No VO can see beyond the last day on ur SOA, they can only request for new SOA if need be as your application is being processed (this is a rare case).

Bro if its abroad it can't work, they would be the one to do the typing and all, that means d affidavit is prepared there, no b naija whr u just write something up n a lawyer would just sign without even know d truth about ur claims. Remember its a legal tender, ask anyone abroad ao this is done dey wud explain better.

I don't think ur sponsor must be present to swear an affidavit, this is naija, you can do it on his behalf at the court, my thoughts tho, regards.

This would contradict the rules guiding an affidavit, we know that d affidavit being done in naija is just a format dat is easily come by, but swearing an affidavit on behalf of someone is going to raise a red flag bcox u need the person signature and bearing in mind that his not staying in naija would raise redflag.

I have over meet the reasons. That was last two years. My statement of purpose was Zero then from the corrections I saw from NAIRALANDERS . about fund. I have gotten a sponsor who is a blood brother and have huge set out for me. He has paid one year tution fee. And accomadtion for a full semester. . I guess u were denied for insufficient funds in your previous application, and if that was d case b4 den i fink convincely u av met the reason with what u posted.

Sent, stop using phone, use a laptop. From the error message at d top right corner u'll c d icon to download, "click and save as" to ur desktop. That's all incase u would want to download other forms, thats d procedure to follow.

bros if you dont meet the conditions for which you were denied in your previous application, am sorry to say but its the fact, its going to be same outcome as the previous one. refusal reasons must be tackled before any hope for reapplying

drop your email lemme forward to u, i dont know y u cant download, just downloaded it. i guess you were trying to open it online, all u need do is download and open and all wud b fine, opening it online will give u an error message which is what u got, wt the error msg still download d file and open. u can drop ur email i'll forward to u.

You don't need to defer your approval would come before your start date. Just be hopeful.

Please house, I gained admission for a Masters program in Canada. I should submit my TRV application (paper route) by next week in Lagos. I wrote my SSCE at two sittings. For this reason, I wouldn't want to attach my ssce result to my application. Moreso, I am going for a masters program. Please I need your advice

You can apply using etx but its expensive. You can tell them to send soft copy or hard copy . soft copy is within 24hrs hard copy 1 week.

When i had to process my UG transcript at my UK school while i am in Nigeria ooo... It only took an email... I did not have to speak to or see anyone!!!

I was even adopting the Nija idea, asking how to pay the courier fee... The response i got was.."this fee is a responsibility of the school" ....

The following day i got another email that "your official transcript and certificate has been transmitted via email (recipient address) and courier (DHL tracking nos)".. It's enough to be happy i schooled in UK... If only that!!

Exactly my point, abeg no b school b that? Dey even pay for the courier services chai!!! U will be begging naija unis to send ur official transcript even when u have paid for the service. So disheartening.

well my school have gave me the hard copy of transcript when I finish graduation. Well I am talking about unilorin. No delay in it.

I trust Unilorin cox am a product of that great institution, but it's not same with some schools, before they could send or issue official transcript, it takes forever. This is not normal truth be told. Couple of years back a friend of mine lost an admission just because of their inefficiency.

bro, go to ur school and "search " for anyone in the exams and record department that can help u so u collect ur transcript by hand(with ur international school's address on it) then u take it to DHL and mail it to your international school yourself stating your previous uni as the sender ......though it will cost u more but it's worth it(as it won't take more than 5 working days to arrive your international school ). I did same when I had 7 days to provide mine and I had applied for it 2 months earlier

Its a shameful thing for Nigeria universities with this unnecessary delay in issuing graduates their transcript after 4-5years in school, u come back for transcript and it would take more than d processing time of CIC. We just make everything look bogus for unknown reason, transcripts should not take 24hrs to be issued. The system is just so bad that we have lost our integrity and effectiveness.

Painfully YES, I withdrew all within a week after submission on the counsel that it doesn't count again since they don't look into the balance but the authenticity of the account.

bro get it straight and clear, IT IS NOT BCOX U WITHDREW IT the balance cant fly considering the tuition fees and 10kCAD required by CIC. no VO can see beyond the date on your SOA. so I can confirm and affirm this to you. please get it straight and dont confuse yourself unnecessarily.

Hello fam, I've just been denied student visa solely for insufficient balance. It was a paper route, no upfront medicals and was never called for medicals, meng, university of waterloo, may admission. I used my mum's account(as the sponsor) of 5.4m cum my account of 500k and a landed property. The tuition is $21,000 for a year. I applied for a two year visa because the programme can be extended for a maximum of 2years. May be I should also state here that I withdrew almost all the money within one week after submission, dont know if that really had anything to do with the refusal. Here is my question, I want to re-apply(towards September or january admission, after securing a deferment from the school) and someone just offered to drop his company's account as my sponsor with over 10m in it, will this augur well for my application since there's no money in my mum's account again? Thanks in anticipation for a good and helpful response.

bro its so glaring why you were refused on that note of insufficient funds. if you didnt not pay part of your tuition or get funding for your proposed program, definitely your mom's balance cant convince the VO taking note of the CIC requirement of proof of 1yr tuition and additional 10kCAD for your living expenses, putting all these into consideration you can easily deduct the refusal reason. bro get funding or pay atleast 1yr tuition and have a balance that can cover the 10kCAD required by CIC. you should be good cox your refusal reason is easy to tackle. order for your GCMS note to clarify the reason.

GCMS file or note tells you the exact reason which is explanatory to why you were refused. as per your above stated reasons, they are not that clear. check the refusal letter from cic and write out the ticked/marked reason(s) given to you.

first of all, please you dont have to write in uppercase for people to attend to your case, this would derail the thread. you have not supplied enough info for people to actually see to your case. what was the proposed course you applied for initially and what is/are the reason(s) you were denied? what was the choice of course initially? did you apply for GCMS file before reapplying? maybe if you can answer these questions, people here would find it easier to proffer a possible solution or answers to your inquiry. please endeavor to write your complaints in lowcase next time.

The bank official is the best to answer this, why not hear from the horses mouth? Well it takes less than 5days for some banks, I can't say for first bank. If u walk up to any of the bankers and ask, u wud get a 1st class info as regards that.

think twice before you use someone else's pension account. Even the owner of the pension account can only access 25 percent of the pension if s/he stop working for a period of 6months. So how do you want to prove that the pension account will be available for your study in Canada?

You are right but the question is do VO's know all this? Bcox this rule stated above is not a general rule as regards pension accounts world wide.

I haven't had time to go change the documents in my name. If they do background check , they would see the seller's name and he prepared the deed of assignment that I want to use. Isn't the deed of assignment powerful enough to take care of all these?

Notarized the deeds of agreement, submit the survey too. CofO is not easily come by like that. U should be good with the deeds of agreement notarized
