Billyonaire: I seem not to understand you. The level of mistakes in your typing makes my stomach turn. Please summarize it and let me look at it again. So if it is not his fathers money, he should not talk? These people are rogues parading as bizmen. They make it impossible for genuine people to access fund. Evil flourish when men of conscience keep mute. |
bigtt76: Enough said ....I wonder what goes on in the mind of those supporting the action. Yes the riders are rough and a nuisance but then they do not constitute any more nuisance than they would toting a gun, axe or sledge hammer lying in wait for the rich on 3MB.Laws are to be obeyed. |
Ganys: I JUST READ THIS ON HIS FB PROFILEThis is no apology. Tee Mac is robbing the insult in. Forget the last sentence. What an intelligent man. |
quiverfull: The truth is simple. Pastor Bakare is not in the mould of those pastors who are wining and dining with the crooks in power. This in itself affords him the right to speak truth to power. And if anybody will be sincere, this man speaks the truth as he sees it no matter whose ox is goad. When Turai hijacked power in her husband's last days, Jonathan was too scared to do anything, and the National Assembly was going round in circles, this man convened the Save Nigeria Group with other like minded activists and marched the streets of Abuja and Lagos. This forced the NA to declare the "Doctrine of Necessity" whatever that means. And he said it then that he didn't march the streets for Jonathan, but for the truth (in this case our constitution) to prevail. And when the same Jonathan began to tow the path of his corrupt fathers, Bakare went in company of others like Yinka Odumakin to Abuja to warn him. When they were leaving, Jonathan offered them $50,000 USD (Jonathan is yet to deny this), but they summarily refused. And before they arrived in Lagos, the news was leaked to the press. This was when trouble started. The grouse some people have is that he shouldn't have gone into politics, but then how do you effect the changes you want from the outside when those in power are not listening? He simply communicated to Nigerians that he was willing to lead by example...that he wasn't an arm chair critic. How are you sure he has not gone to Akure? This is hiding under the name of Jesus to do political campaign. Mimiko better wins or the man will lose all his members. |
Don't be stupiid in church you don't write your name on tithes. Tithes usually come with envelop and go into tithe box. Rev's don't know who and who pay their tithes, when it's time for tithes members who want to pay their tithe will move to the alter and pay tithes they don't hand it over to the priest hand to hand.
Are you serious? #30million in a tithe box? #30million in an envelope/ How big is that envelope? How do you carry #30million to the alter without raising curious eyes? Now, who says you do not pay tithes to Revs in their rooms? I am a Christian, but I think govt. should have a look at how churches are being run. The other day, a junior clerk in one of the A list hotel between Anthony and Ikeja stole money to pay tithe to a church that sounds like where you collect visa. We didn't hear anymore of it. |
Foxybone: Your no cannot surpass my NOYou guys are "mad" You gave me a big laugh. May be this will tell the man not to waste his money. We are seven in my family. He wont get a vote. |

alaoeri: Photoshop ni kini, na everything be photoshop abeg shine your eye, this actually happened yesterday where michelle obama delivered a speech & clinton was there to show his support for obama's second term.Correction. This actually happened immediately after Clinton delivered his speech. After bowing he was embraced by Obama and the two of them left the stage together. Obama was there to give respect to his former boss and the former boss reciprocated with a bow. That is humility. Yet some guys here were running their months when Tinubu bowed to Buhari |

