obiekunie2:
oga this decking is a low grade highly economized decking. even the color of the wall is clear prove that where you are supposed to use 10 bags of cement, u chose to economize with 4 bags.

now you are calling on engineers and pretending like you dont know where the problem is from.

as it stand now, your building can collapse if it rains heavily for 24 hours.

when they say higher qualify builders to build your house - you will say no! baba kassim has been building houses for years - i want him to build this one for me he is cheaper and experienced. here lies the final result - LEAKY DECKING!

pls do us all a favour and go rent a decent and safe house for your family while your live in that your house by yourself alone so that if anything happens you will be the only one in the house.

yea i know i sound hash - u r free to get angry.
This is way too harsh, why blame teh man all that? how do you know he was not short changed?

A park can be a legacy.

Apart from providing quality entertainment for Port Harcourt residents, it ensures that that green area designated as part is never built upon thereby preserving the greenery.
lol since the completion of Ikeja Shoprite, the number of jobless people hanging about at Ikeja underbridge decreased by half grin grin grin

The place is cool, though over crowded especially during celebration periods.

Wike finishes most of his projects. The flyover at Artillery and other locations within PH are nearing completion.

Initially I thought it was going to be the kind of project that take years but look at where we are today.
I think he took the three flyovers seriously cos them location were causing untold hardship,I have experienced it 1st hand.

My brother you are right o!
My wife is loaded more than I am yet she will never stop saying baby buy me this or that grin grin
What I do most of the times is that I tell her Oya let’s go. When we are done shopping, I pay and she makes up the difference. When there is something pressing to attend to financially and I don’t have enough cash, I just tell her, “Ngwa bring the money”, we just laugh about it as she pays.
Truly, women like to be spent on no matter how loaded they are. It just boils down on you as their man to follow them with wisdom and also how the relationship is built.
It’s obvious the OP’s relationship is not built on mutual trust.
When I was still dating my wife, we laugh at posts like that of Reno’s.
People just have to be sensitive to their situation before swallowing these things hook, line and sinker.
Spending on your wife is same as spending on urself, however when it comes to girl friend nah different ball game.

You know it's so funny that the only thing Nigerian guys could "owe" their women is monetary value. Imagine a whole Reno having nothing to emaciate from than "maintainance fee and bills". And the lady is laying emphasis on "sex" . Lol grin grin

Well to help them balance their equation, I believe the only thing Ladies owe their boyfriend is courtesy. No sex and food too grin grin . Lobatan.

BTW Op's relationship is baseless, meaningless and lifeless. grin you don't end a "good thing" because of some stranger's post.
so, in other words, woman do not need sex right?

Because it's the orientation and mentality that is fuelling these crimes in the first place

Nigerians largely worship vanity and as such

Nigerians are not the only ones who worship vanity, if U really want to know, we have less crime in Nigeria compared to the west.Vanity is attributed to the west till 2morrow,

How? You're buying a whole engine, not camshafts, rings and sensors
we should address the Engine for what it is, so in this context, there is nothing like buying a new Engine its a used Engine by my guess will be high millage so, therefore, is prone to the same wear and tear faults
Car Talk › Re: What Could Be Done As My 2004 Honda CR-V Burns Oil At 255k Miles?. by erico2k2(m): 4:57pm On Jun 15, 2020

Sometimes you might be unfortunate to get a faulty replacement engine buy it's easier to replace (again) than having to figure out which of the myriads of parts should be replaced in the event of a botched engine rebuild
It's actually very easy to figure out where fluids are leaking from inside an Engine once it's out of a car and clear of all auxiliaries. If replacing with a brand new engine then yes with an Old one nahhhh cos the % of buying a faulty Engine is high as guarantees in 9ja in such form are nearly non-existent!. The culprit of this kind of leaks is usually the seals, so why not change the whole seals.

Fountainofyouth:
Don't be stupid with your yeye sarcasm, marital rape is real, do you know what rape is? Forcibly having sex with anyone or your wife, that means she won't be wet but dry, forcing it in will cause bruises in that area which can also result to bleading in some cases, if the woman then goes to the hospital or police to report him immediately after the evil act, it will be treated as assault which is also a crime, and the evil nonentity will be charged for it,

If you like cheat on your wife because she said no, that's your business.
ur 1st few paragraphs did not address what the guy you quoted said, he simply said instead of raping ur wife get it elsewhere. This might be someone else's coping mechanism. SO I agree with him to some extent...This is the reason some men have more wives

The engine should be opened up at whose cost? Penny-wise bro
I will prefer my current Engine being opened and if there is no damage to the block parts replace and rebuilt than buying a used non tested Engine. At least you know what you have buying a used Engine is penny wise pound foolish, just imagine buying a used Engine of 300k miles

Madueke is one hell of a woman. She should be speedily extradited and made to face her charges.

She is an international criminal who for God knows why, is being defended by the very people she plundered their country's resources.

To all those mentioning, tell your woman to stop running around, the law will eventually catch up with her and you all can go to court to complain that the EFCC lacks moral rights to prosecute her because Tinubu, Babachir Lawal and co are yet to be prosecuted or that the EFCC must first charge those in the current administration.

Can you all read and hear yourselves? Pathetic!
So you are amongst the few who bought into that rubbish, She has been living in England for God knows how long plus she challenged the FG that she wants to come and defend herself the same FG said No cos she is running from her UK investigation of which has since died. Like someone said on here, this is just smokescreen
