You have a good profile but the risk in your application is way too much 1. Purpose of visit 2.family ties in home country and whr u applying from (I don't really know ao to put this like the VOs does).
But just as @folaroyal stated above, probably your LOE/SOP can savage the situation. All the best. |

yemdogg: I don't understand....So you want us to do your research for you while you do what ?
This is a Pro - bono platform, nobody is readily disposed to assisting you unless you take some positive steps yourself. So my brother, There is an app on your device called browser, open it and type Google.com, afterwards do the needful by typing your queries in the search bar. That way you'd learn better and save us the stress of doing your job for you.
Can you imagine for you replying that post, you gat time plenty on ur side, i just wonder how people come out publicly for things like that, not trying to sound rude some of us here are just too lazy to take responsibilities for ourselves. my first visa application was solely put together by myself even though i made mistakes which i learned from, such request to me by the moniker above is simply termed LAZINESS atleast just come up wt something then ask if any1 knows somth better, with that people would know u have done ur own research and just trying to get others input. this journey is too long to be playing around, its well ooooo. |

Betty19: Hello everyone,
please I will appreciate any useful information. My brother applied for his visa on the 1st of feburary for his masters at memorial university through paper route. He did an upfront medical immediately his application was sent in. We just got an pdate few days ago that his passport has been dispatched.. We are kind of scared it may go both ways due to the speed in which a decision was made. Anyone been in the same situation should please give an advise. I know we should be patient until the passport arrives but I just wanted to ask this honorable forum members all the same. Just as u have rightly said, u can only be hopeful. Assuming the applicant linked the app online u would probably know how far by now. Recently we just noticed the speed at which applications are being processed by CIC wch is a good one though they still have the 17wks processing time on their website. All the best. |

oluwaCanny: Please need answers for this question @trv doc, Osemigho, nelly, aliacca, wealth360, Folaroyal, Eraytee etc You should tick yes and provide in d space below it the refusal reason being insufficient funds. Then do attach the refusal letter to ur application materials. About ur US refusal, that I don't know, others with an idea should point out something. Since u didn't declare that in ur previous application makes it confusing for me to give u an answer to that. |

uso84: Big bosses na beg i dey begoooo @ michV, Osemigho, Yemdogg, Folaroyal, Austinpee4, TRV doctor, TRV nurse, Cannyzionist, Eraytee etc PLS HELP me Ok in my own opinion, when pple normally proposed not applying with a child or children, it's not only bcox of d financial weight this might incure on their TRV application. Let's get this straight, Study permit is the ultimate goal of an applicant going for study purpose. if u are going with a child would have said you should go ahead, but for me going for study and going with almost ur entire family is a red flag, cox alot would be considered in this. Are u going there to actually study or u want to migrate as an immigrant? Going with ur children in the eyes of the VO myt look lik a distraction to ur study plans. Thank God finance is not ur problem, I would advice you first get ur TRV first. The thing is getting ur family to visit after getting that TRV is lot easier than going with 3 children at a time. These children and husband alone is good as your hometies. This is just my opinion and I don't consider myself a guru on this thread, I only advice based on lil I know. So the gurus can share more lights on this. All the best in ur pursuit. |

Blackanada: Good day house.
Please I need some information with regards to SOA. For how long does SOA remain valid? For example, if I intend to apply for study permit in 3months time, can I get a bank statement now and still use it's after 3 months? For how long does SOA remain valid?
Gurus, please help. am sorry u cant, CIC stated your SOA must include your submission month or not less than a month prior to submission, so your 3 months is against the rule of CIC. check the study permit handbook for Nigeria for necessary info. |

