Christianity was also spread on the back of bloodshed and violence. Read up about it.
My question was about how christianity was formed (it's background in that sense), not necessarily about how it was spread by Rome or Europe.

You said the number of cases won't increase... Why are you changing your line of thoughts. Who is talking about the number of deaths all my engagement with you has been on number of cases which is speedy increasing you are saying rubbish.
Nope l said it would not increase the way it increased in Europe and the U.S. With Europe and the U.S, you had thousands of cases and so many deaths in two weeks. My initial argument was against you( or was it someone else) who posted statistics of how the number of infections and deaths increased geometrically in the space of one month in U.S and Europe, and same individual predicted thesame outcome for Nigeria. l am saying that prediction has failed already in one month of our first index case.
The most important statistics here however is the number of deaths. lt doesn't matter how many have been infected, if the number of deaths remain low, then that is good news, for instance Ghana has over 1000 infections with 9 deaths.

According to john 3:17 Gods law is clear, anyone who doesn't believe in the salvation of christ Jesus is condenmed...
no need for arguements.
Stop taking john 3v17 out of context, what john meant by believing in jesus is not what is usually meant today. Believing in jesus was not about believing in doctrines but believing his teachings because you are open to the truth. From his teachings and signs of wonder, the people were expected to judge for themselves and come to the conclusion that God's salvation is here through the man jesus, and they were to obey his teachings.
Note, the end goal was to obey his teachings.

I want to remind you
https://www.nairaland.com/5808667/117-new-coronavirus-cases-reported
Still the prediction failed. ln 1 month or 3 weeks, the projection of coronavirus cases in Africa was not like that of Europe, U S, and Asia. This is a concluded matter my man. Nigerians and Africans would not die of the virus like in Europe and Asia. ln 1 month of lockdown, Africa as a whole has about 1000 deaths, was this the case in Europe and the U.S? Just say what you expected it to be in 1 month did not turn out to be so.
lt is not a crime to admit you and others like you have been wrong, to expect the cases of deaths in Nigeria and Africa to be like it is in Europe and U.S within 1 month.
You are quite amusing to spend your time keeping tabs of people dying, you should be happy Africans have not died like in the rest of the world within 1 month of the virus.
You and other naysayers expected worse already by the end of April, but it turned out not to be, so please forget about this issue. Wash your hands, wear your masks, take immune boosters, and maintain your social distancing but don't put unnecessary fear in the mind of people with your false predictions.

Okay. But as you can see from the screenshot, the question "what is your name?" wasn't answered. Instead the output went on to say "Good to see you Locust".
My question is, what should have been the correct code for the answer to the question?
print(Locust) ??

As you can see from the book, the name 'Al' was seen. The name 'Al' was the only output in that particular line. But it you check my output, the name Locust only appeared in line 4, when it should have also appeared in line 3 as the answer to the question "what is your name".

I don't know if I'm making any sense
The code from the book says myName=input() and that function input() gives a user interface where you then type in your name and press enter. You do that if you want it to show your name. Follow the code exactly as it is in the book, by putting myName=input(), when you run everything, then you'll see a dialogue box asking you to input your name.

I tried replicating what was done in this book.
yeah and your code is right.
What you did in line 3, is that you assigned the name 'locust' to a variable called...my Name.
This is the user input.
ln line 4, you did what is called string Formatting.
You gave an instruction to the program to say...Good to see you + myName. (where myName is now equal to whatever you gave it in line 3, which in this case is 'locust').
The use of the plus sign there is how you bring your string ( or sentence) and your variable ( myName) together, and it is referred to as String Formatting. Hope this helps? You can ask whatever you don't understand.

Please why is line 3 ignored?

I expected the answer series to be:

°Hello World!
° What is your name?
°Locust
°Good to see you Locust
°The length of your name is:

Why was °Locust ignored?
line 3 has the variable...myname.
Line 3 was not ignored, it was used in line 4.

Here's a well detailed answer to the question you raised: https://www.feedmejesus.com/2019/04/what-will-happen-to-those-who-died-without-hearing-gospel.html
oh come on my man, the gospel is not just about a so called formula of believing in doctrines in order to go to heaven. Believing in jesus is not about having blind faith or believing in doctrines. lt is about doing the works our father gave us to do. Believing in jesus is simply to obey his teachings because you are convinced about his message of the kingdom of God being at hand.
And this message of the kingdom of God is not some kind of heaven in the sky or what have you, the kingdom of God is about love, peace, and justice on earth.
Religion / Re: Discussion: What Is Christianity All About And What Is The Bible? by Daejoyoung: 10:16am On Apr 19, 2020
Christianity started more like reformed Judaism from my understanding. The bible was completely canonized for all Christians 300 years after jesus. The bible can lead us to christ and God, but the bible is not a dictation of God, rather it was put together by men who wanted to understand God from their limited perspectives. This doesn't take anything away from its spiritual teachings.

Religon of jesus in gospel of Matthew is simple:

Do unto others what you want them to do unto you, for these are the law and the prophets .

It only exposed inadequacies in ABUSE of religion. Christ came primarily for salvation, not miracles. The miracles only happened to further this salvation objective. He never advertised miracles. On the contrary, he admonished the recipients of the miracles to tell no one. He never collected tithe from anyone..His religion was pure and honest and cannot be demystified by this corona debacle.

Corona has not also demystified science. No cure, yes. But people are being managed with scientific knowledge and there has been some form of success. Preventive advice are based on science and are proving successful as the spread is being managed. Science may still overcome this one with vaccines and/or effective medications.

The biggest losers are the designer suit wearing, tithe seeking false miracle merchants that have been fleecing gullible Nigerians. But I'm not holding my breath..They would still claim their prayers was all it took for those that survived to have done so..and the scam would certainly continue on the other side of this pandemic..
Well said bro, christianity as we know it has very little to do with jesus. The religion of jesus was a simple reformed Judaism if you look closely into the gospel accounts.

Reinfections hardly occur, because your immune system would have learnt how to deal with it immediately the second time. However there have been some rare cases of reinfections though.

Lagos doing fine in terms of discharge rate
Please no need for extension of lockdown again after these two weeks.
We should rather be thinking of effective strategies to gradually reopen the economy and learning to live safely with this virus, while minimising new infections and deaths to the barest minimum.
Exactly, we must think of new measures after these two weeks. Perhaps maintaining social distancing, compulsory masks, etc. We can also research more with the help of native doctors(not witch doctors)on the use of our local herbs and natural plants for fast recovery.
