Shut ur trap and stick to what know.
Till date, in his home town of Ubima he enjoys tremendous support. U dare not go there and mention wike. Amaechi is worshipped there because he really worked wonders there unlike Jonah-daft that did nothing for his people. I wonder where u goons get ur info from.

Yet he lost in his own ward

Minister or not, Amaechi has very little home base support..Not even in his hometown

That alone confirms the OP's claim. How safe and healthy is a hospital with broken roof and drain pipes? They condemn such places in sane climes, but it's not a big deal to you the end users of such absurdities that consume and die in such death traps you call hospital while your leaders jet out for ordinary leg bandage like akpabio and his empty and sharade hospital.

Alams end up and die in that hospital because he couldn't travel abroad with international arrest hanging over his head so keep quiet..

The hospital is obviously not at it's peak, but showing a small section of broken roof drain pipes as reason to condemn the hospital is just silly.

those bashing women on these thread have no clue what it means to get pregnant, deliver and nurse a baby. they also have do not v a clue how a womans body changes once she comits to bringing a baby into this world. yes all those celebs u mentioned have physical body changes o! its just thier money helping them package themselves better. have u watched stephanie okereke's reality series? make me fabulous? if u v, you'll see there is no ugly woman. in just a single day, you'll see how a normal everyday woman is transformed into a diva with just the right cloth, shoes ,hairdo and make up!
also dont forget no two women are the same bodywise. omotola was like a uk size 8 before she started childbirth. now she's in her 30's and should be a size 14. she's gone up like 3 cloth size o! some women are already size 12, the kind you'll call voluptious. after child birth they can go up to 14 or 16.
rather than bash women, what we should be advocating for is staying fit o! looking and feeling good even with your new found shape. truth is not many women will get thier pre pregnancy body back. look good and rock the body you have now!
thumbs up to all the mothers in the house joor!!

Excuses excuses..
Calling Omotola a size 14 doesn't mean nada..besides, she isn't.

Its quite simple..if u want it, u gotta work for it.
My cousin gave birth~7 months ago but she's almost back t fit 'cos she worked @ it post delivery.
U can imagine how fast she would have recovered if she had that lifestyle pre delivery.
One of the best looking women (body wise) I've met is , unbelievably, a mother of 3.

Y'all can rock n feel good about ur New 'shape' all u want, but pause t answer one question truly, does my husband feel the same way about it too.

Nigeria is bigger than 'his people'. The sooner you accept that Ameachi did what he did for Nigeria and not the ND, the easier you will sleep at night because it will take more than a resurrected senate rule to stop the Lion of Ubima.

Your statement suggests that you wanted Ameachi to support that corrupt administration just because he and Jonathan hailed from the same region, regardless of the effect the looting and mismanagement would have on the quality your life and that of all other Nigerians.

Wonders shall never end.

Good you admit I am objective. I have no apologies for being partisan as there is not a single soul who is 100% non-partisan. Are you?

Neither the president nor his party promised you a 100% technocrat ministers. The delay, as explained by the president on many occasions was to enable him institute rule/principles of engagement for his new team. He said it severally that he needed to clear the mess and rot left behind by PDP chop I chop ministers. Should he have continued with the same rotten system left by PDP where many ministries had several bank accounts they didn't even know exist? I wait for your answer.

My point remains very valid: those who have been nominated have largely been around the president during the campaign and it gave an indication to very reasonable people of the kind of ministers we were going to have. To pretend not to know smacks of stark ignorance or pure insincerity on the part of those who feign ignorance.

Now answer this question: Did you ever want the president there? If yes and feel disappointed in the list, can you reasonably claim not to have expected 80% of the names on that list? Stop fooling yourself around mister and face reality.

At the end of the day, getting the job done is not about the so called technocrats as ministers. It's about the type of leadership offered by the president and his vice. After all, we saw the last regime with many technocrats who delivered pains sorrows and sufferings.

NO, I did not expect 80% of the names on the list..
and how isn't it about technocrats Before a person leads, he/she has to have understanding of that discipline.
That excuse of cleaning out the rot is laughable. It took 4 whole months to do that?? Are we to say the ministries are now clean and fresh

Since this is the list, he should have saved us the LONG wait.

P.s.. I said u can be, not that you are.

Those saying they're disappointed never wanted PMB nor voted for him. So, we expect them to always be disappointed in whatever the president does. It's like expecting the Chief Wailer (Barcanista) or the Chief Abobaku (Chukwudi) to appreciate any action by the president. It will NEVER happen!

