Often you may date a person or even be in a relationship without realising that you have grown out of it. Are you still looking out for your Mr Right/Miss Perfect, while your partner is just your 'back up'?

The truth is you know you're not in love when..

1. You prefer to sms rather than call or meet your partner-
If you are interested in your partner you will take out the time needed to meet your boyfriend/girlfriend no matter how busy you are. If you keep finding a random file more important than your partner then you should figure out if you really want to be in a relationship.
2. He/she is your 'back up'-
It works in movies, but not in real life. You really can't be into a person if he/she isn't your 'number one' priority. If you were to find you Mr Right/Miss Perfect there's no way you will pick the person you are dating over him/her. You should remember that no one like to be the second fiddle.
3. Break a date-
If you can't make it for a date because your neighbour's car got spoiled or because you have to clean your room, then you need to sort out your thoughts. You can't cancel your date because your heart isn't into it. That's really unfair to the other person. When you break a date to be with your friends or family, it only means that you are in their relationship probably because you don't want to be single. The moment you find something or someone more interesting you are going to dump the other person.
4. You are okay with getting 'naughty'-
If you are okay with flirting with others beyond a certain boundary behind your partner's then you really need to rethink. Why not be single rather than cheating on someone?
5. Your friends don't know your girlfriend/boyfriend-
We live in an age where friends are our family, so it's only natural that you want their approval when you start seeing someone. However, if you find yourself looking for excuses to avoid introducing your beau to your buddies it only means that you aren't sure about him/her yourself. I'm not saying that you need to introduce your guy/girl to your friends immediately, but if you are reluctant to do so even after six months then you are definitely not sure about your feelings.
6. You are always ready to fight-
If you exaggerate a situation and pick up a fight with your boyfriend/girlfriend over it, itmeans you want out of the relationship but don't have the guts to say so. Anything from the way he folds clothes to the way she arranges flowers can irritate you. You are hoping that your partner asks you to break up the relationship.
7. You are overtly critical of him/her-
Everything your partner does embarrasses you. 'Stop laughing so loudly' or 'You look ridiculous in that shirt' — if these are the kind of statements you find yourself using too often then you don't really want to be with him/her. This seems to be your ploy to get him/her to argue with you. However, youshould realise that a few mean words can hurt someone's self confidence.
8. You are emotionally detached-
Whether it's his/her promotion or new job, you merely smile and then talk about yourself. If you are more worried about your friend's cold and cough than him/her then you really have something to worry about.

1. Stop taking direct sugar or food dt contains much sugar. This shkd be abt 10days before.

2. Drink lots of water a week before.

3. Eat fruits rich in vitamin C and iron

4. Avoid sitting in one place for too long. She shld engage in irregular exercises like: rearranging the wardrobes, washing clothes and sweeping. Walking too.

5. Lastly, avoid rough sex few days before. If u can't make her come, dnt do a thang! Ok?

Normal life-span of a well constructed building has been estimated between 60-70years but due to poor construction method and some wrong demand from user it has reduced drastically.

Before you build your house stop some specifications either by you or from the builder like:

>Never embedded a PVC pipe in a columns.
>Conduit Wiring is good but hard to control in terms of maintenance. Use plastic conduit.
>If your site is located in a waterlodge area construct a "buried pipe" don't just sandfilled.
>Never use one stacking method. That is never use one pipe to carried all your liquid & solid waste to septic tank. Daulize the stack pipe i.e water from Bath tub, kitchen sink, wash hand basin should be connected directly to soakaway not septic tank then WC(water closet) should be connected to the septic tank.

pheyikemi: Some of d above drugs e.g ibuprofen is a NSAID's( non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs), they are not mainly painkillers per say, they r to reduce inflammation and shd b taken wiv care. If u knw their side effects u'll dislike 'em. For example, Ibuprofen causes ulcer and itz not to be used by everybody. So I'll advise u to take her to a gynaecologist for proper care.

But its often beta to Ơ̴̴̴̴͡.̮Ơ̴̴̴͡ a Doc to prescribe because some people react to certain pain killers
It should reduce when she starts having kids.

Let's us look at these two words critically "Christianity and Religion".

Religion:
Oxford Dictionary-explain religion as belief in and worship of a God or gods.
Wikipedia-is a collection of belief systems, cultural systems, and world views that relate humanity to spirituality and sometimes to moral value. The practice of a religion may also include rituals, sermons, commenration or veneration of god, gods or goddesses, sacrifices, festival, feasts, trance, initiation e.t.c or other aspects of human culture.
Bible-James 1:26-27 says "If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religoin is vain. Pure religion and underfiled before God and the father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. Here the Bible refers to religion as normal way of life.
In one word I will say before Christ there was a religion.

Christianity: Act 11:26 is where the word Christian first appeared in th Bible because people see Christ attribute and his hope in some group(early Church) they say this people are 'Christ-like'.

Some traditions and religions against killing of fellow human being, stealing, fornications e.t.c. Which is just normal way of life but living normally in life doesn't guarantee be with God we need something more than living a normal ways of life.

But the purpose of Christ on earth makes Christianity not a religion. The purpose of Christ is to reconcilled every human being back to God. Why reconcillation? Because God needs our service and worship on earth to him alone and after we die we can go back to Him(where He is) but there is no how we can serve Him without misbehave (since sin has entered into the world). From ages people rendered sacrifices to God or gods using animals or human being or materials. Initially God accepted sacrifices i.e Abel & Cane, Noah, Abraham e.t.c but later man put earthly things e.g using human being as a sacrifice which displease God "Heb 9-1". God Himself knows that ordinary laws and sacrifices can not complete the work that's why Jesus Christ said "He did not come to destroy the laws" Matt 5:17. The laws will still exist which makes religion continue to exist, so He needs a replacement for our sacrifices "All things are by the law purge with blood, and without shedding of blood is no remission Heb 9:22". As a composite clay nature we need to be purified with blood because of our sinful nature "It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens (which we must comply with) should be purifled with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these(because they are Holy than us)" Heb 9:23

Jesus Christ has come to do the sacrifice because is Holy and His blood is pure & Holy.
John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the father but by me".

Before Christ there was a religion but Jesus has gone back to the foundation of the world to replaced any religion.

In conclusion, Christianity is not a religion it's Life eternal.
