cool

If their decission in far away kano doesnt affect my dear southwest, i will watch this as a spectator, its season of Opreation Mind your Bloody Region, and thats the principle of true federalism.
decisions taken about governance in the North can affect you in the south and the boko haram example is one of them: kids are not sent to school in the north and are radicalized by Islamic extremist preachers, now they bear arms and carry out insurgency against their people, Nigeria government comes in and send soldiers to quell the insurgency, money to be shared by federating States including yours are used to fight the insurgents and your brother is one of the soldiers fighting the terrorists and eventually pay the supreme price in a war caused by misgovernance in a faraway state

What I remember about Peter Fregene is the 1986 Afcon in Libya when he parried an harmless corner kick into his own net in a match Nigeria lost to Zambia 3 nil.
Wishing him a speedy recovery though.
Travel › Re: FAAN Withdraws Services From Gombe, Kebbi Airports Over N800m Debt by gabbasin(m): 10:23am On May 05, 2019
Some states in the federation are building airports that are not viable and not benefital to the generality of the people but to only the governor and tiny few bourgeoise who fly private jets, now the tax payers in those States will pay for these FAAN charges on airports that are drains in the purse of the states

where is the 'overwhelming' evidence. We've been fed with lies since time immemorial and the lies will still be spread till eternity.
Health › Re: The Need For Birth Control by gabbasin(m): 8:23am On Apr 18, 2019
CaptainMitch:
Birth control is Haram in Islam, I hope Northern leaders will have sense and ensure that our geometric population growth is checked, no wonder we have poverty and terrorism ravaging them, that's why the majority of illiterates could foist the worst person ever as our president.
birth control is forbidden to the Catholics too, it is not only the northeners that need birth control but evey family in Nigeria, my elder brother had 6 kids and died to leave the wife the burden of taking care of the children and the wife is putting pressure on her husband's siblings to assist in raising the kids. Now I have to assist, putting pressure on my own finances and this is the way these things affect all of us, our relatives, friends and neighbours should be advised on the need for a small family so that we too could be spared the responsibility of being called upon to support a struggling family that can't feed itself.

Auxtin85:
China is the most populous country in the world, the entire Africa runs to them for loan, can Nigeria even lend Benin Republic N10,000?

It has nothing to do with increase in population it’s is just a failed government.
it has a lot to do with population, there was a time when China has to introduce one child policy to arrest spiralling population growth, can you bring up 6 children in this poverty stricken economy to watch them suffer. If economy is not growing population too shouldn't, even countries that are wealthy are not growing their populations as fast as ours
Crime › Re: Immigration Officials Exposed Demanding Bribes For Passport In PHC (vid) by gabbasin(m): 7:19am On Apr 06, 2019
Take a look at yourself in the mirror and make s change. We all are same, let anyone of us here get a job as an immigration officer and posted to a passport office instead of him or her to condemn his or her colleagues it is to tow the line because of the extra cash to be made, we don't want to make a difference and we all want a better country.

Politics › Re: Atiku Far Better Than Buhari, Obasanjo Insists by gabbasin(m): 9:21pm On Apr 01, 2019
See who is talking, the number 1 hypocrite here is Obasanjo himself, you abandon and tore the membership card of the party that gave u the ticket to the presidency because you don't like the presidential candidate. And talking about greed, he use his office as President to coerce state governors and big companies to donate to his personal venture, the Obasanjo library housing an hotel and other hospitality buildings on an expanse of land in Abeokuta, giving himself license for a private university while still in office and source of the funding of the school unknown except for the moribund Obasanjo farms in Otta that has collapsed and he is able to revive it after he assumed office as President using his influence to cow big customers to patronise the farm's produce. His 8 years is nothing different than the succeeding years, selfish, greedy, corrupt: both morally and financial, holier than thou regime
Crime › Re: Seun Shoyebo's Wife: Owner Of Killer Truck Mocked Me With N250K by gabbasin(m): 7:28pm On Apr 01, 2019
People should be advised to be extra vigilant when driving on our roads most especially at night, over speeding, not concentrating, under the influence and other distractions are major cause of accidents. Running into an abandoned vehicle on our roads is common and drivers running into them will have themselves to blame because they faill the defensive driving test

Baawaa:
Is left for the Governor to sign his death warrant, the case is fast because it has to do with one of them, assuming it was their son that killed nobody's daughter the case will be delay till we won't hear anything again
this reminds me of the murder case involving the daughter of a bank MD who stabbed her husband to death in Abuja, with so many SANs lined up to defend her, I don't think the case will come to conclusion in 5 years. The wheel of justice is fast to catch up with the poor but when the rich is on trial justice takes eternity to come

Crime › Re: 61-year-old Man Arrested For Armed Robbery In Lagos by gabbasin(m): 12:18pm On Mar 13, 2019
This must be a shoddy investigation by the police, so no other member of the gang were arraigned along with the man, I don't think the police have strong evidence to link the man with the robbery other than being found with the sim card of the victim and I tend to believe the man story of picking the sim on the ground. Most people are still ignorant of the implications of picking up a sim and activating it.

Either Buhari or Atiku, in the next 4 years life will be more difficult than we are experiencing now. Nigerians brace up and put your destiny in your own hands, don't believe in empty promises by our politicians. They will paint to us pictures of paradise but all are deceits to cajole us in electing them and when they are sworn in, it will be corruption galore, lies, excuses and living like emperors. They will loot more notwithstanding our lean purse and after 4 years they stash away their loots and poorer we become. All politicians are thieves, no exception. Shouting APC or PDP up.and down has no benefit to us, we will just validate their licence to embezzlement

Politics › Re: Nnamdi Kanu Insists Atiku Is From Cameroon, Reveals More Details (Pics) by gabbasin(m): 10:12pm On Feb 03, 2019
KANU knows what he is doing, after the February election which Atiku will lose, the Igbos will be embittered that they will need somebody to shake off the defeat from their psyche, then KANU will use the opportunity to relaunch his Biafra agenda and once again it will be another chance to vent their frustrations on the 'zoo' and Buhari. Kanu will tell the IBO's that he has foretold the future of the IBO's not being allowed to rule Nigeria hence the manipulation of the election to the disadvantage of Atiku which would have made Obi the next ln line to the presidency. KANU is good in manipulations and propaganda
