nahh will never expect a clean toilet from any naija service place especially a government owned

coming out of MMIA you'd think you just landed outside an open market, you get guys chasing you to change your dollars or someone trying to 'help' you with your bag to the car and the car park is soooo dark at night with hawkers and danfos going up and down- scary place to be at night!
Politics › Re: Foreign Airlines Decry Decay Of Lagos Airport Facilities by DisGuy: 12:19pm On Dec 15, 2010
Njeze had, after her opening speech, ordered journalists to leave the meeting room to the surprise of stakeholders who felt that there was nothing to hide since the meeting to which journalists were invited, was meant to find solutions to the airport’s infrastructure decay.
Why do they always do this??

This is one of Goodluck Jonathan's feeble Cabinet -- Half of the ministers he chose are grossly incompetent- colourless and sterile bunch people just like their oga Mr inaudibles

You make it sound as if the guy is veteran of the league  grin

Anyway, to answer your question. . .YES, HE IS. The guy is 17yrs and just graduated from the Kwara Football Academy and this is his first season in the Nigerian Premier League so I guess he won't be going anywhere for a long time so relax grin

The Afonja Warriors need a proper striker and good wingers

They should comb the back alleys of Ivory Coast or Ghana even instead of recycling all the veteran journeymen from the premier league, most of them only move for the money and they dont do too well after some initial gra gra

omobachi:
Lagos want fashola back for 2nd term, so tinubu and his boy muniz should back off.
so Fashola is not Tinubu's boy abi

Muniz should become Deputy that way there'll be a smoother transition if the ACN are to going with the usual naija way

with about £500 i can pay for a top notch CV like muniz wink

But i really think its weird when people attend the same university throughout from undergraduate to Ph.D level after a while the marks will just roll as padi padi levels

same with people that work in the same sector or for the same company for a very long time

chances are they wont do to well outside their comfort zone

Politics › Bayelsa: Is This State Developing At All? by DisGuy(op): 9:09am On Dec 15, 2010
Does anyone from Nairaland live in Baylesa?

Seems all the stories from this state is about Goodluck Jonathan, Alamaseigha**, Sylvia and Alaibe then the militants . . .

No business, no real estate or sports news, just contracts contracts contracts

One would think being one of the state with the highest revenue and lowest population this state should be the envy of all Southern states in the country

Apart from the state budget, there is the Ministry of Niger Delta and then NDDC

are the northerners still holding it down? tongue

Why do they always kill them? Can't they stand trial?
This is a cover up.
because they don't want them to snitch on their political supporters and arms suppliers
making them go to court will be too revealing

the nigerian society itself generally don't care, anyone labelled a thief should get whatever the police gives, majority
dont even want to know if its him or not same with the boko haram leader - we are weird like that

Why dont you sit down with your boss to discuss new ways of marketing especially in the North as it is different from the south- the culture and orientation there for foreign degree is totally different another thing is funding for most of them

I joined the organisation not too long ago, i forgot to mention that ,now my numbers are not looking good and everyone is blaming me that i am not getting students for my schools where in actual fact i don't go out for marketing,i just stay back in the office waiting and hoping for students to come in,BTW am present in the north.
Tell them you need funding to research your new location, go out for surveys so you know how best to approach your new market- in fact tell them to come up north if they are based elsewhere

were your numbers good before? why do you think it dropped

did you move zones?

perhaps it just dropped cos there are fewer schools taking students for January intake, theres always a rush for the September intake so maybe its just seasonal

ask for stats on previous agents that worked in your region or even where the head office is you might notice a trend with this period after September/October intake

seems the Student Union of Lasu dont have any influence with the media, theres no widespread coverage of this Rally and road blockages in the newspaper or on television

You need to be able to get the media behind you to get your actions noticed at the moment you are not making an impact
you need to block the road to Lekki, Ikoyi and V.I where these lawmakers hide their families and girlfriends

Aluta Continua- don't get urself killed o

I am not ill, says Yakowa

Kaduna State Governor Patrick Yakowa yesterday refuted reports published by a national daily that he was flown abroad for medical treatment, with emphasis that he had been away for 12 days.
A statement by Yakowa’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity Reuben Buhari said: “It has come to the attention of the governor that certain people are deliberately and maliciously spreading unsubstantiated rumours about the state of his health.
“Even though such rumuors are detestably possible in an election year, where desperate politicians are concocting anything and conscripting anyone to score cheap points, the unguarded outburst from the Sunday Sun Newspaper of December 12, 2010, is a clear example of unethical journalism.
“Basing on an “impeccable source” the newspaper alleged that Yakowa was flown abroad for medical treatment, adding that he had been away for 12 days. Simple verification would have shown the newspaper and the sponsor(s) of such story that the governor, after a grueling three-week Local Government tour, travelled on December 3, not flown out, and returned on the 9th. He was away for just six days.
“He is back and not still outside Nigeria as the sponsors of the story alleged.
“On Friday, he was in Zaria with Vice-President Namadi Sambo, and they paid condolence visits to several figures within the Zazzau emirate.
