Wow, you mean you wrote this all centred on her lies and for that she can't be trusted? That's really terrible.

Its obvious you are clue marketing but all the same I wish you all the best in your opinions.
I wish to remain "clue marketing", as long as it leaves me with my honour.

Advanced illogical impressionage = fraudster marketing.

If that's marketing to you, a true society deserves no part of that.

That would signal some desperate tactics!
CelebritiesRe: Ifu Ennada admits she 'lied' about making N5m a day by DrTee1(m):
NickDamani:
You are speaking your own opinion which is very nice and there is freedom for that. There is nothing deceitful about it because she didn't stand by the statement. She came out openly to say its not true but just her future projection. Whether deceit or not, she has a product to sell. If you choose not to buy her product because of the statement, you are just going to be minus one from the millions that will end up using her products. We Nigerians like taking very normal stuffs too seriously and many people need to change that sort of mentally. They only sew the picture of something from one angle and never bother to see it from different other angles which is very very bad.
Thank you.

Ifu didn't stand by what? She didn't assert what? The lady who kept repeating "I'm not lying to you" before the cameras!

Her Instagram comment is damage control. Live before the cameras, she lied and even after Ebuka and everyone chuckled, she asserted her falsehood. It was aired only yesterday.

For her to put up an Instagram post today, long after she told the lie. as the programme is pretty-recorded, and the plain face with which she eviscerated those lies (for those who watched it) means she is an artful con star - and shouldn't be trusted.

The key to business, add the success of same, is Trust. Anything divergent from that is akin to fraud: intellectual or actual.

Indeed, if 'millions' were buying the product, she wouldn't have had to lie. That many do not know whatever product it is at all is the reason the lie was identified in the first place.

The first thing children should learn is honesty. The childhood rhyme is:

Wherever you go
Wherever you be
Do not say YES
When you mean
To say NO

In Proverbs 14:34, we read, “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people".

I am one person.
Ifu is one person.
You are one person.

None of us has two heads.

We are all regular people, ordinary single identities before our Creator, who would come in the fullness of time to review our lives.

In my field we don't call that a lie, but a power shooting marketing strategy. The statement brought a whole lot of attention. Then she used the attention gotten from the statement to make more people know about her products.

Right here in South Africa, a company I market for has just asked me to reach out to her because they are now interested in her products.

Sometimes it takes an unbelievable statement or action to get you the right customers for your products.

For her now we can nickname her the 5million daily haircare products.
Are you sure you are not Ifu Enada posting under NL anonymity?

Come, have you heard the Yoruba adage "Ilé tí a bá fitó mo, ìrì ni ó wo" ?

In simple English, it means, "everything built on deceit, no matter how tall, would easily collapse."

Ifu lied - and it is shameful. It would take her nowhere far.

Ever heard of Captain Strasser of Sierra Leone? Or any perenially successful deceptionist? It always come crashing.

So it doesn't matter if the interest is from Mars and Venus, and not simply South Africa, that lie has robbed her of an essential virtue she needs in business: Trust.

Yeah i have. My younger sis had it, but it didn't stop her from giving birth to two issues now. I know the size varies which is why surgery come in.

I really feel for them.
The feedback information is welcome. Often times, people with fibroids can carry pregnancies which co-exist with the benign tumour that fibroids are, to term. It usually isn't a significant risk factor to getting pregnant.

It often depends, like you quite rightly posited, on the size, number, location in the uterus, and other factors, really

However, your NL ID reads that you are male, or is it my eyes?
HealthRe: Woman Mocked For Being "Pregnant" Over 5 Years Undergoes Surgery. Graphic Photos by DrTee1(m):
Eberex:
But why is fibroids common today? In the days back it was women who were in their menopause stage that usually have it. See young ladies these days having it.

What is wrong?
It has always been common, especially in females who are of reproductive age and not 'exercising' the uterus by carrying pregnancy. So to answer your question, yes, women delay childbearing these days, for many social reasons.

Meanwhile, the female reproductive tract 'expects' itself to be 'serviced' from as early as age 18! In fact, it is held by a school of thought that the best age range to bear children is between ages 18 & 22!

It thus goes on to explain that many older women you see on our streets with big (distended) abdomens may actually be carrying asymptomatic fibroids - and not only, but coexisting with, fatty tissue in the abdominal region.

