"Penny wise, pound foolish". Those lands were acquired at a cheaper cost than what they would have been if they were legal land.

They are also offering bribes as high as 50million is further proof that they are not the brightest bulb in the shed. It seems you don't live in Nigeria or have left Nigeria a long time ago.
Well sadly These shown on the drone are clearly built by Housing developers who either sold off plan or at completion.SO the new owners do not have a clue of what's going on, would it not be the responsibility for the Govt to make sure people do not fall into such problems as I'm sure the houses are insured by the developers. Now you say Bribe well then if the official were truly bribed then it means they have the original seals on the paper, and if that is true don't you agree that the ministry should take a good look at their officials and do the needful by clearing out their own mess? my view though.

You don't have it. If you do, no Jupiter on earth can take down that building. That's a Fact.

Why has no one taken up the challenge of the Lagos Commisioner?
Now this was why I made the statement I made, so someone building that kind of house i n such area cannot spend change to get it approved? or do due diligence? This was what I was asking the other OP

I tire. The clowns think Lagos Gov would just move bulldozers and demolish properties in places like Banana Island or demolish a Billionaire Okeowo's property without some court approval. There are lots of retards on this thread.
You calling people Clown you seem to be a bigger clown, cant you see you got your wires crossed here? If I have approval from the Lagos state government why would my house then be demolished if indeed, I have a genuine building approval? or are you insinuating that the Lagos state government is demolishing and targeting certain people or just being a pure bully? cos from where I'm standing you are on the fence here mate!

The video above was shared by the Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, to showing the level of encroachment of waterways and canals by real Estate developers in Lagos.

He wrote on social media,

"A drone footage of the encroachment of the drainage channel on System 156 (fully built) Igbo-Efon to Ikota channel in Lekki. Red arrow indicator showing the extent of encroachment and total blockade and diversion of system 156 Into system 157 by the developers and property owners. All the structures were fully built on the setbacks and alignment which is clearly an alteration of the Drainage Master Plan along the area.

"We have served several contravention notices and enforcement will begin after the expiration of the contravention notices."
This is stupid, its cos no one has taken you lot to the court properly, WHO APPROVED THE BUILDING PLANS?so the Commissioner should clean his house in the 1st place cos If I have a full approval to build there and its on your records, you have no legal ground to demolish my structure cos my survey plans must have shown the exact location of my land and its proximity to the canal.

Recently I fell in love for the first time with this 23 year old. It felt great. this was the first time someone is calling me baby and having sleepless nights because of me cry(before you people begin to ask how old I am, I was born in 1992).

About three days ago we were texting on WhatsApp and I asked her how many ex she had had and her reply was "I can't remember". I was shocked 😲 I asked her if there are too many that's why she can't remember and she said "yes".

I'm concerned.for a 23 year old to have dated many men means she has multiple body counts. Will this affect me in the long run? What advice do you people have for me?

PS; I'm not a virgin
@ 23 are you off Uni or Undergraduate?

beekind:
I am the 2nd born out of 2 children, my elder brother has been married for some time with no kids as a result I am super careful with issues relating to fertility.
I am in my late 30s and have been dating a 27 year old lady for 4 months now, the relationship moved so fast as she is a perfect match for me .
I have met her family and she has met mine, we are already planning marriage and have started counselling sessions in her church.

She complained of irregular periods so I told her to do a hormonal profile test and see a gynecologist, turns out she has got PCOS.

I have done my own fertility test and I am fine, I am at a cross road now, I cannot afford to struggle with child birth considering my age and also my only other sibling still also having issues with the wife also still trying to get pregnant after many years.

The only other option would have been to ask her to try for pregnancy before marriage but she is a virgin and wants to keep it that way till wedding, besides if I disvirgin her, how will I be able to walk away incase she doesn't get pregnant ?

I am at crossroads now, its not too late but walking away at this point will be very costly for me since we have already started plans towards the wedding and our families are already in touch.

My heart is heavy and I am confused, I need good advise as I cannot discuss this with anyone.
she is a virgin so?

You won't have a problem if it's owned by your people isn't it?

Nigeria is just a crazy place, something is bad because my ethnic group isn't the one benefiting but good if it's coming from my people.

Do you know the number of oil and gas assets also owned by the Igbos in the Niger Delta? The ABC Ojiakors and co controlling Oil and gas assets in my region isn't worth to mention.

It's people like you that are causing Igbos problems with other tribes, allow others enjoy their peace and also enjoy yours two. Everyone can exhibit their potential while mutually benefiting from each others but what I loathe is exuding outright lies in order to enshrine ethnic superiority over others.

If I don't know the history of my place is it you that will know? Don't you guys have history? I don't see anyone from my end making distorted history about you people but the reverse is always the same . There is nothing to correct, everything written up there was a falacy, all wrong. It was nice to discountenance it so that he doesn't make such a falacy in the future.

Live and let others live
No one gives a tuss as they have no damn history that is worth reading by anyone either than selves.
