FamilyRe: Are Intelligent Women Less Likely To Want Children? by DBestDoc(f): 12:41am On Aug 07, 2013
Lordlexy: Probably, that's your definition and concept. Marriage that seeks not to procreate eventualy leads to an unhappy home. Why must one swallow everything hook, line and sinker from the suppose westerners. If you detest having kids, then avoid intimacy. Something psychological must be very wrong with you ppl. First, it was the feminist rubbish, and now this gibberish. Pls, we have important things to worry about in Africa to be bothered with some imported ideology of some confused women. Intelligence demands that a woman managed her family and career effectively.
Someone whose ideas do not agree with yours automatically qualifies for a psycho.. sad. so it means you have intimacy with your wife only when you want to make babies right?(going by what you wrote up there)and that is practically why you got married.

If marriage to you is all about having kids, i say goodluck to you.My ideas must not agree with yours.

okpara ugo: Suffice me to add.. If you arent maternal, seek no husband, if you arent paternal seek no wife.

Reason: a complete family is made up of father mother and children.
Who says the purpose of marriage is for procreation alone? huh
People marry for different reasons.

EducationRe: The medical students and aspirants thread by DBestDoc(f): 7:17pm On Jul 25, 2013
lomaxx: I've been reading some posts about the fear of physics, mathematics etc amongst MBBS aspirants and MBBS students in situ. There's nothing to be afraid of. Una own better sef.
I was an Arts student in FGC, Ikom. Finished as an Arts student; wrote O'levels in Arts only. Then left secondary school and decided to study Medicine.
I had never done physics before. Never did chemistry. The only science subject I did was biology. But I still wanted Medicine.
Between May/June 2007 and Nov/Dec 2008, I read physics and chemistry on my own, attended a few lessons, sat for WASSCE Nov/Dec that year in the science and arts subjects, smashed them, went on to JAMB & post-UTME smashed them too.
It was in the university during my pre-medical year that the paranoia of physics and chemistry chased me considering where I came from. It was even worse. University physics & chemistry was a lil tougher. But I had all As in all- first and second semester.
And this is where the relevance of this post comes in. You had done the science subjects (physics, maths, etc) in your secondary school. So you have a strong foundation. Or at least, you have a foundation. You have an advantage. Fear not; for the physics you see today, you shall see them no more
Beautiful.

Lol @ cadavers being clothed cheesy, start thinking of them as stuffs to help you with the mastery of anatomical structures. They are nothing but stuffs man.
And about being bored,i understand that perfectly(you go c books tire sha).Any holiday exceeding two weeks is like a waste of time to me,especially if i dont have anything meanful to invest my time in.

Doctor or not, still a human being. Engineer or not, still a human being. I could go on and on.
I never feel that way. I don't judge People by their profession.

Smartrizz: Thanks for your response. In this days and time, cheesy, the guy is from Umuchoke Obazu Mberi
Umuchoke? shocked shocked
That makes the excuse even more absurd because more than 90% of people from there are very exposed, educated and wealthy.I doubt they will fall cheap for that sorta trash. grin grin.As a matter of fact Obazu is not known for holding/keeping traditions(save for their AZU day celebration which holds once in every 3/4yrs).ones business is exclusively his business, tradition doesn't come in to play when it's not needed.

I'm from Umueze and i guess i will call home to make my findings.
FamilyRe: Arondizuogu And Obazu Mberi Marriage by DBestDoc(f): 3:58pm On Jul 16, 2013
I dunno when this one started,as an OBZ indigene you are allowed to marry from anywhere. They are not into those crazy traditional ish..as much as i know. That place is more or less developed and nicknamed OBZ london wink

I'm actually really shocked shocked,Could this be a cheap jist cooked up by the gentleman to enable him take a walk whilst avoiding drama? (just saying)cheesy otherwise lets know the exact place in Obazu he comes from and i will post my findings.

I'm from Obazu Mbieri and one of my Aunties(bless her soul)was originally from Arondizuogu smiley.
