2sa2: What actually happened is this, the woman is an ashewo, they agreed the man would pay 10k for TDB. In the morning, the woman told the man to at least buy her food b4 she leaves, he said no wahala. The man then took here out to that eatery. After eating the following conversation ensued between the both of them;
man- oya bye bye, see you some other time, i had fun
woman- what of my money?
man- oh, i almost forgot, take 7k
woman- for what? our agreement was 10k
man-oh you think the food i bot for you was for free ba? please get out of here
woman- i no go gree o, i no force you to buy me food #grips him#
I was there.

Basic: Wasteful spending is one of the viruses killing this country.
INEC works only once in every four years, yet the government keeps paying employees that lay idle for that period.
Another instance that annoys me more is the National Population Commission. The least interval between two population counts is 10 years, yet the government keeps paying the Commission's employees even for being idle for 10 years.
I understand that these agencies are responsible for a few other minor tasks. But only a few employees should be kept for long while the bulk should be hired only when they're needed.

Dstar4u: I am not d elect elect guy, I am an ND 2 mechanical student considering to write jamb nxt yr and put in 4 OAU because dats where i chose to go b4. Although, am a distinction student wit GPA 3.53 n i hope 2 graduate wit it, I decided 2 choose OAU n I wish 2 graduate wit first class or else I shud choose a skul dat wil b easier to get first class. What's ur advice on diz?
