I bought myself a couple of suits just a week before it was announced in my organisation that analysts in the IT dept don't necessarily need to be on corporate dressing but business casual cry
I went on a vacation earlier this year, where I bought two dozens of colognes in the hopes of selling to colleagues back in the homeland. My 'business-mogul dream' was cut short when a senior colleague, who also travelled came with perfumes of better quality and shared them to everyone including the 'business-mogul himself' for free huh

EducationRe: Narrate The Most Dangerous Thing You Did In Secondary School by IceColdVeins(m): 12:55pm On Mar 12, 2020
Obviously your school dey learn.....Ask boys about FGC ikirun
Sheuns:
Back then in IJ FGC Lagos, we used to scale fence at the back of JS1 hostel.
There was this night there was massive scaling. What we scaled mostly to do was buy bread, egg and noodles from one Mai Shai at Iyana Era.

This very night was my first time scaling, a friend asked me to help him get noodles and eggs on my way back. On getting there, I met quite a number of my colleagues waiting and eating already, we ignored each other sha, to avoid suspicion from people that we’re students. I sha waited till it was my turn, it was already very late when my turn reached, every other student had left, leaving just me and another friend that we went together, we bought our stuff and those of my friend in school.

Around 11:30 we left the Mai Shai to go back, my mind wan cut, what if dem catch us? I sha do strong mind dey bounce dey go on a lonely dark street. As we approached the point of entry (fence) I noticed broken bottles scattered on the ground and some slippers, I looked back and around; wetin happen for here, these things weren’t here before na. What that meant was Obtainers don chase guys o, Obatainers! Ah! If dem catch me lasan na gbege o.
Obtainers was a term we used to refer to local louts then (area boys), they can spot a student easily. We hastened our steps and got to the point, sharply in two steps I reached the top of the fence and jumped back in, i landed awkwardly and sprained my ankle, omo it’s better to break leg than get caught and expelled.

On entering we saw flashlights pointing towards our direction, we dodged in a nearby bush. When the coast was clear we went to our hostels; as we reach my friends were surprised to see me, I was like; “wetin happen”, they replied: “dem no catch you, they talk say dem don catch u na”, I said who, they replied “Obtainers “. I told them I saw signs of scuffles but I didn’t see any Obtainers. They made me realize that they chased some students and even caught some, some fought back but were overpowered.

That was my first but not my last. Boarding school was fun mhen. I enjoyed it wella.

Never tried hard to get noticed....I am the type that hates to like you, I either frown or keep a straight face whenever I run into someone I admire(I have my reasons grin)
Girls show the greenlight instead......with their ever fixating stares and sporadic unneccessary questions. They can try forcing a greeting on you just to get noticed(I'm the dracula of all snubs), sometimes they play 'the princess in distress'.

RomanceRe: 5 Problems Every Handsome Boy Passes Through In Life by IceColdVeins(m): 10:58am On Feb 28, 2020
chronique:
Sometimes, they end up with average looking girls cos the very pretty ones run away from them for fear of being jilted. Most handsome guys don't really date the prettiest girls cos for both of them, their looks is a curse to them. They tend to form for each other and eventually don't end up with lasting relationships cos they both see themselves as too hot to bend backwards for the other. Ugly looking men usually have more confidence to approach the prettiest girls cos they have nothing to lose. A fine boy might not approach a very pretty lady cos he doesn't want his ego stroked if she says no.
Bro you just put up here, the story of my life

Bro you must be a movie producer, you evn showed model pictures
Professorcplus:
Mine has reduced but let me share a recent experience with you. One evening before I went to bed, I decided to wash my dirty white singlet and hung it above the shower rail in the bathroom. I usually switch off the light before sleeping but this time I could detect if the light switch was turned on or off because NEPA refused to do the needful. Out of fatigue, I left the bathroom door open and went to bed which is opposite to the door but extreme end of the room.

I don't know how long I have slept, but suddenly felt a cold breeze with eolian sound. I opened my eyes but couldn't move all I could see was a very bright blue cloud with an angel carrying a sliver trumpet. I forced myself to fly up but I couldn't. RAPTURE is here. I was still in fear of making heaven when I finally gained conscious.

Haa. NEPA is at work again. OX standing fan rotating at its highest speed; the white light in the bathroom illuminating the terracotta bathroom blue tiles on the wall and the singlet looks like an angel with the shower hose head looking like trumpet. I realized it wasn't RAPTURE after all just some sleeping paralysis grin

Well about mine. I saw a Jesus like figure talking to me and telling me to repent, out of fear I tried moving from my bed but this unknown force held me down for some seconds. When I was finally able to move i noticed I had tears in my eyes. This happened even before I knew of the term sleep paralysis. I always told my friends I saw Jesus back then. If it was sleep paralysis or Jesus I can’t even tell

HealthShare Your Sleep Paralysis Experience Here. by IceColdVeins(op): 6:02pm On Feb 21, 2020
Medicalnewstoday.com defined sleep paralysis as a feeling of being unable to move, either at the onset of sleep or upon awakening. The individual's senses and awareness are intact, but they may feel as if there is pressure on them, or as if they are choking. It may be accompanied by hallucinations and intense fear.

In Icecoldvein's opinion, sleep paralysis has a plethora of arguments surrounding it. Researchers uphold various scientific hypothesis that represent sleep paralysis as a biological phenomenal, some even insisted that it only happens when your brain wakes up a few seconds before the peripheral nervous complex (the neurons in your body parts), which in turn triggers slow responses to the brain's information by body parts. On the other hand, Spiritualists maintained the notion that sleep paralysis is designed by demons and can only be remedied spiritually.

I used to have sleep paralysis a lot until it stopped, when I embraced some spiritual antidotes.

Below is still the scariest sleep paralysis experience that I ever had......

I heard my ex's voice yell a threat at me, I was scared and tried to get up, realised I was six fts below ground level with a shiny grave moulded untop of me. And suddenly, the skies changed from it's astonishing high resolution filters to the dreadful black and white effect, as it coughed a heavy thunder down my grave....My mummied body immediately knew it was in for it......I tried fleeing from the horrifying dream, never knew a worse comeuppance awaited me. I was thrown into a solid 40 seconds of sleep paralysis.... before I opened my eyes, hissed and mumbled 'Una papa. I don wake up'

Dear NL,
What are your experiences and beliefs about sleep paralysis ? Your inputs may put some people experiencing it at ease.

Kindly share!!