As much as 50-70% of black females would have fibrotic tissue in their uterus at some point in their lifetime anyway. The difference is usually the size as well as the presence or absence of symptoms.

Now, that's a simple way to put it.

You may want to google Epidemiology of Uterine Fibroids', or simply 'Uterine Fibroids' - and you'll find more answers.

A 32-year-old woman living in the suburb of Mushin in Lagos state, has narrated how her life was a living hell due to a medical condition.

According to the woman, her big stomach plagued her for over 5 years, without knowing she had fibroid.

She revealed that everyone in her area calls her 'Iya Ibeji no boy friend' (a woman pregnant with twins) and she thought there was a spiritual problem in their family due to the fact that her elder sister had the same fibroid.

The woman underwent surgery to correct the medical condition as the massive fibroid was removed.

This is a regular occurrence in our hospitals, really. Sometimes, a doctor or surgical team do as much as 4 of these procedures during a working day i.e under 8-12 hours, with barely any breaks in-between.

This is the best day of my life. I have carried this tumour in my head for about 8 years. It makes me feel bad with very low self esteem. All my hairstyles are made to cover this shame. I have been to plenty hospitals to no avail.

When I head there was free surgery coming to Owo I told myself my solution has come that whatever it takes I will register. I came in and I was thinking I was going to even pay for registration then alas!!! every thing was free. From my test to my surgery then my take home drugs.

Now I have a new face. I can expose my face and smile better.

The expectation that there are people that are naturally good forever is the illusion that we live in. It is expected that you will find perfect fit that you will be with, for better or for worse. That is not true. You must engineer your environment and relationships to fall in line with how you want your home to be. The music, the ambiens, the arrangement of furnitures everything. I know these to be true and it is what makes a man successful cos how you do one thing is how you do everything.

You must understand that epigenetically, your role-playing and acting will at the long run become an active character for anyone who is ready to alter his lifestyle to establish the fantasies as reality. So in essence, my recommendations work perfectly in the Otedolas, Adenugas and Dangotes world, because time is planned at sigma level. Besides, no one has more time than billions who have structured calenders to accommodate everything.

It might interest you to note that these gentlemen you mentioned do much more than what I explained, and it is the secret to success. Nothing as great as peace at home. When it comes to the massage thing, it is a mandatory part of every billionaire's life. They give massages, they get massages and have an in-house spa with attendant of they desire, but I am saying massage is a daily part of a functional home and I am saying that because I am 100% sure. Take a peek into the life of Tony Elumelu and the rest of the high-flyers that you know, and you will signatures of what I am telling you here. I do not say this as fantasy but because I know it to be true among the upper-class.
OK. I've learnt one new thing today: cool . A massage room is a necessity in my project.

By the way, Mrs loves a massage - and I suck at it so badly, not because I'm not medically inclined to understand it, but because we are both tired after the day's work and night bath for me to resume that responsibility before finally sleeping! I guess she'll say a quick prayer for you if she ever gets to see this - the man who convinced Baba to consider massaging a priority. grin

That said, there are good people in this world. People who are responsibly oriented in thoughts and actions at all times. There are people who are Christians and Muslims (I live by the Christian Faith by the way) or even traditional religious people - who live morally upright lives. Yes. It may be rare, but I've seen it. I also try to live the life.

In the western world, it is more common than it is in Black Africa. Ironically, there is less focus on religiosity in the developed world as it is in the significantly-corrupt Black Africa.

FamilyRe: My Wife Has Reduced Me To A Common Trash. by DrTee1(m): 1:12pm On Feb 26, 2019
Capensis:
Thank you DrTee1,

Marriage is a real job. I mean it as it sounds. A real career, the longest carrier we might ever have. Even after retirement, we are in this marriage career if we ever want to be happy.

Just as in any career, it requires specialized skill-sets designed for professionalism and mastering.

We must identify the fault systems because there is always a fault system in any system processes. We must accept that things will naturally go bad, and MUST go bad except we identify the fault systems and engineer processes to fix them and do actually troubleshoot for prospective fault systems and ensure we protect the system with serious firewalls and ensure that it dont go bad.

Marriages are going bad, because partners have introduce ego into the equation. Husband is a husbandry job. We must understand that we are shepherds, and must follow even the last calf into the ditch and bring it out. That is how to be the best master - a wise Master.

