My issue with this kind of yansh is that it is artificial. It seems there are many artificial yanshes in that part of the country. Thank goodness the madness has not reached the part my family is based. Alternatively, Southern Africa is always available. BTW, ChiChi was a stripper at Silver Lounge before BBNaija, so nothing surprising. |
Buddha3:Which means she should be in her thirties. |
Akwukalia:If you notice, he did not quote you but quoted the random bloke who claims to be an embassy official. Yet he claims he is intelligent. I won't be surprised his type supports Tinubu and Buhari. |
Regex:They will tell him that the information is online, and if he is not in Abuja or Lagos, that is a total waste of money. Also, one does not need an agent to do anything regarding travel. It is totally unnecessary. Additionally, no security personnel will allow him entry without an invitation. My friend who got a fully-funded scholarship cannot go to the Canadian embassy to ask why it is taking so long for IRCC to respond to his application even after submitting all documents. But one random bloke believes he would be attended to because he wants to know which scholarships are offered by the country. ![]() Last I checked, embassy officials are not unemployed! |
Banilla:You are not intelligent. If you were remotely intelligent, you should have taken the first advice by Tensa20. You don't have to visit an embassy to inquire about available scholarships, it is not done anywhere. During this covid period, you need an invitation to be at an embassy. Even if you get attended to, you will be told to check online for information. EVERYTHING IS ONLINE! Most importantly, undergraduate scholarships are very scarce and uber-competitive. Do you have straight As in WASSCE? Have you written SAT? IB? What are your scores? Have you written IELTS/TOEFL? Again, everything is online. The same bandwidth you used in creating this thread and posting stoopid replies would have been used to do a simple Google search "UK undergraduate scholarships", "scholarships in the US for undergraduate studies for international students" etc. It is so simple. That is what I did recently. I Googled "scholarships for international students in Japan", got to the page, downloaded the PDF and checked one by one for the requirements and announcement dates. I wrote down the ones I qualified for. The following week, I applied to two and got them. That is how you show intelligence, not mentioning the Mod as if you want him to come and beat the respondents. BTW, which secondary school did you finish from? |
Like the men above have stated, you don't need any more kids. If possible, later in the year, start saving so that you undergo vasectomy. The average Nigerian man will begin to indulge in extra-marital affairs once change enter him hand, and in your case, you will stay alone. The next thing we will read is body no be firewoood. So to prevent unwanted pregnancies both at home and abroad, ensure you take measures. |
shegzhkn:I don't know how it connects to the Aryan race, but since white men dominated societies by colonising countries and regions, plundered some wealth by the way and built functioning societies, they became admired and renowned globally. Humans generally admire the features of prosperous people. Through that, the white man gets love and attraction anywhere he goes. He is seen as economically viable for procreation, intelligent and offers stability. So, a South Korean woman would rather stick with a white man since she knows her offspring will have better options than with a black man. The same across all regions. Shey even Ramlot stated it - a black man is seen as a poor person at an initial glance until a conversation is made to distinguish whether he is African American or black African. An African American is viewed differently from a black African, especially when it comes to procreation and stability. Questions arise: if I follow him back home, would I maintain my standard of living over there? Can a Swiss woman afforded all the amenities and living standards maintain her lifestyle if she follows her Nigerian man home? She go fit see work wey go dey like the one she has in Basel? First-generation Nigerians especially the men aren't really the prize as most people think. This might be different in a place like Australia and Canada due to the nature of their immigration policies, but those are exceptions not the norm. |
