Check the wordings again. The law never said you must have at 25% of vote cast in the FCT to be declared winner. At least, 25% in 2/3 of states and the FCT, is not the same as at least, 25% in FCT and 2/3 of 36 states.

I was in working in Anambra during Obi tenure as governor and I can tell you categorically that he's a failure. If you disagree, you may as well mention just one standing legacy of the failed politician.
Strong institutions are the backbones of every successful society. If nothing, Tinubu is the pioneer of the revenue collection template every state and even the FG is using today.