How we do one thing, is how we do everything. Because the Universe is an interconnected computing system. If this man was a good husband at home, there is no way he would have lost his job. It is the same strategy that he applied at home that he applied at work. And it is called being a snowflake.

HUmans of Nigeria should erase the erroneous impression that they deserve something. The fact that you married the woman does not mean you deserve the pusssy. That is what our tradition informed us, but it was never true, it is just that they had control over women and were enslaving our grandmothers. I personally hate slavery, so even my house-helps are treated with utmost respect. So, I ensure that my home systems are managed.

Money itself is the root of happiness, but it does buy somethings that you make you happy, yet there is a way to make a woman very happy even without money, and that has a lot to do with mind control using legitimate tools.

Learn to dominate your women with excellent strategic romances, sex, chores, lies, truth, science and even fiction.

Ensure that you win. If not, men like me will take your wives and there is nothing you can fucccking do. Trust me, when I say that. grin
Thank you, Sir.

Kindly permit me to make a few clarifications.

I think that your comments above, which I captioned as some strategic role-playing in a bad marriage are best only for a bad marriage and only for a short period. Indeed, they aren't sustainable on a long term basis. No man can pretend for too long. No human being, especially in marriage, can pretend for too long. Pretence and such deceitful existence are only possible in flings or short-term relationships. In that case, playboys and playgirls would excel.

Also, I personally think that deceit, lies and such falsehood, while they may be fanciful and attractive, are usually unsustainable. To cover one lie, a man or woman needs another 7 lies and on and on. All structures built on foundations of deceit and slothfulness are but friable and cannot genuinely stand the test of time. the test of time in this OP's case is about 5 - 8 years of marriage, that's inferring or assuming that his last child is 2-3 years and he had been coping fairly nicely in marriage until then. so when you say that you could/would take all the women/wives of men who do not follow certain life rules that you have posited, I think you may indeed achieve all that - but for a short period of time.

Eventually, the hen would come to roost and you would find all your strategy, where it involves fiction, lies, deceit and make-belief, to be castles built on sand. The scales would fall off the eyes of the woman eventually and she would either port or begin to misbehave - or the man would dump her before the scales finally fall - thus completing a circle and bringing everything back to square 1.

In essence, I think that while I appreciate all that you wrote in your initial comment which I quoted, I think they are are possibly short term measures for anyone who has lost his job and found himself in a loveless marriage. It wouldn't work for, say Femi Otedola or Akinwunmi Ambode, for example. Where would you expect a successful business tycoon who has a very dutiful and supportive wife to expect her husband to massage her at home on a 300k massage table every day? Or to have sex and tell sweet eyeball-to-eyeball stories thereafter on daily basis?

So in essence, I encourage everyone to be honest and live by upright moral values (at all times) to himself or herself. Deceit/fiction/falsehood might 'win' for a short period, but at the end, 'na' always "God (go) win." Yoruba people say " Ti iro ba sa lo fun ogun odun, ojo kan soso looto yoo ba." When literally translated, that means "Even if falsehood reigns for 20 years, it would take only a day for the lie to be busted and the truth would be revealed."

Like attracts like. For singles out there, if you are good and conduct yourself in a responsible and morally upright manner in your doings, you are unlikely to marry a wolf-like character - except you didn't do your due diligence in dating, or you allowed fanciful things or some blind/illogical spirituality or some inordinate counsel make lifetime decisions of marriage for you. Let each man or woman use his or her brain. Marriage is some real deal and each person would be in it alone with his/her spouse.

Anything false/untrue/ingenuine/counterfeit, whether in character or action, would never stand the test of time - and it is always important that people planning to go into successful marriages know this. Don't ever go out of your way to impress a lady/man. Be yourself. For every woman, there is a man - and vice-versa. Who sang that song? Adekunle Gold "There is a woman for every man..." grin

P.S:

For the good lady who picked out only one line of the several lines I wrote to label misogyny, I leave that to posterity to judge. If anything at all, I fully believe in gender equality and affirm that men and women, husband as well as wives, are EXACTLY equal before the law - and the homefront and the general society should be run with that knowledge at the back of everyone's minds. As many rights and privileges as a woman has directly or indirectly, a man should be allowed to enjoy - and women with mental and/or operational capacity should never be denied any placement/opportunity solely on the basis of their distinct gender - and vice-versa.

