SmartPolician:The way Peter Obi spoke with Anambra State one on one and spent eight years, and Anambra State became free from all problems. |
I left Port Harcourt to Owerri on Friday, I boarded ITC from Waterline. I paid 2000. |
Your diction are too direct and lame. Fictional writing should use enrich words embellish with idioms, epigram, witticisms and strong imagery. Your writing also lack suspense and creativity in terms of plot development, your characterization is poorly constructed, the motif of your work is lost in obscurity, the storyline is childish and lack artistic decorations. No feasible setting in your writing, no classification of the genre you are writing. A writer doesn't just write in a vacuum, there must be an inspiration. What are you writing about? Why are you writing? This writing is meant for which audience? What are the thematic relevant of the writing? The sociological implication of your writing? You should always define your text, metatext, context and motif before writing. Demigod Francis. |
OkoRemi2023:First of all, I am not ranting, I am just saying what is peculiar to African politicians. FFK was made when he was against Goodluck Jonathan, but he later joined Jonathan's campaign. Today, that same made man is asslicking APC. El rufai, in time past have had issue with Tinubu and today, he is campaigning for him. That same El rufai will run to Aso rock to shake Atiku or Obi if any of them become the president. I can mention more names. You are saying Nnamani is a made man. Well, thanks to Ugwanyi who resuscitated Nnamani's I'll fated career by bringing him to senate. |
Funny enough, this same Nnamani will go to genuflect for Atiku or Obi, if any of them emerge the president. That's my problem with African politicians. They will give you moral support and still go to slave serve the opponent that win. |
From day one, I just know that NYSC love is not for me. |
Urheadmaster:Hahaha, irony of life, I guess? |
BigBashiru:The percentage of girls committing suicide over failed relationship is quite outrageous compared to the boys. That should tell you something. At age 30, a man come into his prime while the woman become an evening newspaper at that same age. |
paulos8:Exactly, that's the sad reality for them. No matter they pretend to be happy without a man, deep down they are sad and lonely. Show me a feminist who smiles publicly and I will show you a miserable fellow. |
LoL, I don't know the Mass Communication lecturer nor English language lecturer, that motivated OP to come to Nairaland to deconstruct what has been constructed. The concept of evening newspaper is psychologically, emotionally, financially, logically and pragmatically provened beyond every reasonable doubt. PS: the fact that yesterday's news is new to you because of your inability to hear or read it yesterday, doesn't make it a hard news today. When newspaper goes beyond the day, it becomes soft news, an old news. Woman in her prime for a reason. As a lady, when you get to certain age and you start declining in terms of physique, patronage and marriage value, you are classified as Evening Newspaper. |
planetx:Sina Rambo is B Red's brother. |
SMILES. I left school with nothing except the paper called certificate. The only hope I ever had? My dreams, my goals, my aspirations. I know it's going to be tough in achieving these goals I want to achieve to get a spot on Earth. Whatever I was, I am, I am going to be, I am genuinely, intentionally and sincerely grateful for life. |
cosse:You are looking for name. You didn't read the part where he says Abba Kyari and his team? |
I did not enjoy NYSC at all. I camped in Yobe State, boys were 1200, girls are 300. I did not even collect any contact or know any lady personally. Okay, I redeployed to Nasarawa State, when I got to Abuja, I saw Rivers State. I embarked on that journey and I had to stay with my cousin while doing my documentation. My cousin and his wife showed me shege. I was posted to Bera in Gokana, Ogoni land. The principal wasn't serious about my accommodation and I just want to leave my cousin's house. I ended up serving in one small private primary school in Mogho. No fellow Corpers, no much friends. No girls. The Mogho girls won't give you their contact if you speak English. NYSC no come be wetin I the hear. |
