This sounds like such an irony for me because I went to my village for the very first time last month, and that place is worse than what we see on nollywood. Practically in the middle of nowhere .

I was in a Catholic Church for child dedication last Sunday, the priest was busy preaching Catholicism instead of the gospel, he was almost begging the congregation to go for confession, that they don't expose what they hear.

Though he was saying that to encourage the members to partake in the holy communion. Apparently, you're not supposed to partake in the holy communion without going for confession that week or so.

I'm not catholic, but I know that catholic confession may after all not be extra-biblical. James wrote about it, he said to confess your faults one to another. So that could be part of the basis they make their confessions.

We do not pay school fees in federal universities at the moment. If we did, the amount would be very close to that paid in private universities.