Will you pay attention and stop this victim mentality. It is either you will take advise, since you brought this matter to the court of public opinion, or you will narrate your experience, believe your wife is the worst woman and conclude that you are leaving a marriage. You are sounding emotional and your feedback system has totally clouded your judgment.

Pay attention:
Being a husband is a full-time job. Just like any job, it comes with serious responsibilities and repercussions if you fail to understand how the game is played.

1. It is your responsibility to get the money, pay the rent, pay kids school fees. You are the chief medical officer of your home, so everyone's health including your wife's and kids', are under your care.

2. You are the chief security officer of your home, you must check that all doors are locked at night and ensure the safety of everyone in the family.

3. You are the chief romance officer, you must master how to play women with sweet words, give her massage every evening, and make sweet love to her during the massage sessions, and I mean this. Get a massage table, it goes for about 180K to 300K for a good one. If you cant afford that, then buy massage mat. Prepare the oil and get some candles.

4. You must join her in the kitchen, even if there is a maid to do the chores and help her out, you must learn this. Wash those plates sometimes.

5. You must lie down with that woman on bed after sex, hold her face, and tell her truths and lies of how you love her. Then if you have nothing more to day, do some gossiping with her. Stroke her nicely and tell her how hard you are working to ensure your family is financial stable for the next 100 years.

6. You must stop thinking like your ancestors. Define your own path and ignore customary and traditional ways of running your home. Times have changed. Why wont you fetch water and wash your own hand. Seems she is the one doing all the kitchen work and you are the African man waiting to be served. It is not mandatory, besides do you know if her mother used to serve her father that way? It might be she got a different kind of training.

7. Do not ever think you have done enough, cos you havent done jack. If you feel that your wife is cheating, then rent a place somewhere else and move towards a different location. It does not matter if you own the house you are living now. Go and rent someplace nice for a year and move there and change your children's school so as to forget the shame and embarrassment your quarrel may have caused. If it is your house, you can return back after a year.

8. Always remember that most women are like babies. You must master how to lie to them if you know that truth will hurt. Learn all those skills from yahoo boys how they control white women and use it for your marriage. If you do it right, your wife might be giving your pocket money sometimes and you all will fall in love again.

You think your wife is bad? You have no idea. No one will tell you what is going on in their homes.

Master how to manipulate women, and you will control them like a intimacy gadget.
Dear Capensis,

First, i must thank you for taking time out to write out such bold thoughts of yours on a forum like Nairaland. It is impressive to read people who are knowledgeable and can put it out in nice language writing freely and for no financial returns. It isn't very common in Nigeria, as against what readily obtains in Reddit and Quora which are quite Western.

That said, I wouldn't join the bandwagon of those castigating you. Indeed, my opening message of thanks is as sincere as it comes. I must tell you that I have saved your post as "Tips to surviving a bad marriage" on my computer hard drive. OP has made the cardinal mistake by marrying a bad girlfriend. OP possibly can not/does not/is advised against divorce as an option. SO what you have written for him are the effective radical changes and roleplay that he could consider in order to survive and live in an otherwise distressing situation he has found himself - and I fully agree with you if this is his situation.

The first rule before going into marriage is DO NOT MARRY A WOMAN FOR ANY REASON IF YOU ARE NOT ABSOLUTELY AND OVERWHELMINGLY SURE you can live with her strengths and weaknesses, attitudes and proclivities for the rest of your life. Never marry a woman because your family or a Pastor said/advised (these 'Men of God' are often times modern day dibias/babalawos) or you feel indebted or obliged or feel the society expects you to. When the shit hits the fan, you would be all on your freaking own!

But the OP has gone past that stage already now, and the preceding paragraph is for singles. For a man with three kids, he now must take a very different and careful course, and that is why your advice may be the best thing from the textbook of survival in a bad marriage. It involves a lot of role-playing, bending over backwards and ego-ripping, but it is possibly important to take one (or many) for the family, at least for the children. OP must now take the role of the wife and let the domineering woman take the role she wants/seems to prefer. It is a lot worse that he has lost his job currently.

