Daystar7: I can't and won't spare you any of my time if you consider the bible to be just a Jewish book yet quote a passage out of it to massage ur own ego. Only a fool say there's no God. Bye One really has to question your literacy. For you assume too many things. First you call me a Muslim when I am not. Next you conclude from what I wrote that I am an atheist. When I am not. It's evident that you lack understanding in life. Maybe you are still a kid or in your impatient twenties, but I will advise you to calm down in order to understand things. That a person says he dissociates himself from religion does not automatically make him an atheist. And I am not an atheist. I believe God exists. Now finally, if you are unable to read your own scripture, that also says a great deal about you. And it's very typical of religious people. They have a habit of ignoring passages in their scripture that they find uncomfortable. Good luck ol boy. Your life, your choice. |

Islam is a problem to the world So tired of this simplistic reasoning on Nairaland. Criticize Tinubu and you must be Ibo. Criticize Obi and you must be Yoruba. Criticize Israel and you must be Muslim. My dear, I am not Muslim: I dissociate myself completely from all of these religions. What I gave you was just logic: it doesn't make sense to use a Jewish book to justify Jews. Especially when that Jewish book is full of genocidal injunctions. Read 1 Samuel Chapter 15 for example. |

Politics › Re: Tinubu To Appoint Olanipekun Olukoyede As New EFCC Chairman - Premium Times by DeepSight(m): 11:34am On Oct 15, 2023 |
wirinet: There is no evidence Olukoyede Olanipekun has 15 years cognate experience in financial crimes. We don't even know his specialty in law? What type of law did he specialise on? How many cases has he handled and won? As chief of staff to the chairman and secretary, he was not directly involved in the legal cases.
It is very saddening that we allow sentiments and politics to becloud our sense of justice and even morals in Nigeria. We seem to have forgotten why EFCC was set up by Obasanjo. EFCC was set up to go after political and appointed office holders who steal the country blind and keep us in perpetual underdevelopment and slavery. EFCC under Obasanjo arrested and prosecuted many high profile politicians including a serving IGP. The only flaw of Obasanjo's EFCC was that he was a bit selective in his prosecutions. He went after politicians who did not support his third term agenda. Nowadays, EFCC only goes after Yahoo boys in commando style. Imagine EFCC going after romance scammers like they are going after Osama Bin laden. EFCC are not longer interested in actual economic and financial crimes like Political office holders, patrol subsidy thieves, crude oil thieves, etc. They waste all their resources going after small boys.
Now back to the topic at hand. You did not answer my question; what is the rank of Olukoyede Olanipekun? You don't need to tell me about ranks in military, police or civil service. My Mum retired as a federal civil servant. What rank in the civil service do you assign to the new efcc chairman. An assistant commissioner of police is equivalent to grade level 14 in Nigeria's civil service structures, did Mr Olukoyede Olanipekun attain grade level 14?
What you are insinuating is that the EFCC act is meaningless and that anyone can be appointed EFCC chairman. All the president has to do is appoint the person to any political office for a few months or years and he automatically becomes eligible to become EFCC chairman. I beg to disagree. Particularly the last paragraph does not represent my view. On the question of politics and sentiments I believe I have stated clearly just how criminal and reprobate I find the president, so this has nothing to do with politics or sentiment. I believe I have made my argument and we will just have to agree to disagree. Edit: I am happy to be corrected if shown that the secretary to the EFCC doesn't qualify as equivalent to Grade 14 or higher which you indicated. |

wirinet: It me that don't expect you to be defending illegalities and I am highly disappointed. I honestly did not expect you to join the bandwagon in spewing propaganda without bothering to present evidence. ------- Besides how many years was he at EFCC? As chief of staff to Ibrahim magu and secretary of EFCC, his total time with EFCC cannot be more than 8 years. So, even if we are to stretch the EFCC act to include political appointees, Mr. Olukoyede Olanipekun still does not meet the 15 years experience required by law. I think the 15 years requirement is with regard to cognate experience - which simply means related experience in the similar field and is not tied to time spent in the specific security or law enforcement organization. Other than this the only other requirements are specific - (1) He must be serving in a security or law enforcement agency - and he is - and (2) he must be the rank of ACP or its equivalent. In such a matter, there can be a civilian equivalent of such a rank. Even military ranks have civilian equivalents in bureaucracy. That's what I am pointing at. Please see the attached PDF as an example. As regards my disappointment, it arose from your selective quotation of the OP - for while denying any cognate experience, you deliberately left out the portions that detailed same. At the minimum the honest thing to do would be to acknowledge them and indicate why you found them unsatisfactory. Instead you just pretended they were not there or you didnt see them. PS: There hasnt been a President I find more distasteful, criminal and reprobate than the current one, just so you know. |

RevDesm0ndJuju: Nazis were no liars.
They were masters of indoctrinating Germans of the Jew vermin.
Even at Nurumberg Trials and the lies that flowed from Jewish slanderers and false accusers were so absurd that it could only come from a demented sick mind .
Masturbat1on machines, human fat used to make soap. Lamp shades and gloves made from Jewish skin despite the lie of Germans cremating 6 million to ashes. Where then did the lamp shades from Jewish skin come from?
The truth is that the Jew accused the Germans of all they were guilty of in the then Jewish dominated Soviet Union and the Gulags .
Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn touched on the Jewish maniacs who ran the gulags and their artrocities.
The Jew , is not an imaginative liar. He is a demented sick and depraved cretin who exposes his evil vile mind through his artrocious lies. Just to be clear, are you saying the Nazis didn't exterminate people at their concentration camps? I just need to understand if you are saying it didn't happen at all or you are saying it happened but was wildly exaggerated. |
