So are you saying she should be grateful for whatever she gets and allow herself be ripped off or what?

I know she isnt a professional model, but her case isnt one for professionalism. What sells her is her story and nothing else. Becoming a professional is a whole nother matter entirely.

All I am saying is that her handlers should atleast ensure that she is getting a very fair portion of whatever monies that are coming her way.

I remember how my agent fhucked me over on my first job all because I was naive.
She's not been ripped off. It's all a question of context. All the benefits she has had compare to what she was before and her having to do almost nothing to get all that she has now. You can't compare to people who's vision and passion and training and hustle is modelling and they arte now about to hit it big at last after years of hardwork and dedication. She is obviously getting a fair portion. She now has staff even. Again, she's arguably Nigeria's most popular model, she can't ask for more presently.

Excuse me.. Compare his deeds with that of the globetrotter in chief?

Buhari cannot even dare cut the cost of his inauguration talkless cut the costs of anything in his itinerary..

Don't be surprised that in aso villa... Common bic biro sells for 1k if not more before the dollar debacle... Now e spose dey cost like 3k for insyd budget..

It's not so much bout how beautiful a house looks... Wat really matters is the foundation that led to the house that was built..

The globetrotter in chief promised the heavens almost a year ago.. Tell me of all wat he promised... How many has he achieved..?
Buhari wasn't the one who organised his inauguration. Nonetheless, his spendings have been less than the previous governments so that is some form of cutting costs. Independence day celebrations, people visiting him and leaving with lots of money, halving his salary and that of his VP, cutting delegates that follow him up and down in travels and convoys. Even the much abused budget is lower in expenditure costs than the previous budgets.

Young, vibrant, dynamic with sense of service for the greater good of the country, Bubu has non of these! You need the oracle to tell that he too old to handle the responsibilities that comes with the office of the president. Aside that the folks that surround him have one question mark or the other hanging over their integrity cool
You don't have to be young to serve your country. Vibrant and dynamic is what Buhari is, compared all our past leaders. He has been daily active and moving, having high level meetings and being brought to speed with national and international matters. He's done a pretty good job so far in being up and doing. Many so called young people will have broken down and not be able to cope with his itinery and tasks. It is only angels that don't have question marks. Even they have question marks.

Yeah!! Its all well and Good.

Asking for more may be seen as greedy, but look at it from the aspect of how much is she actually making.

After all the glits and glamour, is she earning whats due to her?

These deals come with the transportation, accommodation and all that. But what about the cold physical cash.

All I am saying is that I hope her handler are not screwing her over.. The Girl is not smart in things like this and can be easily fleeced.

Remember how Tuface was being flown abroad, housed in fancy hotels, was given one of the old SUV's of Keke or D1, given spending money, studio time and all that by Kennis Music when he first left Plantashun Boys, but yet Kennis was making a killing off of him that paled in contrast to the peanuts they were feeding him.
She's not a professional model, neither does she have any 'talent'. She has just being enrolled into model school by her handlers and other training she requires. She should not be greedy as you've said, at least for now. For God's sake, she's arguably Nigeria's most popular model.

March 2 Genesis 1:29
God's gifts to men.

Gen 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

The Bible is likened to our Manufacturers manual. It is the book that contains information and instruction on how best man should operate and be operated. When you use an expensive device by trial and error method, you are likely to damage it or not optimally enjoy it. Man is more expensive and more precious than any device or equipment. We achieve optimal result when we live our lives based on information and instruction from the Word of God. The Bible contains the Word of God.
Today, God reminds us that we should see, Behold, every herb and every tree is a gift from Him to us. There are millions of species of trees and herbs, and in the thousands of years that the human race has been on earth, we have yet to make the most use of God's gifts to us. God cares for us. He provides for our spiritual and physical needs.
So many people limit God to the spiritual. They believe and think that anything that is not spiritual doesn't concern God, that it is not His realm or business. But God made all things. God wishes that we should have good health. Our feeding and health are primary concerns for God. He made provisions for them before we got here, from the beginning.
The solutions to all our sicknesses and diseases remain untapped and undiscovered, right inside the gifts of herbs, trees and fruits given to us by God. The Lord God made them all. Yes, of course, He gave us His Son and His blood too.
The pharmaceutical industry is said to be worth about $300 billion annually. This is WHO's estimate of how much they make from the gift of God every year. Children of God can have it cheaper. Children of God should eat good food, balanced diet and vitamin rich fruits to help their body system stay fresh, nourished and healthy. The Word of God remains settled in Heaven.

One man doesn't run things anyhow here. Our press and masses also have more freedom than theirs. We have greater economic problems than they do. And we have a different goal from them.

As a minister in the Federal Cabinet of Nigeria signing a bilateral agreement on behalf of Nigeria in Qatar, tradition demands that She(Kemi Adeosun) is accorded the same respect as the President as her presence carries as much authority with the President.

Under no circumstances should a person of her capacity be subjected to conform to the cultural/religious practice of the host country.

Kemi Adeosun is a Nigerian Minister visiting Qatar, she is a foreigner, therefore she is not bound by Qatari laws or culture which can't be enforced on her.

It is utmost disrespect for her person and Nigeria as a nation to see her subjected to covering her hair to please Qatari officials. This attempt of cowardice to Qatari Islamic custom denigrates the office of the Minister of Finance and totally against Global Practice.

Madam Kemi Adeosun, next time you find yourself in an Arab nation, refuse vehemently to cover your hair, their laws are not binding on you.You are their visitor and your person must be respected.
This is weeping more than the bereaved, there's no victimization in putting on a scarf. You definitely have not seen or experienced victimization. The woman is having fun flowing along and signing bilateral agreements for her country, something beyond her wildest dreams a year ago. You're here talking bollocks.