Even the best of wives might occasionally misbehave when dealing with a man who doesn't bring anything significant to the family's table. Women are weaker vessels that often do not cope well in the shoes of men.

That's why the single men out there today must be very careful. If you want a good wife, you must prepare yourself too as a good bachelor. There are no good wives in those women you go to clubs and drinks, smoke and dance seductively with. You cannot catch a dolphin in a river, no. They are in the seas. It is the same way you cannot expect to meet the best of women at beer-parlours or clubs. What you attract is what you get.

I have not written about Churches or Mosques in choosing a life-partner. All good and bad people go to Church on Sundays, maybe mosques on Fridays too. Attending Church on Sunday for most people is a part of their weekend ''owambes'' that begins with attending a Christian wakekeeping on Thursday, a burial ceremony owambe on Friday afternoon and the club at night, A wedding "owambe" on Saturday afternoon and Church "owanbe" on Sunday mornings before resuming work again on Monday morning. In today's world, values or virtue are hardly/rarely seen or perceived in the larger percentage of the church-thronging people around us - and they are in their millions!

Women today are ''slaying'' proudly, whatever that means. Men are marrying semi-professional harlots from apps like Instagram et al. Men should ask themselves within the first month of meeting a lady if she ticks their boxes for a wife and mother of kids. Once that fails, then the marriage is condemned to be problematic - and these roleplaying changes may be necessary for survival in such situation as that which the OP has found himself until he gets a job and can command finances again.

As always, women and money are usually friends. You'll rarely hear of the wives of rich African men threatening to divorce their husbands anyway. grin

Regards.

Now MJ would not be able to wake up to use the toilet like you and I would do at night because he was under general anaesthetics. He was knocked out cold by that mofo!
Thank you for providing enlightenment on this dear.

Dear all (who might not understand),

It is a sheath catheter, otherwise called "condom catheter." It is quite different from the barrier device employed before sexual activity bearing a notably similar name but without the word 'catheter'.

This article provides better explanation:
http://www.healthtalk.org/peoples-experiences/long-term-conditions/living-urinary-catheter/condom-catheters

It is often employed for people with urinary incontinence and it is usually safer than the intra-urethral alternative as it is non-invasive. That's where it derives its "condom" sobriquet from - for its similarity.

Kind regards.

Nigeria's President who nobody has accused of using public office to personally enrich himself.

The People's General!

He may be old, senile, slow or even half-deaf, but he isn't accused by anyone of illegally enriching himself with power, or abusing power.

His aides and party members are often a subsect of the Nigerian population - where the majority are culpable of one form of corruption or the other. So Buhari can't be rightly blamed for the actions and inactions of members of his political party or governors of States.

That is for the judiciary to decide.

Welcome President Buhari. APC 2019 - 2023; but please let PYO act a little more in the second term (because you are old and can't cope with the every second demands of managing Nigeria), as there would be no excuses acceptable for APC's failing by this time in 2023...

Do not have any sex in any relationship. Sex is reservered for married couples. It is for procreation, bringing new human beings into this world. This is a serious commitment. Sex outside of marriage is fornication, a sin.
So many have been decieved to thinking that sex is some fun activity to be had between any two adults. No, only married couples. Do this and spare the world of so many sad stories, scandals, heart aches, abandoned children, fatherless, motherless, dumped babies, abortion centres.
-
Do your relationship. Learn your lesson. Do not have sex until you are married and committed.
I like to be realistic and responsible. Religion is a matter of the heart, and entirely private too. That's where "Sin" is from.

I prefer the word "Crime" to "Sin" at least in the public place, when talking about aberrant character. Consensual intercourse between two adults is no crime.

Let's not judge each other by what is Sin in one religion but not sin in another. Let's keep that morality to our private lives and families. In the public place, let's go by universally acceptable rules of right and wrong.

Heck, I'm practicing Christian - and that's my private decision.

Have you wondered the gamut of sexual sin and incest that expectedly celibate Roman Catholic clergy get involved in annually, up to the higher ranks of their leadership - all over the World?

Wait, I'm also a Physician - and there are available records that 40% of women of reproductive age group in Nigeria have had at least one abortion. Let's be honest: The average Nigerian girl doesn't believe she is dating a man until he has impressed her as much as for her to agree to be laid by him.

