Tomato Jos can produce. Olam wants to support domestic supply and has suggested to the Buhari administration that it conduct a feasibility study into how to create and scale a proce to create and scale a processing industry.
The same Indian company, Olam who used to grow cotton in Nigeria under the Afcott banner, but soon closed down all their farms and resorted to whole scale importation of De Rica tin tomatoes, now wants to buy every drop of paste from this upstart by another Indian Mehta who has zero experience running business in Nigeria.

Meanwhile Eric Umeoffia of Erisco Foods that is already producing tons of tomato puree, Olams is silent on buying from them to stop their wasteful importation. Who is deceiving who?

Olam see cartons of Ric-Giko tomatoes here made in Nigeria. Stop this hypocrisy.

The Havard graduate is working or researching to produce, while Eric Odinaka Umeoffia of Erisco Foods Processing Limited, is already producing canned tomato puree.

Chief Umeoffia has donated truckloads to Nigerian Army formations in North East fighting Boko Haram, Internally Displaced Persons camp, buying up full pages of newspapers, and shouting himself hoarse that Nigeria should stop importation of tomato paste. But is anyone listening?

PoliticsBoko Haram Destroys Nigerian Military Base; 107 Troops MIA - Associated Press by cuteboy2(op): 3:23pm On Dec 02, 2015
Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Burantai visitd the army formation where the troops ran away, cautioning the soldiers in that battalion that such an event of them running away should not repeat itself. In same breath, he turned the whole story upside down reeling out long list of weapons captured, boko haram members killed an those who ran away with bullet wounds.

Haba, this snake charmer chief of army staff is sounding like typical Nigerian police, who always cook up stories of their exploits against armed robbers, even though the police always arrive after the robbers are long gone.

YOLA, Nigeria (AP) — Boko Haram destroyed a Nigerian military base as soldiers fled and only self-defense fighters prevented the insurgents from retaking a northeastern town, residents said Monday.

The civilian fighters held Gulak town after soldiers ran away Sunday night until the military sent reinforcements who fought off the extremists, former council chairman James Ularamu told The Associated Press.

The military base was burned down, said Ularamu.

Sunday night's attack came as a military intelligence officer confirmed that 107 soldiers remain missing nearly two weeks after a Nov. 19 battle. The attackers drove off with an army T-72 tank and dozens of new camouflage uniforms, according to the officer, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he is not authorized to speak on the issue.

Nigeria's military has denied dozens of soldiers are missing.

Premium Times newspaper first reported the soldiers from the 157 Battalion, including their commanding officer, were missing in action along with the tank, three artillery guns and eight trucks including one carrying 60,000 rounds of ammunition.

The military has reported that it destroyed dozens of Boko Haram camps and freed more than 1,000 kidnap victims in recent weeks. But Boko Haram has stepped up the tempo and range of its attacks, with raids and suicide bombings in the past week in Niger, Cameroon and northern Nigeria.

Early Sunday the extremists kidnapped dozens of girls and set ablaze hundreds of buildings in Bam in Borno state, said resident Mallam Ali.

The setbacks come as Nigeria's government admitted it cannot crush by December the 6-year uprising that has killed some 20,000 people.
Burantai's version about a week afetr the incident....
https://www.nairaland.com/2776143/stop-running-boko-haram-buratai

Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Yusufu Buratai yesterday visited Gajigana, Magumeri Local Government Area of Borno State, which was attacked by Boko Haram terrorists on Sunday.

He was received and conducted round troops’ deployment by the Commander 5 Brigade and the Commanding Officer of 243 Battalion.

The Chief of Army Staff while fielding questions from journalists that accompanied him, stated that he was there to see things for himself, asses the situation and give necessary directives.

Speaking further with the Commanders, he expressed dissatisfaction with the troops conduct and warned that such incident should not repeat itself.

The troops were reported to have fled their base after Boko Haram members nearly overpowered them in Gulak.

Buratai also called on the public, especially those residing in the affected area to support and cooperate with the troops by exposing suspected Boko Haram terrorists that live among them.

He stated that the recent wave of attacks by terrorists in Gulak and Gajigana should be seen as isolated, assuring that adequate measures were being taken to deal decisively with any such occurrences.

The COAS also assured that the military and the security agencies would continue to improve their performances.

He was accompanied by the Theatre Commander, Operation LAFIYA DOLE, General Officer Commanding 7 Division, Acting Director Military Intelligence and the Acting Provost Marshal (Army).
Also on the entourage were representatives of Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps and the Nigerian Police attached to the Military Command and Control Centre.

The troops, during the Gulak attack, killed 3 Boko Haram terrorists, while a number escaped with gun shot wounds. One soldier lost his life.

They recovered a Toyota Hilux, 1 PKM gun, 1 General Purpose Machine Gun, 3 AK-47 rifles, 1 Rocket Propelled Grenade tube and 1 Rocket Propelled Grenade bomb.

