I truly don't expect that of you.

Secondly this is actually not a requirement of the law. The requirement is simply that he works for a security or law enforcement agency and is of a certain rank. And he meets those.

Olanipekun was simply a lawyer for the EFCC, he has no training or experience in investigations or forensic. If he can become EFCC chairman despite legal provisions, then another staff like driver, cleaner in EFCC can become chairman.

He has extensive experience in fraud and forensic matters locally and internationally and I don't know how you imagine the secretary of the EFCC does not qualify as being equivalent of an ACP or beyond.

Please seek out his profile before arriving at your conclusions.