Bossjakande:Women are largely demisexual, so they see sex differently from men. Also, some of the approaches will be from non-black men who have fetish they want to accomplish by fvcking a black woman. Since there are more black men than black women in the abroad, this induces a scarcity of black women in the abroad, especially outside North America/Western Europe. Also, in the west, remember, you have black women who have been part of the system. So, it won't be easy for an Adenike or Ngozi of yesterday to start competing with a Sharon born and bred in the US/Canada/UK. The Nigerian girl will lose out. In non-black societies, she becomes a fetish - which to her is not good. In return, she sef is not interested in her black African brother because he has nothing to offer in the meantime. Yes, it is hard without money to get a woman in Nigeria, but even with money, it becomes harder to get a woman in the abroad. Your money is nothing to her. The same job you do, she does it. Besides, she is privileged as a citizen making her get the best opportunities you cannot access on a student's visa. You think I can use money to attract a Japanese girl that flocks shopping malls every weekend with money she got from highly paid part-time jobs? Or you think a dude who went to study in Switzerland or Norway can use money to entice the Swiss/Norwegian girl? ![]() I am glad OP created this topic as I wanted doing the same, but lack of experience in western societies held me from doing so. Las las, we go marry ourselves upon the Ndi alfa meil and feminism on social media. |
pocohantas:The average Nigerian man is ugly. That is one hill I will die on. I had a comfortable life in Nigeria. Now, imagine it for people who hustled under sun, rain, inhaled generator fumes, sat in go-slow etc., before they japa'd. It was through pictures of males in that Facebook group that I realised our men are not really handsome. Our women are finer even without make-up. Thank God you attested to the recent folks in the UK. Their face too strong with lots of railway-like marks on them. Without money, those men won't even have partners in Nigeria. The one who got a girlfriend after downloading 24 apps was literally the most handsome. Even the interviewer was not handsome. A lot of re-fining would be needed for at least five years to change the narrative at least facially. Inhaling generator fumes for more 25 years has effects on facial looks. |

Raalsalghul:I recall that post of mine when I met a Gambian lady recently, Man! See yansh and breasts! That was when my hypothesis that if you were born and raised in a black-dominated society for at least 25 years and later relocate to a non-black society, you will always yearn for some features found in that black-dominated society came to fore. This Gambian lady had the features of a typical black African woman. I have met a Jamaican lady, and she did not wow as this Gambian lady did. However, all the black women I have come across had typical features you would expect in a black woman. In fact, at that moment, I forgave Nairaland men who said one of the best things to enjoy in Nigeria as a rich person is the availability of sexual partners. With what I saw, I see why some men plan travelling to parts of sub-Saharan Africa just to fvck. The day I saw a Japanese girl (could have been Korean who knows) at the train station that had bigger than usual boobs, I murmured see breasts! So yes, I forgive them for I did not know what they have gone through. Now, I understand. |
Neddstark:This is how you would get into trouble. You think abroad is Nigeria where you stop women along the road anyhow or walk up to a stranger and ask for number? You even used Saudi Arabia to buttress your post. It is like you don't like yourself. I am not fazed by it because I was used to it while in Nigeria, but what the OP said is true, and it is extreme in societies with very few black people. Even at that, black ladies are not interested in most black guys. If this can happen in the UK, imagine the same in Finland, Norway etc. The black men who might score chicks will be African Americans who by virtue of being American citizens, are seen as top-class men. But for a black African man? ![]() |

siofra:This is something most tend to overlook. The issue is these men have had countless sexual intercourses while in Nigeria, so being in an environment where they cannot replicate or repeat those intercourses gets them hormonally imbalanced. While in Nigeria, I did not involve in sexual intercourse even when I had the opportunity, so being here and getting none does not bother me one bit. Whereas my guy is planning to bring his girlfriend over once he is done with his studies because in his words "kongi wan kill man especially in this winter". To be honest though, if one is used to sex, winter is a terribly bad time if one is not getting a fair dose of it. |
Ednut03:This is true, and it is worse in East Asia. When I met a Gambian who said she dates a Japanese, I was stunned. Even white women have it worse in East and South East Asia as their white brothers are swooned over by Asian females. So you can imagine it for black females. It is why anytime I recall the female Nairalander who chose Hong Kong instead of Canada because Canada is boring, I dey burst laugh. ![]() https://vagabondish.com/female-foreign-japan/ A tale of a white woman who lived in Japan. White men are really privileged. Their grandparents tried for them. |