From the way the guy looked so unruffled in the picture I Knew we have not heard the last on him. While the two sons of dog had already condemned themselves, I knew he was clean It got me wonder. While the sons of bitches were not hand cuffed, the pharmacist was chained. Nigeria Police! The guy could be charged with dereliction of duty not murder not even manslaughter. Now this. Let nobody crucify the pharmacist. If all who break this law of only selling on prescription are sanctioned, all Nigeria pharmacist will be behind bars, and thousands will die daily. There is no patent medicine store in this land where they do not sell drugs outside their license and yet they fill the villages. There ere are more quack doctors in Nigeria than qualified ones. One lives less than a kilometer to me here. Yes, they are not qualified to practice but the certificated doctors cannot deny the fact that they help. Get a lawyer and keep on the media pressure. Your friend will be off. My mind tells me he is innocent. |
This president has shot himself in the foot again. I can bet he buckled under pressure of the economic leeches Who do not want their power revolution to succeed. Where has he suddenly gotten the spine? This guy has told you of his interest in this companies weeks ago. The best is to ask him to either resign or ask his company to withdraw. To have treated him this way if treacherous. Now their best man is gone. what will they do now? Light as gone, darkness is inevitable. |
@ Poster Damn the errors. You have the talent to write a marvelous fiction novel. Do not relent. You will get there. Good piece. |
Guys, how do you change to this new plan. Text what to what? |
Good job mate. how I wish those in Abuja are as creative and imaginative. |
Posters comments have taken this thread to 4 pages. And the site is better for it in terms of traffic and time spent. At times, I think Seun sacrifices quality for commerce. Best thing to do when you see a worthless post in the front page is to ignore it. |
jp philips: if they said a VC or someone in the educational sector i may believe by 20%.I want to be educated. I know banks do not allow a couple in the same set up. Is there a law that says father and daughter can not work in the same parastatal? . |
doggskull: b]Yes, I am old. Intelligent discussion has nothing to do with age. The internet is for all. If people of my age in your clan are not internet literate, it is not my fault Graduates of your generation do not know the difference between the past tense of teach and think. In your generation, we have Bankole, we have Lawan, we have Otedola, we have Iyabo Obasanjo, we have Ibori, we have Fayose and all the Yahoo Yahoo boys. You are worse than the earlier generation. What of the legion of you defending the indefensible for pecuniary interest. You want to reap where you didn't plant. In our days you would enter UK without a Visa, your generation stopped that. People like you [i]"Sako igo ti o loti ninu"[/i Empty beer bottle. Worthless |
jp philips: if they said a VC or someone in the educational sector i may believe by 20%.You may be right. But that does not mean there are no straight guys in Nigeria even in NNPC. |
No I disagree with most posters. There are still Nigerians who do not bend the rules. I have a deputy VC uncle whose second son wrote JAMB thrice before he got admitted to course of choice. When I asked him to help a son who didn't meet the cut off point, he refused and gave him money and asked him to buckle up and rewrite his JAMB. My son did just that and today he is a chartered Accountant. Yes, some Nigerians are still straight. |
God, please let this fine boy return home unharmed(amen) |
This "boy" will become president |
4. antitpiah: Quote PostYou are right and wrong. Let their members pay their dues to them in their offices.
The levies are not taxes, they are union dues. There is a difference. NURTW like every other union in the state/federation is allowed to collect union dues from their members, no? It is a sort of membership fee, totally different from tax. The membership dues are used to fund the various activities which the union engages in. There are other unions in Nigeria doing exactly what NURTW does. If Fashola wants to ban the NURTW, fine, but, then he has to extend the same arbitrariness to other unions like NUJ, NUT, NLC, NUPENG etc. Lets just ban all unions all together, so the govt can phuck us all in the a/s/s/.[quote There are transport unions in Europe and very powerful at that. Let them go there and learn. They should get off the roads and stop being nuisance to people. |
They went to stash Dollars away. Neither Trinidad and Tobago nor Jamaica has anything to offer Nigeria |
Re: GEJ's Racist Comment In Trinidad And Tobago by karl max: 12:44am if GEJ is racist then what would u call great minds like malcom x, martin luther king jr and our very own FELA that the world celebrates as an AFRICAN ICON. ebi like say na una paymasters don give una new assignment

Those are activists, not presidents. I say it again. There is nothing presidential about this president. |
My son says Sanusi has a personal axe to grind with Akingbola and he has interest in Access bank. I now believe him. We now have a judgement against Akingbola, who are they? Sanusi is not FG Feudal slip. |
