It improves your potency as a programmer and if those libraries have a bug, no matter how you read the api libraries are like black boxes with no screws, you can't find out how they work internally unless you can read assembly which again is the feat of a seasoned programmer.

You are right, but I still maintain it is better to get started with frameworks first, and then after that you go deeper.
Let's say I build an app using a java framework, and this serve millions of customers. If this framework have bugs and it's affecting my software or application, would it be better for me to begin to debug or rewrite this particular java framework internally or switch to better framework? which do you think is better? Except for big companies like Facebook and the likes, most companies normally switch frameworks when it doesn't serve them well.
Also don't get me wrong, I'm not saying we don't need to learn these deep mathematical stuff or assembly, but that newbies don't necessarily have to start from there.

I tire for them, if you ask them what they have built with their knowledge of maths compared to those using frameworks, you'll see most have no tangible real world projects to show. i started programming with c++ after i got very fluent with it, i knew i needed to start learning a new one c#. But my sentimental part didnt allow me, i thought i was betraying c++ by learning c#. Today when i look back i just say to myself that was unnecessary sentiments.

If you want to be a programmer you need mathematics.

Most times, just good knowledge of jss algebra would suffice.

just learn the basics of python, then jump into Django or flask, there you would be able to apply html, css, and bootstrap in front end with django at the backend.

java has other uses outside web design, JavaScript is solely for browsers so learning java also has it perks,
I learnt java and it took me no time to get and understand the concepts of JavaScript,

I'm talking about getting a job quickly without a computer science degree. Javascript would get you there quickly.
Also when it comes to building things and getting results immediately, javascript is way better. Java is more of a backend language, but javascript motivates you from the very beginning with what you can build.
If the op has learnt PHP, then learning javascript before java would be a better route in terms of becoming a web developer.

Anybody can learn to program, anybody can learn to be analytical. Passion is whatever useful work you have to do to get results. Passion is not really about emotions, it is simply activity.