And anyone who actually wanted and voted for Buhari (change) must have sincerely had a reasonable expectation that those around him (Amaechi, Fashola, Lai Muhammed, Ogbonna Onu etc) would be made ministers. So, what is the disappointment in the list?

So, if you say you're disappointed, it's either you never voted for PMB or you didn't know what you were doing then. Which one?

Dude, I know u can be objective tho annoyingly partisan.
This list wasn't worth the wait. If it had been released a month/2 months ago, we wouldn't have an issue, But after the LONG wait and the talk of a Technocrat based executive, you now get a list of 80% politicians with a smattering of technocrats, the list leaves a very Sour taste in d mouth.
Take a small census around ur area and you'll realize how disappointed ppl are.
Its still largely pay and reward and we're getting disillusioned.

P.s; this whole talk of who voted who is getting old and deviating from issues. Let's call it as we see it.

Are you on earth? According to WHO, sub-Saharan Africa is the most affected region, with 24.7 million people living with HIV in 2013. Seventy-one percent of all people who are living with HIV in the world live in this region. HIV is the world’s leading infectious killer. According to WHO, an estimated 39 million people have died since the first cases were reported in 1981 and 1.5 million people died of AIDS-related causes in 2013. There are over 3.5 million Nigerians living with HIV, we are second in Africa. Do you realize what you are saying at all?

You have a visionary leader for the first time in a long while, let's appreciate.

There are a whole range of issues affecting Nigerians that he could have chosen.
Issues bordering on the Internally displaced persons cover a wide range of subjects that u could spend days talking on.

This is a diplomatic faux pas, and the government should just admit they messed up instead of trying to explain away their tardiness in international issues.

This issue is going to come around to bite us in the ass, especially wen funds/aids starts getting disbursed, or wen other issues concerning idps come up and Nigeria will find itself relegated to a mere bystander instead of d front man it should be.

Buharis diplomatic team need to be up and doing.

Must everything be done in the husband's front?

That is the real moral issue.

Learn to pick your battles.

Somebody funding the education of an underpriviledged person ( not in the manner of the example I mentioned) should be commended, not insulted. And your opinion is subjective since its one sided and biased.

I'm sure if they ask now, what are your requirements for marriage, you'll bring a list saying physical appearance, curvy figure and sex. Nothing about her character or observing her judgment.

My Wife, u slowpoke, is curvy and sexy but also of good character.

Explain more, you did not give enough details.

Why is funding someone's education a bad thing?

There was a thread here years ago opened by someone who said her boyfriend was using his wife's money to fund her ( the girlfriend's) education.

Is that the type of funding you are referring to?

Nothing wrong with any.
The issue is,'Why behind dh's back'.

Its more of a moral issue.

You are watching too much Nigerian movie. This situation you mention is very very rare.
If a couple is in a loving marriage, its difficult for such to occur.
Building a house in Nigeria is no piece of cake. You make lots of call, plenty sites visits, spend a lot of money... list goes on. A CARING husband will notice.

The only way a wife would do what you said is if the marriage is already in trouble.

Not as rare as u think, actually quite common.
Financial projects doesn't just mean lands/housing but every project needing major monetary commitment...and from that viewpoint, u find a lot of women do that.

@o.p, the ' Why' may be varied, but I guess it has to do a lot with the innate 'false' sense of responsibility towards family(hers) and friends, pride and insecurity....
As well as that Pressing Need to always have something a secret.

I think you under estimate what these politicians can do for selfish interest and certainly once again dont see where the pendulum will swing just like in the case of PMB and GEJ. I dont see Saraki winning this war with the President and the APC. All odds are against him. They will keep coming at him a all barrels firing.

You cant assume Senators will rally around him when they have not really forgiven him of his sins. Thats why i said PDP senators will rally with saraki, the 10 APC senators may still be with him, but once the realise there is no winning the war, they stand to lose their positions which will lead them to either abandon him or join him with at PDP. The 10 of them hold tbe stake of direction of the house with or without Saraki.

For sure, within the next 1yr there will be a new senate president but its not going to be saraki. It could be PDP or APC i dont know but certainly saraki will get what he bargained.

One major factor I considered is selfish interests and greed of Politicians, that's why am quite certain, they'll rally around him.
Saraki will walk, of that am almost certain.
Have followed the arguments, pro and con and it's quite certain he'll get off on a technical..and once that happens, there'll be realignments, refortifications and possible revenge.

Btw, hope you're following the news, the police haven't gotten any warrant f his arrest up till now, senators have met and pledged solidarity etc...

Tomorrow is gonna be interesting
