[b]God became more interested in the soul(spirit) of man, Flesh became IMMORTAL.
Flesh was not worthy to be in God's presence. For this, flesh cannot live forever it has to give way for the soul(spirit) to return to its maker; and when it does return it shall stand in judgement to confirm it didn't work in accordance to the direction of the flesh.

MEETING THE CREATOR?
The bible recorded that "It is appointed unto man to die once and after that is judgement"
Life does not end on earth. The flesh might die on earth but the soul(spirit being of man) would return to God for judgement after which the saved soul shall be with God(the creator). No wonder apostle paul said in 2timothy4:7-8 "I have fought a good fight, i have finished my course, i have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me a "CROWN" of righteousness, which the lord, the righteous judge shall give me at that day: and not to me only but unto them that love him.
In the above scripture, paul was expecting a "CROWN" which meant going to be with God(the creator). That is the only crown promised every believer.
Again, while stephen was about to be stoned, he looked up and saw the throne of God with Jesus standing by the right hand of God. This revelation was a confirmation that he was being welcomed to heaven to be with God(the creator)

John14:2-4 Jesus said to his disciples "MY FATHERS HOUSE HAS MANY MANSIONS, HE WAS GOING THERE TO PREPARE A PLACE FOR THEM AND IF HE GOES AND PREPARE A PLACE FOR THEM, HE WILL COME BACK AND TAKE THEM TO BE WITH HIM"

Ofcourse, we also know "My fathers house" meant heaven and "To be with him" equally means being with God(the creator)

He even prayed that God should not count this sin against his afflictors. KJV said after he said that, he fell ASLEEP(the world would say died). No, he didn't die, he FELL ASLEEP and woke up at the masters side in heaven. That was his whole desire in life as a PREACHER and GRACE did not fail him.

Thirdly, 2corinth12:7-9 paul besought God 3 times for the thorn in his flesh to be removed but God said unto him "my GRACE is sufficient for thee: for my strenght is made perfect in weakness".
So, GRACE is both strenght to endure challenges and also absolute victory over challenges as would best benefit the purpose of your faith in God.
