Okorocha may not be perfect but he tried for Imo State.
I have been there over 5 times in the last 4 months. I can tell you he improved Imo

Of course he stepped on toes and didn't listen to Godfathers.

Ihedioha should stop being childish and start work.
He complains about everything from residence to Handover note.
What are you even talking about, that Ihedioha is being childish for asking for a document on the state of affairs of the state to be handed over to him, do you guys even reason before you comment or the other way round.

The judiciary has become lawless that is why I don't blame Buhari for disrespecting some of their judgements. Why should an FCT court make this illegal order far away from Bauchi when there is an election petition tribunal set up for these things? Should an FCT high court even dabble into any matter outside its jurisdiction(FCT) at all? The NJC should sit up. This lawlessness of the judiciary is getting out of control.
Will you keep quiet, you think you know more than the judge that accepted the case you or the registrar that assigned the case.

newsynews:
Davido has put party differences aside to remember a late friend by performing at the inauguration ceremony of an APC governor, Dapo Abiodun.

Dapo Abiodun who was sworn-in as the new governor of Ogun State is the father of Davido’s late friend DJ Olu who died mysteriously two years ago.

Davido, a staunch supporter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, whom many have rumored to be a card carrying member, decided to put aside political differences to honor the father of his late friend DJ Olu.

The singer was on ground yesterday to perform at the inauguration ceremony of the new governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun.

Politics › Re: Biliaminu Mustapha: Ambode’s Four Years Better Than Tinubu’s Eight Years by gare(f): 1:26pm On May 29, 2019

Temidayo Akinsuyi

Lagos – Alhaji Biliaminu Mustapha, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Epe area of Lagos, has described Governor Akinwunmi Ambode as one of the best governors Nigeria has ever produced.

Speaking with Daily Independent, Mustapha said Ambode’s Four years in charge of governance in Lagos was an eventful one as he achieved what some state governors couldn’t achieve in eight years.

Specifically, he said Ambode’s four years was better than the eight years spent by Asiwaju Bola Tinubu from 1999 to 2007 in terms of infrastructure, reduction in crime rate as well as other key sectors.

“I think the governor should not have any regret about not getting a second term because he has achieved a lot during his four years reign. As Muslims, we believe nothing can happen without Allah’s permission. Maybe Allah wants Ambode to serve just for one term and he just used the leaders who opposed him as the instrument to make that happen”.

“Ambode did a lot in just four years things many governors couldn’t do in eight years. To me, I think his four years as governor is better than Tinubu’s eight years in terms of revenue generation, Infrastructure and reduction of crime rate across the state”.

“Like Fashola, he will be useful to President Muhammadu Buhari at the national level,” he said.

Bolustical:
Now that things went PDP's ways

a) Democracy isn't in danger

b) Judiciary is no longer controlled by the Buhari

c) Justice Mohammed Tanko is no longer a puppet to the Presidency.

d) Judiciary is the hope of the common man.

But when things go sour, the aforementioned becomes non-existent.

To believe that a judiciary that gave negative judgment that led to the losses of APC in Rivers and Zamfara states is controlled by Buhari is nothing but foolishness.

I just hope we believe in our institutions for once and that their decisions may not always favour our parties.
we all knew the outcome of this, it was just mere academic, the day INEC wrote APC about not conduting primaries that was the day it all ended for APC in ZAmfara state, they felt they could use their impunity in having their way, and this serves as a lesson to all that they should always allow the wishes of the majority to prevail, we seen that one man trying to have his way is no longer working, look at Rivers state, Imo and now Zamfara.

I think God cursed Nigeria with bad leaders.
Facts need to looked into, Public funds from where, which ministry, which contract, they should be able to link those funds to have come from the government, if not EFCC has lost the case, she has told you it was a gift, which is not out of place, my problem is not PEJ, but EFCC not doing a very good job in the end she will win the case, because EFCC can not link the funds to have come from the government to her.

OfoIgbo:
I am not fooled by this judgement. This is just a ploy by the acting CJN to make himself appear fair, so that he will remain as the CJN and possibly be allowed to sit in judgement on the case that Atiku will eventually bring to the supreme court. This is where he will do his hatchet job of awarding Buhari the legal victory, that will authenticate his presidency.

I hope PDP strategists are deft enough to follow my logic on this. This is just a game plan. Award PDP a state, and give APC the country, while at the same time, making the acting CJN seem straight-forward. Don't fall for this oldest trick in the book
You may be write but you should know that at the Supreme court judgments are not just handed down like that, the party that is able to convince with facts and proof will win and not only the CJN cant not just hand over judgement former CJN still have loyal colleagues you are not happy over the way he was treated and would also want to take their pound of flesh from this government

Tinubu is a strategist. He would eventually step down for Osinbajo. He knows how to play the game and his intelligence is way above the average Nigerian politician.

Real godfathers don’t run executive govt, they stay behind the show. However he has to put out an aura he wants the sit so whoever he steps down for would be loyal to him.

Any govt since 1999, the godfathers or ‘cabals’ are usually not the sitting president. It was only between 2003-2007 that Obasanjo managed to run the show himself using ‘Mr. Fix it’ Anenih and party chairmen.

Presidents are too busy travelling the country and the world.

A real godfather does not sit in Aso Rock.

Tinubu knows this.
Which stratergist, they will not stratergize to take the contry to a better place only planning for thier Pocket, will all this strategy affcet the develpment of the country or thier pockets

This is simply about what is the right aproach or the wrong one. After wike's outburst what changes? Is that the way to file a petition, ? Would the GOC honour his invitation next time? Wont he just ignore him like the SARS comandant did
That is the problem we are having, which approach do you think he should have used ? whatever approach would not be investigated, all Wike wanted to do was to embarrass him, but what I feel here is that the international community may pressure the FGN to investigate the issues since its now in the Open.

WE cannot be shouting when EFCC go after Yahoo boys and PDP politicians while a government official is alleged to be involved in Bunkering, if we all want this country to be good then everyone that is involved in anything shady must be investigated be it APC or PDP.

SARS Commader can never set foot in Government House no matter issues, as long it is still APC at the Center, if the GOC like he should not honor his invitation next time, I wonder why he went after all he did during the election, it was pay back time to Wike to expose him to his face in the presence of everyone.
Politics › Re: Wike Berates Army GOC During Security Briefing In Rivers State (Photos) by gare(f): 4:27am On May 18, 2019
iammo:
First thing first, a state governor dont have the power to summon an army chief, an army chief has a line of opreational command which reports directly to the defense head quaters Abuja. if you are in doubt of this, you can read about Ortom and Tambuwals helplessness when confronted with secuirity challenges and they had intel of an impending attack. Protocol of a meeting with the governor in attendance as a host requires everyone to be on their feet when he enters.
So because he had a reporting line then he should commit such crimes and be allowed to walk, you seem to be moving away from the issues, forget the line of reporting, as far as Rivers State is concerned Wike is bigger than him and he can also take orders from Wike, because he is the CSO of the state, not the GOC.