Besides i want to know the steps to follow when my TRV is approved by the grace of God. contact ur school as regards the refund, dont wait for TRV to com out before you ask for refund, the two are noway dependent on each other so go ahead and request for it. |

ebimila: Hello People..I used an acceptance letter for a PGC in Ontario to process my study permit for May 2017. It was initially for Jan 2017 but i had to defer when my application was denied. However, i got another admission (still PGC) in Calgary for August 2017 which is preferable cos i have family ties there and settling in will be a lot easier for me. My question... is it possible to change DLI with CIC. I have made a deposit of 7000CAD already. Whats the possibility of getting a refund if i change. I am considering this with the expectations that my application will be granted and i can use the money to offset part of my tuition in the Calgary. Please i need advise from the experts in the house to guide my steps towards achieving this. @bold Its possible, you will get refunded by Canada schools, no b naija, you will get your money cox they have refund policy. am not an expert as you requested but the experts would need your profile to depict any further assistance |

Oyebanks: Good afternoon house, I have applied for admission at NBCC awaiting to get admission.but I am.confused the person helping on the process said he will stage my brother as my dad since my dad does not have a SOA that has up to 15m, I have changed my birth certificate in the sense that my brother now stands as my dad and his wife as my mum because most of his documents has his wife name on it also. Please am getting confused as I dont want to be denied a TRV.
Kindly help. Bro am sorry to say this u just like to shoot ur self in the leg, but y do you have to start stressing yourself in changing ur bro to your dad when u both bear same surname? I still can deal with ur ideology, anyways incase u don't know we have pple who got approved with a third party sponsor so far necessary documents are submitted. Pls to avoid future wahala, declare him as ur brother and let him submit the necessary docs to support ur application. May God help us. Stop complicating things for yourself. Save that stress bro. |

Bkd1: Hello house, i was referred to this forum by my friend, and I have read about some peoples story from previous threads and here , on how they tackled study permit refusals.I was recently refused which will make it the second refusal for study permit(reason was purpose of visit) and also once for a visiting visa to the US.I completed my undergraduate degree in Aerospace systems engineering in the U.K, and then i was accepted for a professional pilot program at a flying school in Canada. I intend to apply again soon, but i need help in repackaging my application.
Please house ,any advice or suggestions concerning my case
Thanks. I think your profile is not detailed enough, if you share your profile as regards all docs u used to apply, where u applied for the trv and every other useful info that might give people the insight of what your refusal reason(s) is/are based on. apply for your GCMS note asap, that is first step in tackling this kind of issue. |

And for my own document just what they ask for,no weac or birth certificate or transcript. And till now I haven't hear from them, pls what is my hope Be positive and do away with fears, I hope in all your sponsor wrote a sponsorship letter? It will end in praise, |

penitential: Guy why won't you just forget this ISH and let bygone be!? This is not the first time critics will be coming to people's post. The fact that it came does not mean that one must argue over and over to win critics. FOR YOU TO OVERLOOK CRITICS AND MOVE ON SHOWS YOUR MATURITY LEVEL, AND THE FACT THAT YOU KEEP ANSWERING TO CRITICISMS SHOWS OTHERWISE AND DRAGS YOU TO FURTHER DISREPUTE . Whoever wants to, should after studying Engineering should put up HRM admission letter for visa documentation. It's nobody's bussiness. Since the moniker has refused to admit that he/she has considerable years of work experience in HRM but coming to claim he studied economics and got trv using HRM admission letter shouldn't be anybody's issue to debate on. I kept mute on this matter since yesterday for personal reasons, @penitential na u get time oooo, all previous post is nothing for me to argue about or even comment cox me self get my own for hand wey i dey pray make God help me out. we should just allow d sleeping dog to lie. trying to make pple bliv your point on a public forum like dis does not denote anything, so why not move on from yesterday and lets face today. its well with all of us and God will grant our individual hrt desires, |

Austinpee4: This question have been previously answered just few pages back on this part 12, if you went through quickly, you would have been guided.
Anywhere, the visa office for nigerian applicants requires 6 months statement of account as against the 4 months CIC website requires. So the best thing to do is to print for 6months since it will meet the requirement of CIC website and the visa office. well said, in addition to that, some people even print beyond 6months, there is no harm to this on your application. |
