It's shortsightedness to want the government to wait until production is high before enacting social policies. Why are you Guys always waiting on the government to do shat? Why? Nigeria has many billionaires, millionaires (not in Naira but Dollar), why can't they or a congolerate of them start hwat is needed? Its' fglaring that the market is ripe for a manufacturer of affordabel cars.
you are overestimating these billionaires... rarely manufacturing anything 'technical' Moreover Capital is one thing...Human capacity, environment is quite another They need power too! |
Dis Guy: you need to ask yourself sometimesdang!! i swear this software is editing my post during the day time!!! Na me type this one so? ![]() |
2) commissioning of a VIP guest house in the government house Uyo, built by Julius Berger.does this really need commissioning they shouldn't even make the public aware |
^^ that's what she meant |
Tofunmi2: Hello ALLAre you based in South Africa? What the processing time like in South Africa? I think you should ask for your passport back if you need it urgently considering your activity is way past |
I remember this function on a site i go on back in school days, whatever the poster type you'll never see it!! that way you dont respond and start the tit for tat conversation that derails thread making it look like your following each other around beefing but then again we can always control ourselves... |
congrats to all those that got their visas recently please continue to chip in tips and advice for other visa applicants! |
BizBooks: In the government' defense, Aganga said arrangements were being made to manufactureTata Nano from India ![]() no road, no airbag I think theres another from Iran |
you need to ask yourself sometimes do people going for masters degree do any form of research before going to countries they intend to study in? I mean you are paying serious money, do you just get someone to fill a form for you to any country only to find out there's no sunshine, owmabe party for students like in nigeria? |
FG are good at dishing out policies with main details usually unavialable to the general public and usually starting immediately- no time for consumers and sellers to adjust or prepare for it very likely they will postpone it come feb 2014 to get some brownie points Winners will also include - coscharis* and major suppliers of new/government vehicles |
jamngr84 1. how many students come to the uk under the pretext of studying then disappear after a year?I am not in anyway saying people shouldnt respect their laws, just making a case for international students- seeing as they dont abuse the system[healthcare] as much as others yes in the past a huge number of students come with student visa but then disappear, but since the cancellation of PSW the number of people staying after university have reduced especially with the recession and influx of European migrants |
jamngr84: R students not visitors? abi na their papa land b thatThey are not visitors- some visitors go on to have 3-5 children then bolt without paying a dime they are already paying tuition fees which is considerably higher than other European countries or perharp the universities should cover it as an added on incentive |
Afam4eva: He always gave them a dose of their medicine and the countries always succumbed at the end of the day.I am only aware of the fake yellow paper row with South Africa.... |
Afam4eva: Why did Jonathan remove Gbenga Ashiru. He's the one that knows how to deal with these people.Sorry, what policies did Ashiru impliment that dealt with these people in the past? Nigerians are still paying deposit to go to SA arent they? |
pappilo: I came here as a student and was allowed to use the NHS. If I was asked to pay a paltry £200 for medical insurance to use the NHS, I wouldnt have thought twice about it. Students pay thousands of pounds for fees, accomodation and living expenses per year. £200 as insurance for your well being should be a non-issueStudents already contribute to the economy thats why they should be exempted, chances are majority of them dont actually need specialist care |
let them just wait, these laws will backfire on the EPL...
How ![]() |
Symphony007: then seek out and deal specifically with those immigrants who abuse the system. Don't purnish innocent once who work hard and want a better life. After all is said and done. Even the government know that immigrants are essential. It's just like the u.s, they claim they hate mexican immigrants, but if not for them, who will spend hours havesting a giant farm for a few bucks. How many u.s citizens will do that?innocent people won't be punished, everybody irespective of status will still be treated for serious illness and so on- unlike the US they will never turn anyone back |
pappilo: What is anti-immigrant about asking people not entitled to a service to pay for it? I know this is something foreign to Nigerians as you lot are used to not paying for services used e.g electricity, water,I think students should be exempted from the proposal I think visitors should be made to buy health insurance though just like other European countries |
We wonder if this will not open the gap for our political opponents to start calling for contract figures of all the jobs passing through our Works Ministry and even outright probe of the Fashola’s administration”is this not their job? they are obviously -failing --chopping and cleaning mouth ---or perhaps cant find anything |
good188: i have a girlfriend in uk,she own a house because she is white,i want to visit her ,please i want to know all the process i need to go through nowearly morning jokes ![]() |
https://www.nairaland.com/1334148/fcta-commission-14-standard-rail june We all want to see development, we just dont like this deception! |
sportfeva: What kind of school gate is this. It design and purpose doesn't befit. It's a big flaw to me and their might be other schools with such gate.these sort of design is seen as 'world class' in many Nigerian universities and estates I dont know where this concept came from or its architectural interpretation- everything is restrictive like a barrack |

How was riding at the other side compared to Lagos Were the drivers more considerate of bicycles/motorbikes or are they as mad as Lagos drivers- survival of the fittest? a lot angry honking or more patient drivers? |
justwise: I can bet my last dollar that most of you commenting on this bond issue know little or nothing about it, inventing what in the UK while on visiting visa?exactly!! |
Vivly: Some articles i get to read that deals with vegetarians are mostly whites. This is Nigeria, where we have a huge gap between the upper class(the rich) and the lower class(the poor). Now, these rich gets to attend lots of social functions, owambes, sallahs etc where food is served. You see most of them wolfing down meat. The poor on the other hand, are very much concerned with eating to survive than selecting non-animal food.SMH crass ignorance |
awistle: Taxi for here na die, gats learn all this bus routes asap before this white ppl finish my moneybig boy like you want to enter bus? Abeg no learn bus route for wetin na! ![]() |