It is wrong, yes, but that's what obtains with the average female - so let's do the corrections by applying universal laws, not private or conservative Christian or Muslim ones.

The Indians have millions of gods for example. All of them cannot have the same Christian or Muslim values.

What's worse? In our social lives of deception today, we've raised the economic bars of marriage so high. It costs as much as to contest to be local government chairman or start a small and medium scale business to marry a wife in many parts of the country today.

It wasn't that way when the bible was written, or even 200 years ago in Africa. Our attachment to such expensive ceremonies and demands from young men who have already attained sexual maturity is at complete variance with the biblical "It is not good for man to be alone" and the "If you cannot stay as a Eunuch, marry a wife."

Now, no school leaver can consider marrying. But how old were the biblical men when they got married to their wives? Some were 17 years!

Even to pay the church demands for marriage, aside engagement list, before registry - and you talk of "sin?"

Please let's resolve this challenge one part on top before the parts below.

Post Script:

By the way, all other things being equal, after all said and done, I agree with you.

What you wrote, which I "seemingly" wrote such a long response about, is exactly what I'll tell and teach my own biological daughter - but you see - that's private and family. Nairaland isn't "private and family" however.

This is y i hate to invest too much in a relationship, i only put in things i can easily let go of, i Dont introduce u to my family till u propose. Invest on Ur self, put Ur self first or u may end up regretting everything. my last relationship, i regret not calling it off earlier, thinking i could make it work
If you'll consider my perspective Ma'am:

I think people should go into relationships without a sense of entitlement. See your partner as you'll see your brother or friend of the same gender.

Give as much as you get, even if you are the female partner. Indeed, it may be better to even give more than you demand or receive.

Never consider sex as a gift or favour. Both parties enjoy intercourse and no party is doing the other a favour by having sex.

Always consider leaving a permanent positive impression ok your partner - and that has nothing to do with cash or sexual activity. Why? There would always be people with cash and sex - but there wouldn't always be alternatives with the positive character imprints you've left on the psyche of a partner.

To love another person is to open oneself up to being hurt, naturally, so there is no point guarding yourself perfectly and expecting the other party to win you entirely over. A romantic relationship is often a consensual arrangement between two adults who are equals in the eye of the law.

If we have been hurt by our parents and siblings, and sometimes, for the married ones, by our children, then people going into relationships must know the their partners might consciously or unconsciously hurt us at times. We must patiently continue to work at the relationship by communicating until the very end. That's how friends should behave. That's how families do.

Until communication breaks down irretrievably on the basis of irreconcilable character differences, each party must work very hard at the relationship A relationship must never be parasitic.

Finally, if a man or lady dumps a partner with a VISION for another with a TELEVISION (or car, cash, dress sense), such person would eventually watch the abandoned ex with a vision on his/her wife/husband's television in the fullness of time.

TBIZZY:
grin bad boy. Hope u always use life jacket?
Unfortunately, there is nothing like "Life Jacket" when it comes to indiscriminate sex.

Aside HIV, there are diseases WITHOUT KNOWN CURE that can be transmitted by sexual intercourse which aren't preventable by the barrier method (male or female condoms).

Herpes is one of such diseases.

Nothing beats having one sexual partner, most preferably a spouse. Yes, marriage can come with challenges, but it is possibly better to walk through (an often painful) divorce process in an unsustainable marital affair than to go on a capricious sexual spree. The term "playboy" is NEVER a significant plus - anywhere in the World.

These is the manner of comment that make one fear this very popular Nigerian website.

There is almost no Nigerian information that cannot be researched or 'busted' on the website - except those who have the correct info decide not to write, or comment like I also do, more often than not.

Another fact is that there is also a lot of falsehood and ignorance on this website.

And finally, a lot of young people with relatively young, or inexperienced ideas on many matters they comment on.

Dammy Ajayi, just in case you get to read this, I am very proud of you and your exploits.

Nigeria isn't a great reading country so there may not have been many wonderful comments that might inspire you even more than you previously are on this Nairaland thread. I know you however do understand that many people, who may indeed not write or comment on this post really do appreciate what you do.

