Everything is special about database. It is the whole essence of the server. No serious organization will grant access to their database for any reason.
I have access to my company's database, the password. I know all the tables, the columns. I can read, write, update and delete. These are sensitive things no one would like outsiders to know, especially not when it's an organization like INEC.
INEC would not grant access to their database to any political party are any entity whatsoever.
And yes, APC won the last presidential election, fair and square. Conduct it several times over, the outcome will still be there the same, maybe with different figures. For instance, Peter Obi would still lose in most parts of the North and South West. And that's a fact that you people decided not to acknowledge.