Cynthia became my friend, I was always the one calling and texting and chatting her and doing her assignments and giving her tutorials. The friendship was parasitic and opportunistic, so I cut off. Ace slept with my ex knowing fully well that I was forced to break up with her at gunpoint. She didn't understand because the cultist warned me not to explain to her, so she wanted to hurt me and Ace was the willing tool. Ace also went to ask a girl out and he knows I was asking her out too. Danjuma snatched my girlfriend because he went to University and I was still in secondary School. Alex borrowed #1500 from me and promised to pay back at the end of the month, two months later INEC paid him, I asked for my money, he said he will pay with his allowance. I asked when allowance came, he said he used it to pay his girlfriend's school fee, and I saw him buying clothes. I have always been victim of unhealthy relationship, but I understand that in this world, it's normal to take advantage of the weak. |
Marriage is not for broke and jobless man. Marriage in Africa is entirely another thing as you will become responsible for your in-laws too. You should focus on getting a job, clean yourself up, good apartment, doubled source of income, let the woman be doing something herself. The issue of prophecy, although I am not particularly fascinated by religious practices and Creed, but getting married on the prompting of one premature prophecy is cockery and fuckery to me. You need to assess and ask yourself questions and genuinely answer those questions. Do you really and genuinely love this woman? Are you marrying her because of the controversial prophecy or you have the intention before the prophecy? If you must marry before heading a church branch, can't the church help you with fund to establish yourself? Are you ready to deal with the challenges of marrying a divorcee and being a stepfather? If you don't want to head a church or you are not a Minister, will you still want to marry this particular lady right now with this unhealthy alacrity? How sure are you about this prophecy? Are you interested in the lady before the prophecy? Answer these questions and sort yourself out. |
doggedfighter:Hahaha, doggedfighter, with this your write up, you have fought well my brother. Big black Bible and prospect of free sex indeed. |
OP, you are right. We have girls everywhere but the good ones are rare. My cousin, a medical doctor with great attitude and discipline have been looking for wife since last year, that guy is just meeting with regular billing girls and the let's pray about it while sleeping around. I am not worried about good girls now, perhaps, because I am still young or because I have come to understand how delicate and fragile marriage is in my generation. |
habsydiamond:Isha Allah. |
AcuraZDX:You should seek medical attention now that is still early. A healthy, reasonable Nigerian won't be making baseless assumption that Nigerian politician is not corrupt. |
OdefaGirl:Smiles, don't take it personally, I didn't vote during the 2015 election, I didn't vote 2019 election because I wasn't around, and I won't be voting this election because I am part of the process. The 'We' is just an adjective. |
habsydiamond:Is Anambra State your ideal assessment of what a good leader is? The State Peter Obi governed for eight years. We are lagging behind as a nation. |
habsydiamond:I totally understand what you are saying, I am just advising that we all thought the same thing in 2015, thinking Buhari will solve our problems and we found ourselves here today. So don't be too certain. We just have different options of bad idea of leadership and governance. |
I can't cheat on what I don't have. |
I still the wonder if na corper I be abi na T.P teacher. No girl, no money, no friends, no good accommodation, everything just frustrating. NYSC year dey annoying and terrible for Rivers State that time o. |
habsydiamond:In a political arena, there's nothing like less corrupt. Either you are corrupt or not. All the candidates are corrupt and coming for their personal gain. No offence intended. |
GoooodHardDick:Comrade, you wey know. I have discharged her since yesterday and she was even doing Nigerian film love with me, I no send. She even asked me if I will cheat on her, I told her I am not a priest and after I see her off, I am bringing hookup girl ASAP to cure the conji. |
GreatVocalist:You can take this sermon to entitled girls. |
Finding good job in Abuja is easier than finding true love. Abuja girls are mostly rebranded kpekus dealers. |
LoL, I don't know if I should pity the ex who paid for the expenses or the husband that forgave. |
Hahaha, one Ogoni girl told me that her uncle don't want her to have sex, that's why the uncle provide everything for and if she has sex, the uncle will know. As I am typing me, her billing is funny and disappointing. From necklace to footwear, from I don't have airtime to I am hungry, I don't have clothes to I want to make my hair. Seriously, I can't date unproductive and unindustrious and unresourceful lady. |
Penguin2:Some community youths. |