Combining Medical Practice - and I understand you are at advanced stages of Mental Health Residency Training in one of our Teaching Hospitals - with writing, as I similarly do with some hobby writing/Journalism and the continued practice of the primary job responsibility of Medicine, is definitely not easy: the bottlenecks, the time constraints meeting deadlines both ways, the demands of time for family and the larger society, the sometimes avoidable challenges from peers, colleagues and superiors in both the literary world and the field of Medicine; who may query why or how you commit yourself to something which appears so divergent to many, are often challenges that I am certain you face, as I similarly do.

I was with our mutual hero, Dr Wale Okediran a few weeks ago, and we still correspond regularly. I am certain you also do.

Please keep the flag flying. You are blazing the pathway, and many of us are very proud of you!

Best regards,
From Rotimi's brother.

Very nice information shared and your contribution is priceless. I hope the NFF officials treat these young ladies with dignity and respect. The threats to ban the ladies and officials will not make things better. As the head, Pinnick should reduce the fire than fuel it.

Please, do me a favor. Tell your NFF homies to please reward Amunike's U17 Victorious team.
I'll prefer "Please tell our Federation authorities, if you have the opportunity, to reward...

I am as ordinary as every private citizen.

Meanwhile, I can duly tell you this: Rewarding a team is the responsibility of the federal government, and not the football federation.

What the federation owes its teams are bonuses and allowances - in preparing them for competitions as well as during the tournaments.

That's why Buhari hosted and redeemed his pledged to the China 85 team in 2015 - and not the Football Federation, for example.

P.S: Rohr's salary is $47000, not 43,500Usd as I earlier wrote in error.

Hello gentlemen and ladies on this thread! Your patriotism, I mean all the regular writers, give me positive goosebumps daily. I doff my hat to you all.

You've all earned my respect. Please permit me to cup in something.

A few people here might know me outside Nairaland. I really ask a out of questions directly from the administrators of our football and our country's sports. My reasons are fueled by the belief that Sports and Football, if allowed to thrive optimally, would not only feed our people as a collective source of National income, but would contribute as much as 20-30% of our GDP.

Bosco, I'm sorry if some of my contribution bursts your argument, as I really appreciate your sturdy defence of your position; but in truth, the Super Falcons didn't return to Nigeria in the same flight as Minister Dalung and President Pinnick.

I have spoken directly with these men at the helm of our football affairs. There was a chartered flight - but it didn't cost 42 million anything. It was a private plane of a friend of the Chief. All he paid was operational costs - that's some money to the pilot and for aviation fuel - which in his exact words, was less than $4000. Now was this done with federation/NFF money? No. NFF hasn't received cash from the government since June anyway. In this period, they have played - and financed super eagles games as well as the Papua + Cameroun tournaments. Rohr's $43,500 salary has also been regularly paid. So ask how these men in charge of our football have gone about it.

Wait a minute, sponsorships have dried out as of today. Recession is hitting hard and companies who are indeed downsizing daily, have less cash for sponsorships. So you can imagine how these men are raising this cash.

Questions have been asked about the $80,000 AWC win largesse from CAF. As of today, that money is yet to be received by the NFF. Let's call to mind however, that it would first go into the FG's TSA before routing to the Federation.

In relating with the NFF communications department, I found out that the return of the AWC winning team is handled and funded by CAF - and not the federation.

You all know however, that the federation president, Mr Pinnick was on hand to receive them in Lagos on arrival and had sufficiently related with one of NFF sponsors, in this case, EMZOR Pharmaceuticals, to organise a brief reception for the ladies and they also received N50,000 per person.

Now, this is in addition to N500,000 received by each player just before the semi final game against South Africa.

Permit me to stop writing here friends.

I'm received this quote only today, five days after you tried reaching me. I hope that's not to late.

Yes, in instances as that which you've described, the medical alternative is the emergency contraception using the 'morning after' pill.

You could send a mail if that's inadequate. The email address is still functional and I still respond to requests and questions from all over the world for virtually free.

I am a slim guy, tall guy but I weigh between 90 and 95KG. I mean.... i don't think being 80KG translates into being FAT or robust or BIG BONED or whatever adjective quantifies being able to wear extra large as a slim fit.
My God! This was probably the very first topic I created on joining Nairaland in 2007 or thereabouts. I was still in the university.

My impression and mentality has since changed.

My opinion: A relationship should be established with the intention of getting married. Understanding and tolerance is more important than size or bio statistics in order to get the needed chemistry that the eventuality of being married requires.