Ednut03:I stated the same few weeks ago: Gerrard59:So, when they say "Nigerian men are loved in the abroad", I am always curious. The vast majority of Nigerian men are ugly (myself included), and this worsens the situation. I have watched videos from recent japa folks in the UK, with the kind of faces they have, I see why fvck eludes them. Nigerian men are not handsome, people should not be deceived by it. I noticed this in a relationship Facebook group I am a member of - almost the dudes were not good-looking compared to the ladies (even without makeup). |
Nigeria's Harvard! CU can be a good place for diasporans to send their children to get to know Nigeria and the attendant ethnic culture better. |
Braintaf23:Modafcker! Don't mind your business. Keep putting your rotten face into another man's yansh! Cretinous fvcktard! |
ednut1:Thanks for the clarification. Indians choke o Wetin South Koreans dey find for Canada sef? I would really like to know the reasons Australians (1K+) and Americans dey apply for EE. Holiday visas, employment visas and youth exchange visas are programs they benefit from each other. So, why EE? |
From my rudimentary knowledge, oil palm and cashew are the most profitable only if you utilise the entire value chain. That is where the money comes from. Oil palm has many derivatives, just like crude oil, that are in high demand globally (look towards export). In fact, I dare say cassava has greater potential than cocoa. In the end, focus on the numbers and how you can process them. The processing is where the money is not just the harvested crops. |
Ednut1, Are participants measured by their country of residence (where they applied from) or actual nationality (the passport they possess)? For instance, a Nigerian based in the UK who applied, is he counted under the Nigerian stat or UK? |
Another topic and moniker created by the mods to stir up heated discussions. |
LastProphet:I like your honesty. Your last statement should be your pragmatism going forward. Expecting native Brits to imbibe Nigerian culture does not make sense. Anyone who is interested in his cultural practice should develop his environment so that he can practice those cultural rites/events without being obstructed. If you are in Rome, do as the Romans. |
Jogs1900:One major reason I predict Tinubu will win the elections...northern governors are his backers and will do everything possible so that he wins. If Atiku wins, it is expected power returns to the south, and by then, these present governors would have gotten far older and be kept out of the political system. Why focus on the north? According to census and INEC data, it is the country's most populous region. Come 2023, Tinubu will be Nigeria's president. |
LastProphet:LOL! I actually live in a place with very few blacks, but you will never see me create such a thread because I understand how different societies work and humans behave. Anyone who does not like it should go back to Nigeria. There was no law stipulating Nigerians relocate to the abroad. |
lexy2014:Don't mind the bloody hypocrites! Tell them to work hard to make Nigeria a functioning place so that they can shout, travel to far-flung places without being waylaid and drink shayo amidst prosperity and security, mbanu. Move to a new place and start craving the Nigerian experience only to dissuade others from moving. |
Magnoliaa:Wow! You can imagine the cognitive dissonance. This is the reason being properly educated and exposed is very good. Regardless of gender, those who are poor envy their financially successful counterparts. It is part of human life. Unlike physics, where unlike pairs attract and life pairs repel. In biology, like attracts like. It is even seen across racial/ethnic groups. A rich white man will feel comfortable around a rich black man, or Yoruba elites and Igbo elites mingle together than doing so with their kinsmen. So when educated and well-off women gravitate towards men of the same income and education status, they are doing what humans across all spheres have been doing for donkey years. |
fasa199:OP, this is true. The other option of dating and marrying a Russian is also there. Although, it won't be easy compared to Moscow or St-Petersburg. A hypothesis I have is that as Russia has been blacklisted by many western countries, enlightened Russians esp women will develop affection for black Africans since quite a number of African countries did not publicly lampoon Russia. Also, check out churches within the region and participate. That way, you meet people who will have some sympathy for you, considering the region. Next time, please always factor in the economics and immigration laws before choosing to relocate to a country. If anyone is to study in Russia, do so in either Moscow or St. Petersburg, and please target the top institutions so that they can aid in job hunting (e dey help in taking you to the door). |
Ted4real:She is a single mom with two children. These children's school fees have to be paid one way or the other. ![]() |
justwise:He was correct in saying that if others who malign Nigeria (based on the screenshot) are not condemned in the same manner he gets when criticising homeownership via mortgages, then it is hypocritical. justwise:That is my issue with him and his colleagues. The constant opening of threads against relocation is tiring. |
