Them done too read that self cleansing in book...
They think it's actually that 'self cleansing' in reality grin grin

How person go clean only vulva and leave inside? Hey fada Lord!!! When a brother dives in and thrusts, the fallacy of the self cleansing would circulate the room oh!!! cry cry

That is why you need to take a bath after sex, the self cleansing we are saying here is that under normal condition the vagina cleans itself with the secretion from the vagina, hence no need to be washing everyday

You're wrong. I'm a female like you. The vagina is a self cleaning oven. You don't have to scrub and scratch because of smell. .you have your discharge to take care of that. Just cleaning the outsides is enough. Instead of arguing, just Google it for more info.

Very correct, the more washing you do reduces or removes the anti-bacteria that serves as a defense mechanism

By the way, how much is uniuyo school fees for law students ? I wanna know .

You are here asking for UNIUYO school fees, that girl is a thief, you are just seeing the preamble, by the time you start introducing her as fiancée then she's will graduate to stealing from your MUM,DAD,UNCLES AND FRIENDS.

My advise to you is just call her and tell her you are done, she should not come near you or anybody related to you subject to confirmation of the fact that she stole your grandmothers cash, why should she ask your granny for school fees, does she not have her own parent's

Where Will the money for daily feeding come from? @ 3500 × 16 = 56000
i

Before venturing into this poultry stuff, the guy would have done a Business case/analysis which will indicate whether to go ahead with the result gotten the profitability index analysis which should be >1 but not less than 1? And more so the guy is using excel to track his business and if you know more of financial modeling the feeding aspect would have been incorporated into the analysis.

No sane graduate/Startup will drop N7.5M down and not do thou rugs business case analysis.remember the guy did not buy 3day or 1 week old chicks which would have cost more in feeding them till time they start laying eggs

I believe I have been able to explain myself sir!

I was actually waiting for this type of calculation. It still has a lot of loophole.
First , a crate of egg is 30 piece not one dozen.
Even if the poultry is self sustaining at this point, the maths does not still add up for profit.

Let assume he has zero mortality at the end, when they stop layering egg.

Selling the hen @ 2000 would give him only #7.2M. This less than the amout invested

Oga ,

The daily egg production will serve as his profit for the investment, while the #7.2M covers initial capital outlay after one year.he makes an average of100 crates a day @N500 per crate that's N50,000 income daily for 20days average month production that's N1M *12=N12 M per annum

The N12M is the gross profit by the time he removes cost this guy would be left with nothing less thanN7M ,which manager earns. This in a year.

Wonderful analysis. Thank you. I won't have said it better. My point exactly.

Great , you know what the OP did by investing this N7.5 million in the poultry business is just to

1. Create other income stream, if still under paid employment.

2.he has been able to create an avenue for the next 5-10 years depending on when he deems it to diversify by providing month feeding allowance for the household (monthly house allowance ----150,000x12=N1,800,000) and still be able to save from the business for future use.

But if he is very good in Risk management he will be able sail through without encountering high loses

This is beautiful but why rent a pen house? Its cheaper, safer and less dangerous to have your own permanent place.

He made a good business decision ,renting/leasing is way business acquire asset to avoid the cost associated with building one ,this cost is termed as sunk cost which you may recover over a period of time depending on the profitability index of your business.

From my own line thoughts the OP will have the time to start building his own pen at lease with profits from the business, he might even be lucky and the owner might decide to sell existing pen house to him

Good business initiative!

Value system, passion and available information are core functions of the decisions we take in life. Rather than saying it's not the best, you don't expect him to start making profit in the first three months of egg laying. Are you aware that these birds will profitably lay for one full year before culling?

You don't talk down on ones business pursuit. Am a consultant farmer with my farm where I have employees, you don't totally condemn the business pursuit of a client rather you offer technical assistance aimed at productivity efficiency.

The chicks will continue to lay eggs for a period of one year ,that's wonderful, my question what's the frequency of eggs per day,per week

1.Did you write a letter to the branch as regards this development
2. Who attended to you on your three times visit, if it's all these front desk or customer service illiterates you are on a long thing, better seek the attention of the branch manager.

But still get a lawyer to advise you and write to the bank , before police arrest you oooo

have spoken to my lawyer friend close to me after reading this thread about such Case. he said get a police report and a barrister to file such case that u are innocent. u might be a businessman trying to get your money for goods been sold to the man by helping the said man to make the transaction easier. innocent people goes to jail cus of same issues without acting fast. the bank might be playing fast on you too to fall the victim. don't agree to pay any money u know nothing of if not you are on your own o. banks are also scared of lawyer if u have full evidence that u are not guilty.

You are still her asking for advise , I pity you once the bank makes a report you will not find it easy once you are traced.

You have to go back to my comment, there you see that I have a good understanding of what resources control means. They have the right to control 100% of the resources they mined, tax, farmed or produce in their land and locality. They have a right to that, we all have right to have our future in our hands

Equity and fairness are not by robbing Peters to pay Paul, it is not by building a rail line to link Daura to Kano ( when a more busy route like Anambra to Lagos, Lagos to Ibadan, Kano to Abuja etc have not been built). Fairness is not by laying over 1000km pipeline to Kaduna in other to build a refinery can easily be sited closer to a source of crude in the deltas or Lagos closer to the biggest market (Lagos alone consume over 40% of our refined petrol per day). Equity is not by giving a state like Kano and Katsina more allocation than Oyo state etc.

Where I am from is important because it helps to clear a lot of misunderstanding and the motives behind the restructuring because in your comment above you insinuate that most people supporting restructuring are greedy south easterner and niger deltas that want to have 100% control of the oil wealth

You made a valid point , Daboomb also is in line with his comments to some extent ,what I will advise him to do is to take a trip to the locations where this oil is being extracted from ,the level of poverty, degradation and lack of concern by state and federal government will make him weep and if he has the power will automatically approve 100% resource control for the inhabitants of such locale .
Forget the hype about NDDC and the other agencies put in place to bolster development, employment opportunities in these area ,it's all a charade -Conduit for siphoning funds to individual pockets.
Greed is basically our problem in this part of the world, one man wants to own more than 10 houses in choices areas of the country, have fleets of expensive cars, take family for holiday trips more than 5 times a year ,millions of Naira and dollars starched in pits without yielding any interest .

Everything does not necessarily have to originate from a Textbook!
there is what we call "good practice" in cosntruction and these are time-tested practises that have yielded good results over time and hence, they become what we call "Rule of thumb".

When will ffk start speaking/behaving like an omoluabi? When you think about the way ffk acts sometimes, you'll want to ask if he is truely a yoruba man. You'll also doubt his age cos adults rarely talk the way he does.

What has OMOLUABI got to do with the issue on ground, ethnicity has really damage your thought process, a 10 year old boy was hit and killed by a stray bullet and someone comes out to condemn the act you then come here and talk OMOLUABI, if it's a Yoruba boy that such happened to. I believe if given the opportunity you will say more trash than FFK.
