The amount of degree you have gathered is not the bedrock of a successful relationship. Every man wants to come across as a hero in the eyes of their mates, the perfect job, the perfect educational qualification, the perfect friends, the perfect this, the perfect that.

You are not perfect and you are still moulding yourself to the person you want to be just as she is. So hold nothing back from your mate and if she cannot accept you the way you are then you have no business being with her.

You must start from somewhere but as long as its not a permanent arrangement and you both work towards relocating to a much comfortable apartment.

I was wondering to myself if the reason you were contemplating on this is whether the Man of God in question did not give you subtle hints that this is what he desires or else why will you even consider it. It is wrong to date a married man. Put yourself in the shoes of the his wife and ask yourself if you would want to have such happen to you.

It is not my place to judge God's creation the judgement is in his hands. What i look out for is whether the riches are reflected in the life of the followers and i mean physical riches? If the pastor dresses in expensive suits do the members do likewise? If the pastor rides a 2020 car model do the members do likewise? The Banks will not release the funds in a customer's account after his/her demise except the person in question is the next of kin stated in the account opening forms and even the next of kin in question must go through a lot of verification.

A situation where no one is stated as next of kin, a letter of administration from the court can be gotten by the spouse appointing her the custodian of all the man's assets. The frighting aspect of it is that the man's relatives could also get the same letter declaring them custodians of the man's assets thereby sideligning the wife and children of the man. That is why it is imperative that a man puts his affairs in order because his demise can mean suffering for the family he leaves behind.

I know a woman whose husband died with so much money in his account but because he did not include wife, child, or even a family member as his next of Kin, the wife has to beg family members and friends just to be able to sustain herself and the child he left behind. It is an everyday challenge for her to get a letter of administration from the courts. Till my mum passed away we kept struggling to get the same letter of administration which we are yet to get till date. That was the mistake my Father made and we have to suffer for it.

Whether your wife is a tyrant or not you need to put her as next of kin for some of your assets, also put your child as next of Kin for assets you intentionally want to leave for him/her when they come of age. Above all the welfare of your family when they are not there is paramount, if you have a sibling you trust and are close to you can use them as next of kin alongside your wife as co signatory.

Should you stop being good because a few persons took you for granted? There are a billion people in this world and 150 million in Nigeria, 20 or 30 or even 100 persons should not deprive others of your love, patience, tolerance, kindness and compassion. The world needs such qualities desperately and there are a lot of ladies who long for such character traits in men.

Are you being good because you are expecting something in return? Which is what your decision points to or are you good for the fact that it is who you have decided to be even when it does not bring any immediate reward or no reward at all? There are no shortcut in life you either choose the right or wrong road and each road has its own reward waiting for you as you journey through it. So if you want to be a BAD guy it has its reward, if you want to be a good guy it also has its reward.

My advice to you is to build your life on qualities that you will be proud of both now and in the long run. Be GOOD because it is who you choose to be not because you want to get rewarded by a girl's love/attention. A lady who will not appreciate the good that is before her is not ready for the finer things of life.

If Arsenal had won the front page on Nairaland will be bambozzled with the news of the result. Shame will not allow them post the result. At 27yrs the reasoning of a man and woman are poles apart, just like adconline pointed out, a man does not see marriage in the literal sense of the word, he is busy thinking of  a whole lot of issues and those issues form the basis of his decisions.

The best thing is to talk out this proposed plans with him, see if this are plans that can be accomplished in less time than what he is envisaging, if they are vague and you do not see any form of direction then i advise u to leave him and move on.

But one thing you should bear in mind is not to approach relationships from the perpective of marriage it potrays you as desperate and easy to prey, plan your life and focus on  acheiving something for urself, marriage will come in its own time, do not force the issue of marriage so that you do not make unecessary mistakes.
