You can delete the ms office folder and try re-installing.
the folder is useless anyway since you cant activate or use office apps.

What kind of beep does it give just before the error?
Does it give a short beep or a slightly long beep?
If its the former then it could be the m\board (issues with heating where the cpu or system fan has stopped)
If its the latter then its the memory cards in which case you need to change them (take them out and put them back then try again before changing).

it is also crucial to remove the peripherals (like mouse, keyboard, soundcards if you have any) one after the other and
restart the pc each time to see at what point the error stops.
