maybe for tony elumelu's business empire but for ordinary Nigerians the worst days are not here yet because right now are the bad days |
if this policy can be implemented wholeheartedly, it will be the best policy ever aim at reversing/reducing the poverty level in this country, and if we are really serious about reducing the trend of poverty it has to be one woman one child policy. anybody with more than one baby at a birth? na im luck |
the accident that happened within mowe axis this morning claims only nine lives, I don't know where the op got her figure of 18, and it involved a luxurious bus and a truck. |
hucienda:what you guys don't understand is that as Lagos has limited land to accommodate housing expansion, more Lagosians are now living in neighboring Ogun state while working in Lagos and census is conducted during work free days ordered by govt. while Lagos population expands during the day, it shrinks at night as some workers and traders live in Ogun state there by swelling Ogun's population as well, the rate at which Ogun population is growing now, it will overtake Lagos in few years to come. Kano has the land to accommodate swelling population but Lagos don't so Ogun benefit from the spillover. the 2006 census is correct |
maybe the commentator had Wilfred Agbonavbare in mind but mentioned Rufai |
kodded:ganduje's case will have to be investigated and if found culpable, the investigating authorities have to approach the kano house of assembly for impeachment proceedings so as to remove him as governor, effectively his immunity quashed and criminal proceedings against him will commence in the law court |
akuko: story (news) in Igbo. cock in Yoruba |
oka: corn in Igbo. corn or corn flower (tuwo) in Yoruba |
bender79:ethnicity will always becloud our judgements because it is a tool being used to divide us and we always fall for it, we can't be objective enough because tribalism is our opium, now we hardly bash the 'foolanis' and Nigeria is no more a zoo, because Fulani votes are needed now and the prince from the east is may likely be second in line to the throne |
because there is a very high tendency that an afonja babalawo will upgrade to a skull miner. So they have to be stopped at their root. I don't know what afonja has got to do with this, we have babalawos and dibias everywhere |
richidinho:even Nigeria with the largest people living in poverty still have some pockets of rich people, why do we always look at things from the political prisms, have you been to the hinterland in rivers state? places like the creeks and so on, so you can see prevalence of poverty and it is like this across Nigeria, rivers state may be relatively 'rich' but the wealth may be concentrated in the hands of the ruling clique and their cronies |
I watch the scene on the TV, the coach was overjoyed and over emotional, I feared for him after slumping and be tried to be resuscitated |
so one can't be babalawo in peace but one can be Alfa and prophet deceiving gullible believers. Babalawos, Alfas and prophets or pastors all are fraudulent people and only the gullible ones are their followers |
one thing I like about this travel ban is that it will compel all the suspects in the corruption case to face their trials instead of frustrating proceedings in connivance with their lawyers. If you want your liberty, face the charges against you and prove your innocence in court, don't frustrate your trial by using delay tactics and needless ex parte |
JoanHicks:a life was lost in the accident, a woman being chauffeur driven was in the car when the container fell as the car was parked and being examined by the driver. |
so timi frank knows those who steal Nigeria blind, can you fault the list? is any of the people listed on Timi's list not corrupt? |
nothing wey persin no go see for this obodo Nigeria |
I thought he has stopped crying, hope he is no more in pain |
rottenPussy:go siddon, Nigeria has nothing to threaten Ghana with, Ghana is now an oil producer, Nigeria is not giving Ghana any aid package. If we are good economically would you have seen our people trooping to Ghana to engage in petty trading? Those days Ghanaians are the ones rushing us but now it is vice versa |
A Red Star official allegedly placed a bet of almost 5m euros (£4.3m) for the Serbian club to lose by five goals, reported French newspaper L'Equipe. This is realistic enough. A club that has the forward line of Mbappe , Neymar, Cavani etc playing against Red star can score as many as 8 goals in a match on a good day. It was just the payday for the 4.3 Million Euro bet for the man, nothing was staged here. We know a staged game if we see one! Enjoy your winnings man! Bookmakers, count it as one of your bad day! Next!!
you are right dude, I always place bets against Nigeria in the world cup because I know we don't have a formidable team that stand the best. And it is a win win situation for me, Nigeria wins I am happy and if lost I win the bet. The man knew his club don't have what it takes to give PSG a stiff competition hence the bet. Nothing was fixed |
cogbuagu:no matter which side the pendulum swings in 2019, by 2023 we will still be in deep shit. With the caliber of politicians in the corridors of power, Nigeria is irredeemable. |
atiku will only be president over obasanjo's dead body. |
sometimes we mistaken destitution for madness |
my take is: if PDP have been the party caught in this deadline mess, what would have been their reaction? You will hear statements like ' Inec has colluded with APC to deny PDP from participating in Zamfara elections' 'We call on America to call Buhari to order' 'Our democracy in danger' 'Inec is an appendage of APC'. But now it is ok, but truly it is ok because APC fails to comply with the law and Inec rightly comply with the provisions of the electoral law as no party should be above the law |
Temptee101:dey there dey dream, who one rescue Nigeria? Our lamentation will continue till eternity whichever side wins the polls. From the kind of politicians we have and the kind of people we are our rescue is still centuries away and mind you worst days are still ahead. I am no prophet of doom but I am stating the reality |
Tambuwal 693
Saraki 317
Atiku 330....... still counting |
someone that kidnapped you had earlier transferred 2k into your account, now you are lamenting instead of revealing his name to help police apprehend him. I smell a cook up story |
from this analysis the battle will be between saraki and tambuwal |
and the rest dey feed from olosho business |
