Why did u ask such question?
Just give me ur full reasons first.

And also, I can't begin to start counting the building erected by "us" successfully.
"us" means virtually all my project is a team work. They are many to b precise n also if I lie then His seed doesn't abide in me.
I can't also start snapping the building pix.

No one is an highland of knowledge I believed u kw this well.
Anything that seem inadequate enough then correct.

Thanks for ur comment.
Really appreciated.
God bless.

Timtol,

I believe such question is okay as this is a forum where lots of people view and draw inspiration, ideas etc.

More so it's a point of contact between buyers and sellers-offeree and offeror, hence the need for such background checks which I believe will bolster confidence in your brand by all and sundry, however my advise, showcase and list some of your builds to fo people to see and draw reference from.
Well for Egun to ask such questions is not out of place becaus a lot has happened in the property section (fraud, missing of timeline etc)
I like your response to the question very matured!

Politics / Re: Jonathan Reminds Nigerians Of "Freedom Enjoyed" Under His Watch Via Facebook by Flaghouse1: 8:36am On Aug 25, 2017
captleonerd:
next time try and put on your thinking cap before making a statement. Afonjas gave Jonathan about 43% of their votes. He even won in Ekiti state.
Basic statistics of percentage (ss1 level) you don't know. Yet you claim ti be educated. The reason the brown roof afonjas are much more intelligent than you is we don't vote based in ethnicity.
Jonathan had 6 good years and PDP had 16yrs to complete Lagos-Ibadan expressway yet it wasn't delivered.
Prior to the election PDP had the golden opportunity to tell us what they've done for us in the southwest but all we saw on TV was the campaign of calumny and mud slinging against Tinubu and Buhari. Prior to the hate campaigns by PDP I had friends and a relative (my dad) still sitting on the fence but after one of those episodes of the anti-tunubu programme my cousin said and I quote "PDP has nothing else to offer Nigeria". If PDP had told us it's plan for us instead of the pull him down campaign maybe buhari have lost 7% of his own 50+% to give Jonathan the majority in the south west.

Btw we've not forgotten PDP campaign lines like:
-Buhari only wants to islamise Nigeria (what PDP told southerners)
- APC will only wants to build churches all over the north. That's why a pastor is the vice president (what PDP told northerners)
-APC is amala and ewedu party (what PDP south east leaders told their people)
- The northerners are born throway people (what PEJ told people in calabar)

So tell me which of these lines is devoid of hate?

For those saying I'm lying about 43% for jona in the southwest

APC got 2.1m votes from the southwest will PDP got 1.8m votes.
1.8m/4m * 100 is 45%

I did the maths as far back as 2016

OYA CLAP FOR YOURSELF STATISTICIAN!

Do you have other account in another bank,if so try and make withdrawals, as it might be possible that it's only that bank that lien has been placed on your account.

My advice again, get a lawyer to advice you and take steps to remedy this whole shit, as if care is not taken efcc may be involved and your story will not hold water.

Sorry for my asking what's your age bracket and what do you do for a living

like i said earlier, they told me it was d transfer dat was made by dat man made into my account that was highlighted. I don't know what i can do abt it

Firstly write the bank explaining the situation as is,though they might find it hard to believe as you don't even have the mans name or contact details.

Let them advice you further, but my advice to you is to get a lawyer to put you through on what to do because as it is your are presumed to be part of the network as you don't know how many account the man has used for these activities.

I doubt if the bank would allow you pay the amount to the account holder from where fund was transferred into you account, how much is the money.

To be candid with you ,that was a very silly mistake you made,Trust nobody when it comes to finances, don't give your account to people for any form of transactions.

my bank account is UBA. I have sent them a mail concerning this. I have also resolved to pay the said amount if that will clear me of this predicament. But i need the opinion of both our financial experts and lawyers

You need to be careful, paying that money would be termed as guilt, the notion would be the bubble is burst and to cover your track you want to pay the money,

It's complicated but can be resolved with expert advice , you need a good representation to ascertain your innocence, money laundering is a serious issue no matter how small the amount involve is (N10.00) makes one culpable

Good day nairalanders, i am using this medium to seek for your advice or legal counsel(from our lawyers). Last week i tried to use my debit card for online transaction but it wasn't successful so i went to my bank to lodge a complaint concerning my ATM. But to my greatest surpise, i was told that my bank account has been frozen. I then made an enquiry to know the reason why they froze the account, i was told that it was used to launder money from a stolen card....

Did you check to confirm that your account was used to launder money by requesting your statement be printed for review.
If you observe suspicious transactions which was not initiated by you, then you need to be upfront with whom you have shared your account details with so you can track who has used your account for such illicit transaction, may be get the police or efcc involve to show you are not part of the laundering activities

1. not sold all year round because the source can't provide enough atm!
2. To increase/boost sales because people buy more during this periods.
3. Too bad we can't get to your cave..
Shame we can't go back on time to give your dad a condom!

With your lack of respect for your fathers age,it's just too bad with your level of reasoning as far as sales and marketing is concerned you don't know jack, you are just a disappointment to the hospital that issued your a birth certificate,as your birth would have been prevented by your dad using withdrawal method, since he cannot afford a condom nor know how to make use of it,probably he would have mistaken if for goody goody toffee

1.why is the rice not sold all year round ,that you can see them in every neighborhood not selected selling points.
2.why always advertise the rice every festive season"good product sells itself "
3.why not create effective and efficient distribution network for this rice yo reach all and sundry

Please someone should help me out. What is the difference between Nigerian and foreign aluminum for roofing in terms of durability. And what is d durability of metcoppo compared to longspan

Wait let me go and research from London school of metallurgy ,will keep you updated soon,Just like finding out the diffrence between custard and Akamu,

Well from my own thought line , I don't think there is much diffrence ,the only thing you look out for is the thickness -0.45mm,.055,0.70mm and so on,the range of 0.45mm and 0.55mm are more suitable for residential build while higher(0.7mm,0.90mm) are used for industrial builds,

As for the metcoppo the only issue is I feel it has is that its prone to leakages at the cropped edges and installation needs to be done by an experienced person .

Obviously, Bello didn't declare this holiday for the whole of Nigeria to participate, but for the people of his state to support the forward movement of the president's mission.

The 'mission' is not supported by the enemies of this nation, which happens to include the underdog reno omokri.

Well me am just looking at it from the point of revenue loss to the state and individuals as we are in recession/depression

Thanks for your input. The idea is just to wave the issue of German flooring for now. I'll still end up floorin the entire building at a later time.

How about that?

Note that building a house involve stages ,things needs to be done in sequence.you can't lay the roofing sheet before doing the wood frames for your roof.
I think it's best to adhere to the stages to avoid stories that touch, I hope your build is not located within a waterlogged or lower water table area as this will have impact on your floor-leaking tiles from the ground and other issues associated with poor flooring.

Patiently wait to save enough to do the needful.just my layman advise times are hard
