Stillfire this my Male boss employed even worse than passive aggressive techniques.Everyone knew he had an lssue with me because he was always picking on me.

The man did not even approve my annual leave and I went to work the day before my traditional engagement.and me I can be an efiko so when people kept on asking me 'what are you going here are you not meant to be getting married in less than 24 hrs '. I made sure I rubbed it in that he intentionally did not approve my annual leave and I was not going to take unauthorised leave.I was going to go in on my engagement day as well but another unit head I worked with said it was ok not to come in.My dad sef was so pissed off.

Very horrible man .He Transfered me to Alaba intl market branch one time just to stress me it took someone in HR to plead on my behalf esp when the Person he wanted to swap me with lived in Festac.His excuse was he wanted to reshuffle and inject new faces into new areas yeah right.i almost fainted when I heard Alaba.

Very childish and immature behaviour you know like when pre pubescent boys pull the hair of girls that they fancy I knew he fancied me but I frustrated his life by being over the top formal and professional with him.He said call me my name I insisted on adding mr in front of it.

The worst boss I have ever had was a man and the best ever (encouraging nurturing firm strict professional decisive) was a woman.

I also find it difficult to ask anyone for anything. I even stopped asking my parents for anything as soon as possible and I am not from a poor family.

I honestly feel very grateful when people give me anything even if its just worth a £1 because i believe they are not obliged to.

When I had my daughter and people gave her so many gifts I was so overwhelmed with the love as I had actually bought everything I felt she would need.I was raised that way not to expect things from people and make do with you have.

Even my husband says I embarass him the way I say thank you when he gets me stuff or decides to do stuff for me.I wanted to get some qualifications and was saving to pay for the course.He told me one day that he had paid some money into my account and I realised it was about 70% of the fees.I was sooooo overwhelmed with gratitude as I honestly would not have felt any resentment if I had paid for it myself afterall I am the one seeking to improve myself plus at the time he was paying the Lion Share of the household bills.

Serious nonsense black Friday ko blue Monday ni I spent 30 mins trying to get eggs, milk and bread at Asda yesterday all cos some people were struggling to get Lacon (I don't know if thats the name but I sha know the tv names were not familiar ) 40" inch TV.

I honestly think it's great and blessed to give, help and inspire people to be better BUT like has been said by other posters it is not up to anyone to decide someone can definitely afford to give or not. That's just plain entitlement and its annoying.Very annoying.

I got a FB message from someone(a relative) this week who has never called or asked after my welfare or that of my family and he asked me to get him a laptop in the black friday sales since I have not given him anything since he gained admission into the University. Like seriously?? Not saying I can't get him a laptop but actually adding 'you have not given me anything since I gained admission' is just annoying cos its a sense of entitlement. If he had said a laptop will make doing my coursework easier and If you can get me one I would appreciate it would have been much better.

I find it difficult demanding stuff from even my husband so it baffles me the ease at which people just feel 'you should be able to do it for me'.

Hopefully Uganda has no Parole Laws.