Stop hating, speaking English is not a requirement for success or wealth or fame. Even going to school adds very little to her though education is great. i'm sure she'll get some level of education but she's just about a month famous and rich. So many rich and famous entertainers don't speak English, not to mention models. My hope though is that they don't sexualize her or turn her into some kind of LovePeddler. PMB clearly lacks a good grasp of this budget details, he's probably had too much on his hands. He should take chief responsibility as he signed and presented the budget as it were. He even wrote the Senate to inform them on which copy to debate so he should not pass the buck. He should focus more on budget implementation and perhaps a partial use of the zero based budget system for prioritising.

"mansions", this is a very interesting one.
The mention of "rooms/mansions/resting-places/homes/dwelling places/abodes/lodgings" only came about when Jesus responded to question(s) asked by the disciples about where He was going

The disciples being familiar with this ''groom preparing place for bride'' Jewish customs, related to it easily without thinking its a brain-teaser

Preparing a place for the bride, by the groom, in a large area of land in the parts owned by the male head of a family
actually has to do with a Jewish custom prevalent in just before, around and maybe a bit after Jesus' time.

I am not sure if the practice is still done in Israel at all or whether still now it is continued with present day Jews

The groom, in Jesus' times, before any wedding announcement or date fix, is expected to prepare or build an extension in his father's estate (i.e. father's large area of land)
The add-on building extension (i.e. rooms/mansions/resting-places/homes/dwelling places/abodes/lodgings) serves to accomodate the intended bride.

The wedding does not take place until when the groom's father is satisfied with the progress and work done by the groom in preparing the extension or building the add-on building extension (i.e. ''mansion'')

In My Father's house are many rooms/mansions/resting-places/homes/dwelling places/abodes/lodgings.
If it were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?
- John 14:2

"However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen,
not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself.
Only the Father knows

- Mark 13:32

It is not for the biblical times Jewish son to know the date fixed for the wedding.
It is the father, after father is content that the groom has satisfactorily and up to the father's standards has completely prepared the place for the bride, that the father decides the date of the wedding

That is the correlation between John 14:2 and Mark 13:32, and how Jesus came about the mentioning this old biblical times Jewish custom to explain that He doesnt know the time, He is only and merely going to prepare a place on the large area owned by the Father, and further saying in Mark 13:32 that, it is the Father who determines or has the last say on the wedding date
Only the Father determines or knows the D-Day (i.e. the designated day)

And to those who had been selling doves he said:
“Take these things out of here, and do not make my Father's house a house of trade.”

- John 2:16

Diverging a bit here, compare John 14:2 with John 2:16 above for a moment, to note that how ''Father's house'' is used in both verses and elsewhere has two or more different meanings
The former in John 14:2, is as in like a sovereign, kingdom or government,
whilst the latter in John 2:16 can be signified as an embassy/high Commissions/consulate/diplomat's building

If the Kingdom of Heaven extends or stretches beyond Heaven itself,
then it's easy to recognise or find out that, from wherever one is standing, Heaven (i.e. its sovereign, kingdom or government) goes further or is more than, as far as the eye sees
Great perspective. Though the disciples didn't understand they were brides of any form as at the time the statement was made. Good points though.

grin grin grin ... The good life of riches & peace for believers will be on the New Earth not in Heaven , God's abode . Many people believe all those will happen in Heaven - God's abode - but the thread clarifies that it will be so on the New Earth
Whatever the location, what is most important is to be there with Jesus forever and ever. Heaven is defined and described broadly as God's specific abode(notwithstanding His omnipresence). God will forever be with us in that place prepared for us.

i can also bring up queer Roman catholic views about Jesus and God and mary etc. Those are different understandings and perceptions about Jesus. People have different and perhaps wrong perceptions and understanding of their parents and siblings all the time. This does not ultimately erase the fact that they are still their parents and siblings. For instance, many a kid think their parents to be superhumans and the best parents in the world and able to buy them aeroplanes etc. This is minor and not as critical as the understanding and belief that Jesus is the Son of God that died for their sins on the cross and rose up on the third day.

The one who thought of the idea is clueless the one who implemented is lipsrsealed
The TSA is not a box like your box at home that you probably used to store money when you were young. Every sensible government has central banks where they store money. Your idea that money in Central bank will be mismanaged is a fallacy and an unfounded assumption. We already know that money was mismanaged before the TSA so it is not implementation of TSA that leads to mismanagement.
TSA is not a brainless idea, it is a worldclass policy embraced by notable economists like Okonjo-Iweala and the IMF. It is actually a policy template 'copied' from the IMF.
Kindly mention the so many ways of harnessing accounts?
How much is lost on 2.2trillion every second?

i've not defended the budget. i've simply stated unrefuted truths about the budget being an improvement of past budgets. That is ABC of traditional budgeting. Simply compare past budgets with the current budget and you will see most of the same contents. It is the implementation of zero budgeting or proper implementation of both the current budget and its next that will/should weed out the ridiculous items. We(social media) and the NASS have simply made a mountain out of a molehill and hurt our economy further, one by undue postponing of the passage of the budget(which we both know is meaningless political gragra), and two, negative influencing of market sentiments in the economy.

It was, though not so critically and not so openly i.e involving social media. The deliberations in the NASS are cheap political stunts. They will still pass the budget with the usual minor adjustments, additions and subtractions, and their approved benchmark for crude oil price. That is all. Unfortunately, they aggravated negative economic sentiments and postponed implementation of the budget. i.e the ministers and ministries are virtually on leave until the budget is implemented. The ones among them that will work can not do anything significant without the passing of the budget, so we are just wasting their time and ours.