Other recoveries include, 1 Charger, 7 Boxes of 7.62mm Link, 1 GP 340 Hand Held Radio, 4 Boxes of 7.62mm X 54mm Ammunitions, 3 Anti Riot Hand Held Grenade, as well as 30 Cleaning Kits, 2 Packets of Artillery Primers and 97 pieces of Zela fuse.

The location have also been reinforced and the troops are now poised for any eventuality.

Army said the troops were further pursuing the escaping terrorists and also exploiting to further block such kind of incursion.

This reporting is classic police report of "killing some boko haram, some escaped with bullet wounds, and assorted weapons were recovered"
If the army turned tail and ran away enmasse as the Army Chief has just confirmed himself, then is it ghost soldiers from another planet that was pursuing the escaping terrorists and also captured all those weapons? Something does not jive about the story. Somebody is lying.

The Nigerian army is lying to Nigerians on a grand scale and hiding the extent of the drubbing the poorly equipped army received at Gulak.
They are also hiding the bodies of the fallen soldiers and burying them quietly. Till date the commander of the sacked unit, some officers and many soldiers are yet to be accounted for

Are unemployed graduates (COE, Polytechnic, University, and School cert holders) not vulnerable Nigerians?

See the conditionalities he is putting forward: "demonstration of their children’s enrolment in school and evidence of immunisation". So if you are unmarried, or married but no kids, you are not vulnerable. Where do they manufacture our leaders from who seem to think with their anus

Lalasticlala come and hear something oooooo!!

Lai Mohammed: The Minister of Information and Culture, Mr. Lai Mohammed, on Tuesday, said the All Progressives Congress (APC), led-Federal Government will not pay N5, 000 to unemployed graduates, rather vulnerable Nigerians.

Mohammed at an interactive session with members of the country's Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), at the National Press centre in Abuja, said, "We did not promise 5,000 Naira to unemployed graduates but to vulnerable Nigerians."

The N5, 000 to the unemployed and poor Nigerians was part of 81 campaign promises the APC promised during the campaigns in the 2015 general elections.

It specifically states as follows: “Creation of a Social Welfare Programme, SWP, of at least five thousand naira (N5,000) that will cater for the 25 million poorest and most vulnerable Nigerians upon demonstration of their children’s enrolment in school and evidence of immunisation to help promote family stability”.

I really have no time to exchange insults with you. Your inchoate an incoherent post already defines your level of intellect, state of mind, and hatred.

A few .....

1. Who told you the "world's best Auto Engineering Firms" are in Russia? Which alien spaceship just dropped you on planet earth?

2. Did it occur to you that the Chinese copy the Japanese model designs shamelessly? Did it occur to you that the G5 bears uncanny resemblance to RAV4, and that all the earlier models of Hyundai and Daewoo were clones of such Japanese models like Corolla, Camry, RAV4 and Hiace?

3. Look around your home, chances are that your light fittings, electrical appliances, mobile phones, and thousands of components in computers and electronics in "bastard" American brands that you love so much but hate the country of make were manufactured in China. How many of those devices has "killed" you so far?

4. Where did you get the reference to Radio Biafra or disparaging remark against any ethnic group in my original post? Is that another product of your confused mind?

The original post is a quotation from today's devotional that was prepared last year (2014) before current salary crunch by state govts.
Usually, the devotional is prepared the year before so it is available from 1st Jan of the new year.

For example, the Open Heaven devotional for 2016 is already out in November 2015. So there is really no way Pastor Adeboye would have dealt with an issue that has not yet happened except he is guided by God to address those issues. The devotionals are not published daily, so he has no benefit of using current events in the country as a guide to write.
PoliticsPastor Adeboye (RCCG) Slams Companies And Government Who Delay Salaries by cuteboy2(op): 8:56am On Nov 24, 2015
In Pastor Adeboye's "Open Heaven" daily devotional for today, 24th Nov 2015, he has some strong words for companies, and especially, government who delay, withhold, or refuse to pay workers salaries. He even advocates that if salaries are delayed, and later paid, they should add inconvenience allowance since the workers would have gone through a a lot of suffering and hardship.

He also has some strong words for governments that refuse to pay pension of retirees. I hope the various state governments, federal governments and parastatals are listening. The Vice President, Pastor (Prof) Osibanjo should heed this warning at the federal level. Read on ........

Moreover, restitution equally affects employer-employee relationships.

In Leviticus 19:13, God warns against extorting your workers:

"Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning."

Do you know it is wrong to withhold your worker's salary or wages a day beyond the agreed date of payment?

There are employers who sit on their staff salaries for weeks and months and expose them to untold hardship, and yet they expect their staff to be faithful in their work. That is wickedness! Such employers must make restitution by releasing the salaries and paying an inconvenience allowance.

However, if the employer genuinely does not have the funds to pay the staff and he explains the situation to them before hand, he is exonerated. Some people trade with the salaries and benefits of their staff for months before releasing their pay. They do this to derive gain for themselves. This also is wickedness.

Why is it that retired people who contributed all their working years to a fund cannot access their money or receive their pension after retirement? God hates fraud, whether it is perpetrated by an individual, organisation or government.
