And why didn't beast of no nation even gets a nomination... A movie that portrays vividly the lives child soldiers go through in Africa.
I never saw the movie but i read a comment from a nairalander saying something along the lines that if those guys clamoring for Biafra ever watch that movie, they will keep there mouths shut.

Like seriously. Still wondering how "Mad Max" won 6 awards without Tom getting even 1 huh
That movie was just a big chase scene. I don't know why people are talking about it like its the greatest movie ever made. As far as i am concerned, the movie was overhyped jare. Still enjoyed it though.
TV/MoviesRe: All Winners Of The 88th Academy Awards by davidif: 11:24pm On Feb 29, 2016
Why was Sicario not even nominated and a movie like Bridge of Spies was? I can understand Mad Max being nominated because it was an impressive technical achievement but Bridge of Spies was just a good movie, not Oscar worthy.
The only reason i can think that it was nominated was because of Spielberg's rep because the movie was nowhere as memorable as Sicario.

it should be noted that siasia was only appointed for the match against Egypt

by the way if the NFF wants to get a new coach must it be a second class coach

cant we get a world class coach

or is Keshi and Siasia not better
Can you afford them and most importantly, would they ever want to come to Africa?

And these are guys who are presumably future leaders?no wonder the old politicians will keep remaining in power and sharing our commonwealth while youths will be killing themselves for nothing. Sometimes,it's good not to belong to any party cos being an APC or PDP supporter has made a lot of people lose their sense of objectivity and reasoning
Thank you o. Thats why I would love to see independent candidates (unaffiliated politicians) run for power in Naija, both parties can't seem to give us candidates that will solve our problems.

Please tell him, he doesn't want to sound tribalistic but that is exactly what he's doing. Some Igbo peeps just love doing that and they don't know it's annoying, that's why as a Niger-Deltan I can't relate with someone like that. Can't they for once drop that childish sentiment and address everyone as a Nigerian? Smh
Thanks a lot. It's so childish.

Superior power will help you?
Let me remind you that for a country like USA to remain world power, they have to trample on lesser countries
The whole issue of sending "le troops" to Nigeria is just a cover story for their real mission which is to investigate and analyze our ecomony
The united states single handedly created ISIS and couldnt defeat it, and now russian had to intervene for humanities sake, thenrussians see them for what they truly are, and now you want these same people to come and fight boko haram?
Oh great, you are not just some nationalist but also a conspiracy theorist.

Boko haram is technically defeated-alh lai- cool
Won? So you believe in everything you hear from the Nigerian military spokespeople right? There is nothing wrong in being humble and asking for help. That would take you far in life bro.

Can the fvcking US of A just stay away from nigeria? We're kinda busy and don't need your help
Nothing you do is geniune, i'm very sure they will plant CIA spy inside those troops they are sending to come and monitor nigeria's economy and security.

Daily reminder that anything USA touches turns to dust.
Why don't you put your nationalism and uneccesary pride aside and be humble and admit that you need help. All this unnecessary gra-gra is not going to take this country anywhere.

Buhari has done the right thing by humbling himself to ask for help from a superior power instead of wallowing in baseless pride.

To do what? Well, think they are already in Nigeria. But why this sudden interest in Nigeria when the activities of Boko Haram have waned cosiderably after the emergence of a Nigerian President from the north? We are yet to know the real reason behind the fall out between GEJ govt and Obama.
So you believe everything you hear from the news abi? Has it ever occurred to you that the military spokes people could possibly be not be telling the full truth?

APC has been rejected by rivers people,

RIVERS FOR PDP PDP FOR RIVERS
Guy, stop pledging your allegiance to a party. What you should be concerned is about the character of the the people vying for leadership posts in out country. Be it a senator or a president.

Stop focusing on all this petty party rivalries bros and look at the big picture. The party of the governor shouldn't matter what should matter is that the leader is a honest, humble and wise leader be it PDP, APC or someone without any party affiliation.

Wike is the cause,he made inflammatory statement that Ogoni people should use every availble means to resist APC in Ogoniland.the hoodlum attacked the military on a tip off which the Military retaliated resulting in casuality.
That is why politicians should always be careful with their words because words are powerful especially words that incite violence.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Admininistration: A Government Of Failure, Tears And Disappointment by davidif: 2:52am On Feb 26, 2016
What a one sided and an unbalanced piece. You and i know there is enough blame to go around between both parties but the fact that you chose to overlook the hand your party played in all this mess shows how biased your analysis is.

First of all, if your so called 'party' had done the right thing in the first place, we probably would not be here. Your so called party had close to 14 years of economic surplus to do the right thing and move this country towards economic sustenability but they did not. They chose instead to rob and pillage the country and now you are complaining.

Abeg, you lack credibility. Those that live in glass houses should not throw stones.
